So many Wagyu hot pot places nowadays but this one wins in experience. They have hired entertainers , large sauce bars, and clean beautiful interiors. We chose our broths and of course the teddy bear soup because it's so cute! All the meat quality is very good here too. They also have a membership rewards program if you want to opt in. Overall come here for some quality hot pot, for special occasions or group events. Make sure to walk through the smell-remover thing as you head out!

I will preface this by saying it was my first time and I went a la carte. Between us we had a peanut allergy and sensitivity to spice, so there were definitely some impediments to our ability to experience all this place had to offer. Pros: We were seated quickly as walk-ins on a Friday evening. I loved the setup of the table. Dinnerware sets were beautiful and high quality. The chairs were wide and spacious. The bathrooms were well stocked. They offered a wide variety of meats, sauces, and veggies. Our server was courteous and attentive, but we were able to order on a tablet. The wagyu fried rice was perfectly seasoned. I loved the ponzu sauce. And the sesame balls from the sauce bar were so tasty!Cons: didn't like that I would have to download an app to see my position my status on the waitlist when I arrived. It seemed obvious that the server was supposed to push the membership on us and it was awkward to have to directly tell her we were not interested in it. I felt like being told it was an option at the start of the meal and letting us know we could ask more about it if interested would've made me feel more comfortable. At the end, we were also told we could sign up for rewards and she said she would walk me through the steps of downloading the app. Again, I felt badly having to be so direct in letting her know I didn't want to do that. Pushing these apps on people who just want to visit a restaurant felt tacky for a place that seemed so upscale. The bone marrow was underwhelming and surprisingly lacking in flavor. The braised wagyu and seaweed salad were too spicy. I didn't find the chicken broth with wagyu meats and veggies memorable. Usually, I would find the idea of a little robot server cute, but it actually just seemed to get in the way as I tried to navigate pretty narrow aisles. I found myself walking at a snail's pace following it from the bathroom to my seat. The ordering system didn't have enough options for customization so we ended up having to ask the server to make adjustments like putting chili on the side because the only option was to have it as is or with none at all. I really wanted to love this place and it seemed soo promising from all the reviews but it overall looked better than it tasted and was pricey for what it was.

Wagyu house was the pick for a dinner option on Thursday. I went with my friend at around 7:00 pm. This is a restaurant with a nice interior that is located in a busy plaza with shared parking. I was able to find a spot without issues at that time. On the way to the restaurant, I did put my name down for party of two on the waitlist. However, that wasn't necessary, since we were able to get seated right away. As we got our seating, the server that gave us a walkthrough of the menu. However, he was experiencing WiFi issues on the tablet, so it did take some time. It just seems super slow, since we were also experiencing that when we were browsing and confirming items on there. Definitely spend time looking at the menu, since this is A La Carte. In terms of soup, I got tomato and beef bone base. For the rest of the order, I got the wagyu house signature combo, fish ball with fish roe, wagyu beef balls, deep fried bean curd rolls, napa cabbage, and house crispy pork. The napa cabbage we got had some black spots on it initially, but I asked the server to replace it. For the sauce bar, this restaurant has a great amount of options available! I also like that they have a cover over the sauce versus a more opened approach. The service here was also great. The server came often to check in and see if we needed refill on the broth. Before you leave, make sure to step in the odor remover at the front of the store! Overall, everything was great and I enjoyed the food a lot!Note: They accept American Express.

I was very excited to try Wagyu House since I am a huge hot pot fan, but was very disappointed. Not by the food but by the service. The food was pretty solid. We tried many of the wagyu options and also ordered lamb, various veggies, and seafood. We even paid an extra $3 for the bear that dissolves into the broth. Service was mediocre. They forgot several of our items which took multiple reminders, and we even had to take one of the items off our list because it never came. Considering how much the hot pot is here for their premium ingredients, I would've hoped their service would be better. I would be willing to come back, but probably not for a bit.

Let me start by saying the interior here is super unique. Very vibrant and relaxing energy. This place is excellent; their broth is flavorful, well-balanced, and enjoyable. There is a lot of meat available, as well as side orders. The portion size is adequate, and it is a significant portion of the price you pay. We love the spicy broth here but don't enjoy peppercorns as much, so we requested for it to be taken off as much. Fortunately, our server was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to scoop out most of the peppercorns already added to the broth. Excellent service, indeed.

It's a fun and fulfilling experience dining here. Food is fresh. They have own farm from which they source their own meat which reduce cost. The membership system rewards frequent diners.

The meat was high quality and so melt in your mouth! They ran out of dry ice for the meat which was surprising because we had dinner at 6pm on a Friday, and the spray feature didn't work when we went so I feel like I didn't get the full experience..however our server Nathan was super nice and patient because we didn't know what to order but he helped us! Also the lychee martini was so gooood.I will come back and try the other menu items! Thank you Nathan!

Came over to Wagyu House by the famous X Pot in Las Vegas for a bougie hotpot experience with my bestie! Dark moody interior, zen garden, every room has its own unique theme and style, so elegant! They also have a machine to desensitize all the hotpot smells on you before you leave. Service was amazing, all of the servers were so friendly and helpful. They also have the ancient dramatic art dance which was pretty interesting. From melt in your mouth tender wagyu to flavorful broth, it's an amazing experience. On top of the outstanding quality, it came with impressive presentation. The server pours water onto dry ice and it makes a really cool smoky fog, a perfect instaworthy moment. The seafood was fresh and the meatballs plate was very flavorful and delicious too. It's not everyday that you will indulge in Wagyu hotpot but it's truly worth the splurge.

I have been to this place many times, at least half dozens, and couple of recent encounters prompted me to leave this review:1. During 2024 Thanksgiving, four of us (me and my kids) had the set meal designed for 4-6 people, everything was okay except the wagyu fried rice, it was so soggy and tasted terrible. I mentioned to my son and so agreed and we ate just very small portion and didn't bring home. My son paid the bill.2. Today (1/25/25), my wife and I went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and we picked the set meal for two, the menu says $158 with membership and my wife is their member. After scanned the menu (on laminated paper, not sure their iPad menu has the set meal or not). We picked two meats among 5-6 choices and 6 side items among dozen ones. The set meal comes with the fried steam buns and wagyu fried rice (later we found that people meal set had the same amount of these two items as 4-6 people meal set, not sure why). We were there around 2:20 and so the waiter told us that we had 10 minutes if we need to add anything, nice reminder. I mentioned to him about the quality of their fried rice from my last visit and he gave me the explanation that the problem was possibly with the rice itself, or the cook added too much liquid such as soy sauce or whatever. Anyway they brought everything, including the fried rice within 10 minutes. Everything was good and we enjoyed the food. At the time to pay the bill, I noticed that amount was not $158 as the menu said, they added $45 to the two meats my wife picked. When I questioned, the waiter brought the laminated paper back and showed us the small prints after these two meats we had. I didn't see the bill from our thanksgiving visit since my son paid that but based on todays visit, I want to warn anyone who read this review that be aware the set meal price MAY not as they published at the top of the laminated paper, depending on what kind of meats you picked.
