This was my first time ordering food from here. I got a suadero burrito and 4 suadero tacos. Though the prices are not cheap the food was great and a big portion for you to have leftovers the next day. Definitely would recommend for a good burrito and will come back.

Went to try this place because of the reviews and was very disappointed. Not only was the food bad the server had gotten order wrong and had a bad attitude when complaining about the burnt carnitas they put in my burrito. I had to tell them about themselves asking why they would serve customers such bad quality food. Asked for one cheese enchilada and one chicken, they put chicken in both that was adobo marinade. Not sure why they didn't put regular chicken. They thought I was trying to get out of paying which clearly was not. I try to explain that I was trying to help them know what they did. Spent $45 dollars and didn't even finish the plate because meat was dry burnt and not satisfying. Will never go back,Chips were also sparse and a tube to squeeze out salsa like a ketchup bottle that was weird. Green sauce on wet burrito was sour tasting. Beware

We had the shrimpEnchiladas and wet burrito. Everything was good! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for some delicious Mexican food. I was irritated that we asked for more chips and they charged $2.99. I've never seen a restaurant charge for chips that they give you while your waiting especially since they didn't say they cost money! They shut bring them to you and they don't even bring you a lot, it's a big bowl and small amount of chips. But whatever so many things are changing in the restaurant business sadly.

I've been to the Southcenter location a few times and this is my first time at the Federal Way location. This one is much smaller and is definitely a hole in the wall. The host/waitress sat us down quickly and was very attentive.I got the El Tricolor, and liked most of it, but the pork tamale was dry and gritty. Everything else in my platter was great though, from the beans and rice to the chile relleno. I had my enchilada filled with al pastor and that was good as well. My fiancée had the carne asada and said it's honestly the best one he's had! Marinated and grilled to perfection. Just a note, there is hard alcohol, but they do have beers.

I used to live in the neighborhood, and would eat here semi-regularly. I thought of it as a good solid 3 or 4 star joint. Recently, I stopped in with my son for old times' sake, and wow! I don't know if they have a new chef, or what, but the flavor on my chili relleño was through the roof! My son really enjoyed the tricolor which was a relleño, a tamale, and an enchilada. Service was a bit slow but really friendly. They have the standard selection of Mexican beers. I do miss the salsa bar they used to have, but understand that with the pandemic, it's probably safer to just have a couple of bottled salsas on the table. I will make a point of stopping in whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

You know it's authentic Mexican food when the majority of the diners are Mexican! My friends/family and I are usually the only non-Mexicans there. You gotta get their wet burrito! It's so big, I only get through maybe half of it. I love that they have the sauce bar. I need lots of lime. :D They also give you chips and salsa. I love it when the chips are still warm.

We came here for the first time for dinner last night because we were in the area. We found this spot on Yelp and decided to give it a try! The first basket of chips are complimentary - the two salsas they give (green and orange) are great! For food, we ordered a wet burrito, a chorizo taco, al carbon tacos, shrimp tacos, and a side of rice. The al carbon (charbroiled steak/carne asada) was delicious! It had great flavor and was tender. The shrimp taco was good too, the orange sauce on it was wonderful. The rice was okay, not great but not terrible - it was kind of lacking in flavor and seasoning for me. The service was great as well! Our server was sweet and attentive. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside but has some pretty good food! Homey, casual, and small inside with a few booths and tables.

I LOVE this place! Best carne asada in Fed. The onions that come with it are perfect. I've tried other stuff and it's decent too, I like their Chile relleno. The vibe is a little shabby but comfortable. Service is always fast and friendly. This spot is a stable and we love it!
