Wi Korean BBQ

Recently tried this place and I think this might be my new KBBQ spot in Ktown to come eat with my bf! The price was decent and had a lot of meat options. We liked the banchan variety. The galbi was my favorite. The menu also comes with fountain drinks included. They have different menu options at different price range. Highly recommend doing C option!

My husband and I saw that this was a pretty popular place these days for KBBQ so we decided to check it out. When we arrived the first thing that kind of swayed us was the parking. It is pretty difficult to find parking and the lot is pretty small. We circled a few times and finally got lucky inside. We arrived before 6 thinking we would beat the dinner rush but we still had to wait. We only waited around 20 minutes. Once we got inside that table was covered with banchans. So if you were starving this will all be devoured quickly. All the meats were pretty good but my husband and I really loved wagyu beef belly and The WOO Galbi. The Woo Galbi just melts in your mouth. It was AMAZING. That is probably the only reason why we would go back to this place again. The only down side is that this place gets pretty busy and the staff makes you feel rushed. While we were eating the staff brought the table next to us their check. The guy asked when they got there (because you are given 2 hours to eat. Stated on their menus and table). They still had another 45 minutes left and they were eating. Then the server came to tell them it was last call for them when they still had time. I didn't think too much of it but the same thing happened to my husband and I. So if you want to enjoy your meal and not feel rushed this may not be the spot for you. The meats are good though and it is worth a try. Just remember that they are pretty on it with the time.

I visited Wi Korean BBQ with a party of five, and we had a fantastic experience! We ordered from the B menu, which offered a great selection of meats. Plenty of variety to satisfy everyone in our group.The staff was outstanding. Very quick, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit. The restaurant was also very clean, which I really appreciated. They constantly came by to clear dishes we were no longer using, keeping our table tidy and making the experience even more enjoyable.I also thought it was super adorable that the restaurant is decorated with pictures of visiting customers. It gave the space such a welcoming and personal touch, making it feel like more than just a meal. I'd definitely recommend Wi Korean BBQ to anyone looking for a flavorful and memorable meal!

This was one of the best AYCE-Korean bbq I have ever been to and I been to a lot in Northern California. Up to par to the one I ate in New York. Our server was very kind and helpful. She helped cook our food and it was a delightful meal. The meat quality is great! And the flavor is umami flavor. The side dishes are great too! Will make sure to come back and eat here when we are in LA.

I would definitely come back here. I decided to go to Wi Korean bbq because of the reviews on Yelp and they didn't let me down. The food was good and the service was amazing! They even gave my friend a birthday surprise! Super friendly servers bringing happy energies. I loved it.

Possibly my new favorite KBBQ spot for quality of meat and price. I'm so surprised I've never heard of this place until now. I've lived in Ktown and have had my fair share of Korean bbq all around LA, so when I came across this place on Reddit, I wanted to try it out.The parking lot was packed but luckily there was street parking right across the street next to the police station. Felt pretty safe because of that. The wait was only 30 minutes and we were seated right away. We chose option B which included a good amount of meats and a fountain drink. Something that I appreciate since I don't know other places that do that. Once we ordered our meats and side dishes, I was immediately blown away by the quality of the brisket, finger meats, and the pork belly. The color was absolutely red and had a good ratio of meat to fat. I prefer this cause some places have served meats that look on the darker side meaning the meat has been sitting out for a while but this place, no. Their sides were fairly large and I didn't feel the need to always ask for larger portions. They were a bit busy when we went but I can tell the service was up to my standards and highly recommend this place. I also really loved how they celebrate birthdays here and will provide a complimentary chocopie but beware they do check ID's. So yeah, it's really nice, clean, loved the food for the price, and will definitely come back again! Thank you for a delicious dinner Wi KBBQ!

Update/response to business owner.Hello Yorran, thank you for your response. First of all I never said that there are a lot of korean bbqs in Korea town, I don't know where you got that from. What I said was that in my opinion there are better options in Los Angeles and surrounding areas! We ordered option C with "the better options" and that's what I based my review on. Great day.

Amazing Service!!! Food was good as well. So much care into making sure that their customers are well attended and leave satisfied. Polite, and caring!!! Never had service like this at any kbbq place!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The menu was a little confusing but overall, we had a great time.

Every meat we had was delicious, especially the boneless short rib and brisket. The service is fast and they refill your plate very quickly. This is definitely worth the wait!
