Delicious &fresh. not over cooked .just right Loved it, my new go to Chinese fast food Restaurant
The Teriyaki chicken is great and no sauce is needed. The curry chicken is very tasty too and has a nice spicy light kick.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer my recommendation#1. CHINESE HOT AND SOUR SOUP - The soup is very sugary and had way too much old chicken in it. There is no sourness to it which is my favorite part of this type of soup. If the Szechuan Place near CSUN had not closed, I would have much preferred order the soup from their restaurant. #2. EGG FLOWER SOUP - Very bland, but more edible than the hot and sour soup. #3. FRIED RICE (EGG& VEGGIES) - It felt stale. Nothing to write home about. #4. CHICKEN CHOW MEIN - Usually there's a little more color in chow mein... some veggies and other ingredients. Man, even Panda Express does Chow Mein better. #5. STEAMED PORK DUMPLING - It was okay. #6. STRING BEANS WITH BEEF - It was edible, but not what I expected. Although the prices are affordable and it is a convenient restaurant for those located or near North Valley (close to Laurel Canyon and Osborne), the food is not worth it. I spent almost $100 dollars on food so I tried a variety of what they could make and was disappointed by each dish. ~Sad Valley Girl Stomach

Haven't stopped by here for about a year now, I stopped by to see what has changed. Their combo plate went up by a dollar but the quality of the food remains the sameTheir hours are 11:00 to 9:00pm

I remember this place used to be so good & fresh. Now, they give you orange chicken you can't even chew, it's tasteless. The chow mein was so hard it definitely tasted like it was from the previous day. And the rice had a REALLY weird flavor to it. Will not be returning here.

It was okay. I used to get food here all the time, when in the valley, since I was 7 years old back in 1997. They were the best!!! The last time I ate there was in 2018, before moving out of NoHo. Went back last week, and the quality is so bad. The chow mein doesn't have all the cabbage it used to have, and the noodles are not as dark from whatever they used to toss them in. Also, the reason I went recently was because I was craving their amazing, fat egg rolls, stuffed with stir fried cabbage and ground pork. The wrap for the egg rolls was different, like handmade. Now, the egg rolls taste like Panda Express chicken egg rolls and I was so disappointed. I can't ever go back with the changes. I just wish I knew why things changed, they used to be perfect. I am so sad.

*Please hold these restaurants accountable *this place is terrible, food quality is absolutely disgusting. I ordered through Uber eats ; Shrimp fried rice and a combo plate. The fried rice was hard the rice you can tell had to have been from the day before. You can tell when rice has set out as it becomes hard and no longer has fluffy texture. Also the shrimp in the rice was spoiled I immediately spit it out. It tasted rancid as for the plate I felt the same about the Chow mein it had a weird sour taste as if it was set out over night also at this point I completely declined to eat anything as I was afraid I might get sick . I didn't take a photo It went straight in the trash And I contacted Uber eats for a refund !

Good food, good amount, good price. Small storefront, approx 10 tables, plenty of parking. Came with a male friend as we had business in the area. Ordered a 3-entree combo which comes with BOTH lo mein and fried rice. So much food we decided to split it and got 2 large sodas (refills are $1). Will come back again when in area.

I made an unexpected stop in and I was immediately surprised by the value, quantity, and quality for what. Honestly if I lived near by I'd come here any time I was in the mood for some Chinese over a Panda Express. The first thing that caught my eye was the pricing on the menu.. very affordable and reasonably priced. The next thing that I was happy to see was the portions sizing, I was ordered a 3 entree combo, in most places when you order multiple proteins you are trading quantity for variety. But I was surprised when the lady serving not only piled on the portions, but then proceeded to pull out a secondary container for the 3rd meat I selected. And to top it all off the food was really good too. I ordered the fried rice, orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and the teriyaki chicken. I have nothing bad to say about any of the dishes I tried, I would order them all again. But I will say that the it was difficult to taste the teriyaki on the chicken, I'd recommend trying out a thicker sauce or marinating the chicken longer.

Food has gone downhill this is definitely the last time I come here! The chow mein tasted horrible watered down the beef and potato is no longer cut potatoes but frozen fries! The shrimp was probably the only thing that tasted the same. I had to forcibly eat cause I was hungry but I hope i don't get sick later on. Thier pricing went up and food quality went down.!
