It is under new ownership. It is now called Magnolia Thai Cuisine. I have tried it since it changed ownership and the dishes are all the same with the exception of the egg rolls. The filling of the egg rolls now tastes different and they aren't as crispy. They used to be so good that we would order 2 orders and only have those for our meal. Now I don't order them. Service is still friendly. And the dining room is always clean. Street parking can be challenging on Magnolia. There is a small parking lot that gets jammed up with Taco Bell customers. I avoid that lot.

It pains me say this is the worst Thai food I've ever had. The orange chicken was pure breading. Look at pictures. It was like eating a stale orange funnel cake. Tbh everything we ate was disgusting slathered in god knows what sauce. I could think of 15 other Thai places in the same general vicinity that are better. The girl at the counter was sweet, but I'm sorry I reiterate, I've never had worse Thai food in 50 years of living.

Wins Thai has super authentic Thai food and I've dined here several times over the years. This past takeout experience was just OK.Food was ready lighting fast! We ordered massaman curry, green curry, fresh rolls and no. 6 spicy noodles. The highlight was the massaman curry! It had great flavor and spice. Loads of veggies too! I was a little disappointed with the green curry. It actually didn't have a lot of curry, just more chunks of the tofu and bamboo shoots than liquid. Portions of the curries were both super small. Sides of rice even smaller. Compared to other Thai places I've ordered takeout, the amount of food we received was subpar. Spicy noodles and fresh rolls were good. I liked the thick noodles and spice level was just right. Street parking only!

I started coming to Win's in 2012 by advice of a neighbor of mine and been coming back ever since. Win's is a sleepy little mom n' pop Thai cafe just east of North Hollywood HS right by the Taco Bell. Parking is mostly on the street, but there are a few spots in a shared parking lot by the Taco Bell drive-thru. I usually come for dinner although the last time I was here was for lunch on a hot, summer Sunday afternoon. I've never seen Win's dine-in at full capacity but the takeout is consistent. My party and I are always seated immediately and choose to sit next to the window. Staff is small but helpful and friendly. I usually get the Chicken Pad Thai with a side of white rice. The Thai Tea is perfect on a hot, summer day. I only give Win's four stars for lack of ambiance and dusty shelves. It could use some more cleaning inside and updated features. Aesthetics aside, a great place for some great food!

Now called Magnolia Thai. I've been ordering from here for almost 20 years. Not worth the effort now frankly. I used to be a big fan of win's Thai. Must be new management. Spring rolls are huge rolls of lettuce with a tiny piece of chicken. Awful. The chicken salad, which used to be like the beef salad, a Thai classic, is now an American salad with chicken. Chicken wings are tasteless. Spicy fried rice demonstrates a lack of understanding of how to make fried rice. Soft and gooey indicating they are using freshly made rice to make fried rice. Sad to say it but this is my last time ordering from Magnolia Thai! Sorry but it's not worth either the price or the trouble to order from.

Great little place for a quick bite. We got spring roll (tofu), Tom yum noodle soup, and pad Thai with chicken. My favorites were the spring rolls and the Tom yum noodle soup. Rolls were refreshing and the noodle soup was just the right amount of tangy for me and the warm soup hits the spot on a cold night!

Heck yes, this place is awesome! I ordered the green curry, yellow curry, rice, fresh rolls and egg rolls. I didn't realize the curry came with rice so I got A LOT of rice. The curry was really nice, not too strong but fragrant with fresh basil and veggies. I had tofu in mine and my husband got soy chicken. His yellow curry was a little on the sweet side. We ordered medium spicy, which I'd say is really mild. But you have to start somewhere, I'll know for next time. The spring rolls were fresh and the egg rolls had nice flavor. All of it was reasonably priced and prepared quickly. Use the Yelp check in for $5 off $20.

Disgracefully bad food. Each dish was inedible, we stopped a few hopeful bites in of each. For example, I ordered vegetarian pad thai: it smelled and tasted of chicken. We ordered sticky rice with mango: the sticky rice tasted of chemical cleaning products; the mango was not well and the pit was unceremonially included.Total waste of money and time. I suppose that's what one could expect from a place that also sells fast food: chicken tenders and cheap french fries, silly sodas like sunkist... but some of the reviews were good and I believed whoever wrote that it's a "mom and pop" joint. I wanted to support this place, but instead I ended up supporting a landfill. And needless to say, unappealing ambiance. Alas!Would love recommendations on Thai restaurants that cook good produce in clean conditions with care.

I have eaten here for years, but I haven't for the past year because I've been so busy elsewhere. I found out it was under new management or owner for that matter and their food has changed for the better. I give this Restaraunt an A for service portions, Flavor and price, awesome food!! and in the hood!!
