Why is it only 3.7 stars I think this place is AMAZING. I'm not even gonna read the bad reviews and u shouldn't either u should trust me cuz my BF IS FILIPINO AND USED TO EAT SKEWERS AFTER SCHOOL EVERYDAY IN PAMPANGA!!! And he thinks this place is very good too It's located in a small strip mall, very hole in the wall. A lot of seating inside but it can get hot cuz no ac They have a great selection of chicken/pork/beef liver, intestine, quail eggs, fish & lobster balls, etc I haven't had the chance to try the pork blood yet but hope I come in a day when they have it soon The lady working at the counter is super sweet and accommodating when we asked for the intestines to be extra fried10/10 and will def come back esp cuz it's a lot closer than dollar hits and they grill it for u here !

UPDATE:I appreciate the gesture Miss Alice however, we come all the way from NorCal. Since not all food items share the same price, proper tagging would be best and most appreciated as a customer. ========I couldn't agree more to Tin P.'s review. I am not one to do a 1 star review (not anymore) but this business needs to do better. Before coming here, I have read the most recent review which was only 17 days ago that said for cash payments they charge 1.75 per stick and for card payments 1.85. I was under the impression that was still the case because there was a sign next to the cashier that said cash and card payments are charged differently. We grabbed a total of 33 sticks and cost us $70.46 in CASH payment. I was skeptical and so while waiting for them to reheat our food, we asked for the receipt because they do not automatically hand it out nor ask you if you want it. There was a long roll of paper printed and hanging out the cash register already which means it has been a while since they issued one to a customer. As we checked the receipt, 22 were 2 dollars each and 11 were 1.85 each. I went back to the cashier and asked about the breakdown, he said Isaw (chicken intestine) is $2 per stick. When I asked about paying in cash versus card, he said it's all the same. I pointed out the sign that said otherwise and he said, it doesn't stand anymore and so he ripped it off the wall right then and there. 'Till this day, I still do not know what those 2 other items we were charged $2 each for when we only got 20 Isaw. Miss Alice, I see you replying to reviews, if you see this, please consider printing out an updated price list. Spending this much on street food skewers would've been okay if it tasted really good and done properly. When we got back to the hotel to eat, we discovered half of them were burnt/toasted. The meat (both pork and chicken) skewers lacked in taste, the marinade/seasoning is almost non-existent in most of the items. There was not a single item that I liked, not even the dipping sauces tasted good. I hope the business re-evaluates how they do business. The transparency and overall quality of food needs further evaluation IMHO. You guys are the only ones who sell this kind of stuff on this side of SoCal so I am rooting for you. I wish you the best and hope you take my comments with an open mind.

Love Filipino street bbq! However, comparing it to my local spot in Hayward, this location is very small, lacked some fave bbq pieces of mines, and also was a little pricier . Bbq is still very good though and lots of customers!

This place is a total rip off! For 39 sticks and 2 calamansi juices... i got charged $93.67 dollars? No breakdown of prices or even informing customers how much per skewer is?The young kids working here doesn't even know what they are selling, when asked if they have taho, said what is that? They said is it a dipping sauce?? No customer service at all!Could have went somewhere else with live entertainment and a full course meal and won't be charged this much! No wonder it was empty when we came! Definitely won't be coming back here anymore!

As someone mentioned in their review, you buy a lot of skewers--say, 18--and only receive three dipping sauce containers. Before COVID-19, they used to leave out huge buckets of suka sauce, fishball sauce, and other sauces. We could grab as much as we wanted, and as a sauce lover who loves to complement my skewers with dipping sauces, I'm very disappointed that they now charge EXTRA if you want more than the initial amount. What kind of cost-cutting measure is this? You might argue that it's due to health concerns. If that's the case, why not just bring out the sauces that have been prepared and place them on the table that used to be inside, where the towers of dipping sauces once stood, instead of keeping them behind the counter? I have no complaints about the meats themselves--I love their pork skewers, qwek qweks, egg rolls, and fishballs. But it's disappointing that the minimal amount of dipping sauces provided makes it hard to fully enjoy them.I used to visit this place frequently, but since they became stingy with the dipping sauces, I've rarely gone. I went last week to see if anything had changed, but the same dipping sauce policy is still in place. Before COVID-19, this place used to be unique, especially on weekends when they would bring grills out to the parking lot and cook the BBQ there. There were always a lot of people back then; certainly more than there are now. It was a great community event where people could enjoy Filipino street BBQ. I remember it was called "Isawan sa Valley." When I asked why they don't do that anymore, they blamed it on COVID. Whether it's due to COVID, cost-cutting measures, or whatever, this restaurant is living off its former glory. It used to be great, but now it's just "meh." That's why I'm giving it a 3-star review.

After many years, I went back to check their foods because I was craving isaw. The cook with a yellow hair is so rude when I asked to cook my orders well done. He shouted "Pwede na ba ito!!!!!!!!!" so disrespectful, no manners! It looks like he doesn't want to work there and he almost burn my orders and not cooked well done. I worked as a Chef for so many years and I will fire that guy right away!!! My mom felt bad with his attitude. No wonder there isn't much customers and the food weren't great at all.
