As you can see from my pics, we had our dinner delivered: which came about just as fast as if we had been seated there. The DoorDash app worked well. We started with the Share Plate: Sliders, see pic. These mini burgers are a blend of chuck, brisket and short rib meat. These patties were generously sized. In this case they were a bit over cooked, yet they were flavorful and moist. The brioche bun held up well. The spicy mayo was mild, allowing the burger flavor to come through. The spicy mayo added more moisture to the burger. In the Entrees section we had the Chicken Tacos. As you can see in my pic, you'll get 3 tacos PLUS a whole lot more. There is a ton of texture and flavors moving in this taco. The added sauce provided the much needed heat component. Surprisingly, the chicken breast meat, by itself, was very moist, tender and had a bit of taco seasoning. The soft taco shells held up well. The Chipotle Chicken sandwich was a handful, see my pic. This could be enough for 2 meals. All the ingredients were fresh and were a nice mix of moist chicken breast and veggies. The house fries are double dipped - giving them an added crunch (these fries are on the skinnier side). We used the chipotle aioli as a dipping sauce. While creamy smooth, it was very mild.Likewise, the Zinc club sandwich is good sized, see my pic. The bread to meat ratio was appropriate. While the greens were fresh, the star was the fresh cold cuts. This sandwich had bunches of rich deli meat accompanied by creamy fontina cheese. As you can by my pic. The side salad was very fresh and had ample amounts of cheese crumbles - it was a pretty decent side salad.

Went for brunch today. Upon arrival we were seated but then waited 20 minutes before a server attended to us. After placing our food and drink order, another 20 minutes passed before our drinks -- coffee and water -- arrived. When they brought the large water bottle, they didn't bring any cups to pour it in. We had to ask four times and it took over 10 minutes to receive water cups. In addition, the coffee was also cold & had to be sent back for a new one. Not to mention that the large water bottles that are brought to the table are moved from table to table when parties arrive -- the bottles are not emptied out, washed & then refilled for the new guests that come, but rather the bottle is taken from a table that's left & just topped off -- that's unheard of & extremely unsanitary. Further, despite our patience, our food did not arrive after waiting for an additional 20 minutes -- totaling one hour of waiting since we arrived at the restaurant. When we inquired about the delay, the server assured us that our order had been placed correctly. However, the manager we spoke with mentioned a "technical difficulty" but failed to provide a clear explanation & refused to rectify the situation. Meanwhile, other tables that arrived before and after us were served their meals without any issue. We were deeply disappointed by the lack of understanding and accountability demonstrated by the manager. We felt unfairly treated and chose to leave after more than an hour of waiting without receiving any food.

Cute spot. Not as high key as the rest of Melrose. Came for a meeting and to get work done so thankfully they have two outlets. But I like the casual vibe. I avoid Melrose for being uppity. The cold brew was above par and under five bucks still so that's definitely appreciated.

A spacious alternative to the other dining options on Melrose. When we arrived, there were only 2 servers on duty, but they were very attentive and at the ready to take our orders. My dining buddy and I both were craving Mexican flavors but I was disappointed by the take on chilaquiles -- as a purist I expected something more traditional, but it's a sizeable portion and offers good flavor (when you mix it all together).

What a cute cafe spot for brunch! Everything there is vegetarian (including their burgers), but they offer a wide assortment of different dishes that it doesn't come across as a vegetarian only restaurant.I was here for a quick lunch break, so I got myself a quiche plate with a side of fingerling potatoes. Too bad I couldn't upgrade my side salad on the quiche plate to potatoes, but I had a big craving for potatoes to buy the side! The quiche plate was delicious through and through, and I absolutely loved the potatoes. The potatoes were well spiced and the dip with it helped balance out the spice!I also ordered an Alice Palmer, which is 1/2 green tea and 1/2 lemonade. Never had one until now, but realized I like Arnold palmers better. The green tea was a little too earthy for me when paired with lemonade. The best part is that it's not too sweet, so you're really able to taste the green tea throughout. There's a good assortment of indoor and outdoor dining, and they even have deli sides they sell by weight. They also had some pastries that looked incredibly good (but dangerous to me - gotta watch my sweet tooth!).

Beware: if you order an alcoholic beverage here, you'll have to ask 2-3 times to remind the staff to bring it to you. For some reason they really don't want to serve drinks, which is annoying. The food is mid and not worth the trip. The chilaquiles are embarrassingly terrible. The middle eastern breakfast is decent tho.

Vegetarian spot with lots of to-go options and a really nice back patio. Very healthy cuisine that focuses on bringing veggies to the forefront. A good option if you're looking for a lighter option for lunch. They have a good selection from sandwiches to bowls. We got the Middle Eastern Breakfast and the Grain Bowl. Very herb forward with plenty of mint for the Breakfast Platter. The Grain Bowl was more straightforward with quinoa and topped with sweet potatoes and some veggies and herbs. We added eggs to bowl which made it more filling. Service was good and friendly as well.

Cute spot and plenty of air circulating even with the animals which are invited to attend. Rock was our server and while he was very attentive to taking our order, my hubby and I were served first and the couple we were with got their food 10 mins later WITHOUT explanation! We started our food and glad we did. I had a partially grilled grilled cheese with a tomato in it. Not melty at all! I brought the other half home to doctor as I hate wasting food. I also ordered the crispy truffle fries and ... not crispy at all. My hubby ordered and enjoyed the chipotle chicken sandwich with his spicy fries. We both felt bad dining in front of our friends. Had we waited, cold partially grilled cheese was not the vision......glad I had finger food. My wrap had a dirty fork. Bathrooms are open to all and a sink to the dining area! I kinda like the openness of that and it hopefully guilts everyone to WASH YOUR HANDS! LolP.s. I would go back and after looking at the pictures of the fried egg sandwich I would try that the next time and make sure to get the crispy fries! Finger foods work!
