Viet Noodle Bar Atwater

I've enjoyed every meal I've had here. The flavors of each dish and quality of the food is exceptional. You literally can't go wrong with anything you choose. The service is also excellent as they're very attentive to their customers. I've only come in for lunch and it's always been a calm, relaxing experience. I'm interested in dinner here, though I imagine it's busier and more lively. The only recent change to payment is also no big deal. They've removed tipping altogether and have included an 18% service charge fee to each bill.

There is great pho in Atwater village found here at Viet Noodle Bar! Service was amazing. We got one spicy grass fed beef pho and a regular grass fed beef pho. Both were DIVINE! I especially enjoyed the spicy broth. Lil pricey for pho as I'm used to hole in the wall pho spots but this one is located in Atwater so I understand the surcharge. At least the quality and service are there :)Parking can be found w/ metered spots or in the surrounding neighborhood.Can't wait to be back to try their other dishes, thank you!

Location was very clean and spacious! The guy who took our order was friendly and helpful. We came a Saturday for lunch and it wasn't too busy. Food was yummy! Really enjoyed the jackfruit mix bowl!

Cute local viet place done right! Got the tumeric fish sandwich (could've used some jalapeño like the traditional) but fish was really tasty and seasoned well and the baguette was quite good! Not cheap but I guess viet places in Atwater are hard to come by. Top it off with a viet coffee which btw was tasty.. small and pricey but really good.

I love this place. Might not be for everyone but the people running it are so sweet, the food is extremely fast and it's always been delicious. The soyskin noodles are my favorite food in all of LA. The decor is cute and they're not usually crazy busy with everything else that's around so it's a really nice intimate spot! Definitely a little pricey but super worth it in my book.

The beef pho was incredible, 10/10 ... super fresh, savory and salty broth with a touch of sweetness, good portion of meat, flat rice noodles were a great touch, and overall the pho was one of the more clean/healthy ones I've had in LA, and I've had A LOT of pho in LA... one of the only pho spots with well-sourced meat. Yes it's more expensive than your average Viet spot, but worth it in my opinion. Highly recommend coming here and getting the Pho Bo, ask for a side of chili paste and some lime and enjoy and incredible pho.

Every time I come, I'm reminded of just how damn good the pho is here. With the Pho Bo a staple in my book, today kicked things off with the Tumeric Fish Salad. From the citrus based dressing to the crunch of the shallots, so good! As for the Pho? Knowing how much time and work go into making the broths for these soups, what the pho!?! I'm shocked at how inexpensive it is. I've had salads with little prep at $20 a pop. The food here is priced perfectly for the amount of time and energy coupled with quality ingredients that go into each dish. My only regret? Raving about it here on Yelp. The place was packed today, but I digress.

Felt way too expensive for what you get. And the food itself seemed very bland. No too much flavor at all. Also felt rushed out after the meal was finished. I understand getting customers moving but a little under 10 minutes had passed by.

I love this place so much! The food is always fresh, delicious, perfectly prepared. It's also very quick, yet really healthy!I love how each dish has fresh herbs and fantastic flavors. I live in Silver Lake - not far from Atwater, and even though we have a ton of restaurants in the neighborhood, I personally don't find very many of them to be all that good. But this is one that I visit again and again! It helps that the staff are really nice and helpful.The only thing I wish would change is the hours. It's sometimes difficult for me to get there before 8 pm, when they close, and when I miss it, I'm so disappointed! Otherwise, this place is perfection and I'm grateful that it's so close to my home.
