This location is a small, casual Filipino food place located in an equally small corner part of the Roscoe Woodman Center.Inside: There is no bathroom and has 4 tables. I would caution going with a party larger than 4+ and order for takeout instead. Food: The average price of each meal is between $11-21 (not including tip). I ordered the fried Liempo meal and a Bibingkinitan. It took approximately 15 minutes to prepare and serve. The pork was cooked nicely and you can taste the hints of charcoal and soy sauce. They paired it nicely with rice and egg drop soup. I would highly recommend their Bibingkinitan. When the service worker waited until the end of my meal to hand one to me, it was warm and tasted fresh. This was definitely the highlight of my meal. It has a consistency that was soft and slightly salty in some bites. This is a place that is more popular for take out.

This past Saturday, I picked up some Bibingkinita, chicken barbecue and pork barbecue from Tony's Barbecue. Antonette was so kind. I called in the morning to have my order ready for pick up at around 2pm. Antonette even called me to let me know my order is fresh from the grill and baked fresh from the oven and is ready for pick up. Thank you Antonette! We really like Tony's Barbecue because not only do they make delicious food they also provide excellent customer service. We love supporting local businesses in the San Fernando Valley especially the ones that are consistent in providing excellent customer service. Will be picking up some of their delicious Bibingkinita for our New Year's Eve celebration.

I went to Tony's Barbecue and Bibinkinitan today. I would have given 5 starts based my experience today but the hours of operation is not available on Yelp and not posted in their store. So for those who need this information, this restaurant is open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm. Closed on Monday. The young lady who helped us is very nice and has great customer service. I like that she patiently explained what Inasal is and contrasted it with a regular Filipino barbeque. We bought 6 Bibinkinitas to try and a Chicken Inasal meal. The meal size is good for 2 meals for an average appetite. I like this particular Inasal because the ginger and lemongrass are not too overwhelming, just enough to season the chicken. It is also not sweet, which I prefer. The Bibingkinitas are fresh, delicious and moist. The food prep and presentation looks clean and appetizing. The place is small but clean, and the kitchen area looks organized and sanitary. Most people get their orders to go since the area can only accommodate 8-10 seating area. I hope they maintain the cleanliness and reasonable pricing. I will go back to this place and try their other appetizing meal options.

Two weeks in a row that we bought items from this place. Ordered combinations and their bibinkinitas. All were good. Someone who ordered after me felt that the prices were a little higher compared to other restaurants nearby. For the taste, I don't mind paying a little higher. So far, they have been consistent.

One of my most favorite Filipino restaurants is this LA/OC mini-chain which opened this location in Panorama City around 2-3 months ago. I first discovered Tony's and their bibingka when they were located in Carson. They sold their restaurant in Carson so it has different owners and they renamed it Fiesta Barbecue. I often visit Fiesta Barbecue in Carson and Tony's Barbecue in West Covina locations whenever I am in the area. The main attraction is their bibingka. I highly recommend trying the macapuno bibingka (if you love coconut ) which you have to order in advance (2-3 hours maybe). They also have a Razon-style halo-halo which is similar to what you will find at Razon in the Philippines. At the moment, they don't have halo-halo until they get the shaved ice machine. For food, I usually order the pork skewers by the stick, no rice. You can get any of the combo plates which comes with java rice and atchara. I also like their liempo or fish combo plates. I've tried the Filipino pork barbecue skewers at other places and I can tell you the best Filipino barbecue pork skewers is at Tony's Barbecue and Bibingkinitan.Their hours aren't posted online yet and seems they take a lunch break around 3 pm. Call and pre-order before you get there.if you live far.

I was not able to try their Chicken Inasal on my first visit, I had to come back the next day.The portion for the Chicken Inasal Meal was plenty, it comes with two chicken leg quarters and a cup of Java or Garlic rice.I ordered the Barbeque Pork Ears again but this time asked the server to cook it extra well done and it tasted so much better. They have Chicken Oil to go with their Chicken Inasal.
