This review should be for both locations but I will place the review here. In a rush I had placed an online order then went to pick it up at the expected time that I was notified via text. When I went to pick it up, the person (didn't get his name but i owe this man a thank you) looked up the order and made the sandwich quickly. At the moment was not so impressed that my order was not ready and the guy had a hard time locating it. Later got a call from the deli that my sandwich was ready for pickup. In short I had placed the order to another location and went to pick up here. The lady said it was okay as long as I got my sandwich but it sure is costly to small businesses. The guy did not even mention that I had made a mistake and rushed the pastrami sandwich, which was as good as I had expected. But the service that I received today really was great and humbling. So thank you and sorry at the same time.Great service and delicious sandwiches all the time. Highly recommend.

Cute small deli in the heart of Burbank. Wish there were more side options, but it's a small deli. Staff was friendly. The dining area could've been cleaner.

Hubby and I stopped by Tony's Deli before heading to Universal Studios. We wanted to grab something to eat so that we're not spending so much money there on food later over there. Upon arrival it was around lunch time and we were the only ones there. The staff member there was really friendly and she answered any questions we had about their menu.We ended up ordering a sandwich to share which worked out perfectly as their sandwiches were pretty filling. Once we placed our order we sat and waited while she went to go make our sandwich. It came out quick and it was super delicious! We love getting deli sandwiches from time to time and it never fails to be delicious and filling. It was close by to our hotel as well, so we didn't have to go too far before heading out to Universal Studios. Definitely a go-to place for a quick bite to eat when in the area!

Was starving this morning so I decided to stop by this morning for breakfast. Omg let me tell you I got the Og breakfast burrito. It consists of a tortilla 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and has browns. I got mine with sausage In it. You can ask for avocado if you want but it wasn't needed. The food is so good the customer service was great. I forgot the guys name but he was really nice and helpful! I will be back soon

Nice little deli near a few of the Burbank studios. Employees happy to make recommendations, food was tasty. Aesthetic was certainly "basic" but clean and functional. Definitely would return!

Wow. Tony's Deli is a fantastic sandwich spot in Burbank.I ordered the Tony Special since that's what it's famous for and it did not disappoint. It's been awhile since I've had a solid delicious cold italian sandwich. I gobbled it up in minutes. You have to eat it quick or it'll get soggy later.

They have the incorrect hours of operation. I got there at 5:05 and drove 30 mins, apparently they closed at 5pm and not 9pm like it says on yelp. I even pointed it out and they did not care.
