This place falls into the IYKYK category. Seoul sausage is originally a Korean fusion food truck but really they are home cooking. You can find the philosophy behind their menu on the newest edition of the great food truck race. Their menu here is a chance for fans of their tv appearances to taste the menu that literally jumped off the screen. Sweet spicy food. Simple and delicious. Try them while they're around or regret missing the opportunity. We got a Seoul pack. Well 2. It has a bit of everything in the menu and really is the best way to go. The kimchi pasta with shrimp is ridiculous. Kimchi flavors on a creamy past sauce. Delicious! The other standouts are the pastor tacos and the cheeseburger roll. Both play with your traditional expectations while giving you some Korean flavors in the mix to blow your mind. All in all, the food is MUST try. The portions are generous and the service is outstanding! Well done fellas, well done! Thanks for blessing us with your flavor explorations.

I wish I could have had a raving review for The Window. As a fan of Seoul Sausage for their creativity and flavorful creations, I was super excited to come pick up the Seoul Pack meal for 2. My friend and I arrived just around opening time at 11 am on a Saturday. There was no wait and parking was full out front, but we were able to easily find parking on the side street around the corner. Their shaded patio area was pretty with two wooden tables and bench seating next to their business wall which you can write on with provided sharpies. We ordered the Seoul Pack which includes one of each dish (bulgogi egg rolls, k-pastor tacos, kimchi pasta and garlic shrimp, egg rice with pork belly, and bacon scallion pancake). We also ordered some extra dishes as some plates only had two of each item and we were meeting a third friend for a picnic. Unfortunately, with a short trip to the park and maybe due to hot weather, the chips and taco shell were quite stale when we ate them. I'm not quite sure what happened there. The k-pastor filling was delicious though. The kimchi pasta and bulgogi egg rolls also did not disappoint. Egg rolls were crispy with a juicy filling and the kimchi pasta had a strong kimchi flavor that was rounded off with the garlic shrimp. I was neutral on the scallion pancakes and egg rice with pork. They were on the bland side. So overall, what was hopeful to be a great experience turned out to be filled with mixed emotions.

Such a cute space with delicious asian fusion food!! The spot is called "the window" and you literally walk up to the window and order! There's a back patio for dining and it's sooo cute! My bf and I tried one of everything on the menu and it was all delicious!! My absolute favorite was the cheeseburger eggroll!! I'd definitely go back and eat this spot again!
