They make so good ramen noodles! I'm glad they opened closer to home. The noodles were al dente, and the broth was umami! I tried the dry ramen, chasu tsukemen, and they taste like the ones in Tokyo!Parking is available just across the street for $1 for the first 90 minutes.

I was SO excited when Tsujita opened near me in Pasadena. The food was outstanding, gyoza were amazing, service was quick. The shop is cute and playing shamisen music usually.Somehow a few weeks later, the food suddenly takes 30+ minutes to arrive, the gyoza arrives ripped and no soupy-deliciousness inside. The staff had multiple bowls prepped in advance, and somehow I saw no bowls come out for the longest time.I hesitate to even go back as my last 2 trips have been identical.

OMGosh! This was the best ramen place that I have had.Parking- well it's old town Pasadena so it's always tough. I parked at the DeLacy parking structure which is $1 for 2 hours and it's quite close to the restaurant.Wait time-I was lucky and there was not a wait for 2 people. There is limited seating so the wait time can get long. While I was waiting to order, there became quite a line for a table. Luckily, it's in old town so there is a lot of places to shop while waitingFood-I for the deluxe ramen tonkatsu and yummmm. The noodles were cooked perfect and the Beth way so rich. I drank every last drop. The highlight of the meal wasn't the ramen...it was the karage. Literally the best one I have EVER had. It was crispy on the outside and so juicy inside. I absolutely highly recommend!!Exciting to go back and try the different types of ramen.

Amazing Ramen! The employees were nice and explained their menu well. The spicy tonkotsu ramen had a nice kick and was tasty. The place is small and fills up quick. If you come during dinner rush hour, then get ready to wait in line.

Killer Noodle is back in SGV and I'm here for it!We finally got to check out the new Pasadena location on a Sunday afternoon and as a party of 2, were seated right away (but I will say parties of 3+ had longer wait times). We ordered and got our waters pretty quickly but with all tables full, the food came out pretty slowly. 25 minutes for the appetizer and 50 minutes for the bowl of ramen. Both items were delivered right when they were done though, so they tasted very good and came out hot. Appetizer: Karaage - chicken was super juicy and I like the glaze they toss it in. The homemade tartar chef is so tasty - like a deviled eggs made into a sauce. I like the little chunks of egg in it too. Lemon on top for that citrusy touch was perfection. Killer Noodle ramen with soup - 6 Spicy, 3 Numbness - it was a good spice level for us. The noodles are always consistent with a good bounce. The only thins is the 'soup' was pretty thick and not much of it where it seemed like the soupless version - I wish there was more! The toppings like the peanuts go really well in this dish. I also like adding the table ginger to each bite to cut out the spice a little bit and add some freshness. The truffle ramen may be next on my list to try!

Service was awesome even though there was only one guy working but he was enthusiastic, quick, and was very attentive to everyone! Came here on a Monday at 4:25pm. This was our last stop before the airport and it was worth it; our waiter made sure we got our food quickly. My partner had the karaage-- it was so good he got 2 bowls. I loved their tonkotsu ramen and ate everything; portion size wasn't massive but it was filling. The room is clean and well lit, with a giant paper lantern in the center and booths of varying sizes as well as stand alone smaller tables. Would come again when I visit next time!

My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday afternoon to give this new ramen spot a try in the heart of Pasadena. Parking was quite difficult since you can either park at a parking structure or find parking on the street. Thankfully, we were able to find parking on street a few blocks away. Where do I begin? We first checked in for a table, the table that was offered to us was not very accommodating. The seats were practically foldable chairs. So we opted for a booth table & told the server we didn't mind waiting. She told us to wait outside. Upon sitting down at our table, we ordered appetizers to start which came out fairly quick, however the entrees themselves took 15-20 minutes to come out which was a very big time gap. We also noticed that the portion was small for the price that you are paying which is $15-$24 a bowl. The chicken karaage was the star of the show though! I give this rating 7/10. I probably won't come back, will probably go to their other location except this one.

I always wanted to show my partner tsukemen as he loves ramen, and was thrilled to here it opened in Pasadena! We came here on a weekday night for dinner and although there was a line outside, it went by fast and we were seated. The establishment felt cozy and our servers were very nice, and had no problem answering our questions.FOOD:-spicy deluxe tsukemen (we got the regular size and it was more than enough! the chashu was one of the best chashu i've had, and the ramen eggs were phenomenal! we both loved the rich broth and loved this new style of eating ramen through dipping)-kaarage(we never had kaarage in such a delicious sauce, and the tartar sauce was so amazing!)DRINKS:-tsujita milk tea and lemon milk tea(they offered us a free refill on the house, and loved both drinks!!)This place is definitely more on the pricier side for japanese food, but it is all worth it, I promise! We loved every item and if you love ramen and want to try a fun dipping-style of it with flavorful, thick broth, I highly recommend you come here!

One of the newer additions to the Pasadena ramen scene and I'm glad they're here. During our recent visit, we ordered the tsukemen, deluxe ramen, gyoza, a kids ramen, and the kakigori. The gyoza was crispy, meaty and savory. What's not to like? I had the deluxe ramen and it had everything plus more. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a lot of depth. The noodles were chewy, the perfect texture for me. The slices of chashu and the egg were *chef's kiss*, amazing. The kakigori was good but the raspberry topping was a bit strong and to the extent you can ask it to be on the side so you can pour it yourself, you should ask to do so. Service was very friendly and the food came out relatively quick. The interior is clean, modern, and welcoming. Parking in Old Pasadena can sometimes be a challenge so plan ahead!

My friend and I came here for a little friend date and we were both so pleasantly surprised by how amazing this restaurant is. I normally come to the San Gabriel location but we decided to give this location a try instead. The ambiance of the restaurant is so cute and I loved the tiny little booths they had for parties of 2. We started with the pan fried gyoza and I was taken aback by how great it was. They were huge and extremely juicy. They are by far the best gyoza I've ever had in my life. The Pasadena location is the only one that has these, so be sure to come to this one to try it!The tsukemen of course is phenomenal. I tried their spicy tsukemen as I see that it's a newer addition to the menu. I highly recommend trying this one if you don't mind spice. Tsujita is my favorite all time ramen shop and with their gyoza they've just set the bar even higher. Be sure to give them a try!
