I was surprised to see this place not busy on a Saturday night. We had a Groupon and decided to give them a try, and my whole family loved their meals. We tried both the quesadillas and steak tacos. Their lobos (ribeye) tacos were so so good. Highly recommend. In an unassuming location I. A strip mall.

Incredible! Hands down one of the best spots in Palatine. My bro and I split the pollo asado and it is fall-off-the-bone tender and deeply flavorful. Would also recommend the surf and turf which my friend got. We lived around the corner from here for years and never stopped in. Don't sleep on this place, it deserves lines out the door. Ambiance is nothing special but once you try the food it will be the last thing on your mind, trust me.

The food is excellent but the service needs attention.3 servers for 3 tables should be reasonable but here is like nobody wants to help their own co workers by checking on the other 2 tables. Is not even busy but the service lacks training.

Authentic. Menu was clearly labeled for Gluten Free or Vegan. The sangrias are homemade. Excellent taste and the presentation with the sugar ring and orange slice made it look so enticing. There was even more fresh cut fruit inside. Love sangrias especially when fresh fruit is inside. I had the chicken fajitas with peppers. It included a side of rice and beans. Amazing to the palette and healthy portion. We had a group of 10 and the service was spot on. Also unique was an electronic in the wall jukebox where you can pick some Mexican music. Feliz Navidad was spot on for December 23rd!

Karen, hands down is the best server, we have been coming here for as long as I remember. Never had much luck with servers, because my fiance doesn't quite speak Spanish, but Karen is bi-lingual. Not only because she understands my fiance and our friends, but because she's very attentive. Always checks up on us and makes sure that we have everything that we asked for. We decided to have dinner here on Sunday night, since we where craving their famous traditional ceviche. Hands down one of the best ceviches I've had in a while. I also order the chimichanga, which is a fried burrito. It came with a side of rice and beans, but who can eat that after having a burrito lol. My fiance always goes for the dinner plates. This time she tried the pollo ranchero, it came in a mild sauce served with rice and bean on the side. Quite good i must add. We tried the house margarita and the michealada.This place never seems to disappoint, we will definitely continue to come here since its minutes from home. When we come we will always ask for Karen, because she makes your dinner go by so smooth.P.S my fellow yelper friends, make sure you ask for Karen, she's amazing.

The homemade cocktails were fantastic, with an excellent taste and a beautiful presentation featuring a sugar ring and orange slice, making them look irresistible. Inside the cocktails, there was even more fresh-cut fruit, which I loved, especially in the sangrias.I enjoyed the chicken fajitas with peppers, which came with a side of rice and beans. The meal was delicious and had a healthy portion size. Our group of 15 was served promptly and efficiently, with the staff ensuring we had everything we needed.
