The Waffle 9/10Grabbed an avocado toast and red velvet waffles before heading home one day and wow, it was delicious! The staff were really kind and accommodating!The avocado toast was good, but nothing exceptional. Would I grab it again? Yes. The toppings were fresh and good! The absolute highlight of the meal were the red velvet waffles. I'm a huge red velvet fan and that cream cheese dollop on top was the best. The waffles were nice and fluffy. If you're in Hollywood area this is a really good brunch spot! There's ample street parking as well usually. We came around 9:30am on a weekend and there was already a line out the door so be prepared for a bit of a wait! The food itself is really good and affordable for the LA area! I also loved the mimosa flights and they also do waffle flights too so if you can't make up your mind on which waffle to choose you can do a flight and pick different flavors which is fun!

Tried this spot on a Saturday morning and got seated right away. Cool lil trendy spot in LA for breakfast/brunch. Food was amazing! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was because the food wasn't hot when brought out, it was just room temperature, not even warm. Get the onion rings no matter what you order, just trust me! They are crazy good!!!!

I love waffles and this place makes solid ones. Everytime I come here I either leave full or tipsy. Me and my friends had a gathering a few weeks ago and they all have come back on their own after. Some of the things I totally love other than their tres leches waffles, and pancakes are their mimosas and maple whiskey bacon! We shared one order and had to order another one. So addictively delighful! Everyone working here is so nice and helpful in recommending you from their menu. Place can get very loud and crazy when it's busy. As I mentioned earlier in my review their mimosas are great and strong so there's that! The restroom is clean even when it's busy. Parking on site, they validate for 90 minutes; but the parking attendant of the building this place is located at charged us $19 each (4 different cars). There's also street metered parking.

The only negative thing about the Waffle is a long wait time for a table (they don't take reservations) - but that's just a testament to how dope they are. They are ALWAYS packed. Service is efficient and friendly.They have a huge menu, and the food is delightful, whether you prefer sweet or savoury. They haven't offered bottomless mimosas for a decade, but they have "double size" mimosas, still in their signature mason jars.I'd usually advise arriving early to snag a table, but they open at the ass crack of dawn - 7am!! For those who need a leisurely morning before heading to brunch, the Waffle is worth the wait.

My family and I went there for brunch and every single one of us enjoyed our food. I got the breakfast burrito and the buttermilk pancakes and didn't leave nothing on the plates. Our server Trevor was the best: he welcomed us as soon as we were seated and made sure we were satisfied. Other employees around the restaurant kept checking on us as well to make sure we got everything we needed. Whenever I come visit California again, I'll definitely swing by.

Trevor is the best waiter I've had in a long time. he set expectations and over delivered when things didn't go well. he's funny too so that always enhances the experience. Ten stars for Trevor!!!!!!

This diner seems to discriminate, based on what they think you SHOULD LOOK LIKE and then, they seat you accordingly. This particular waitress made it clear that we needed to fit a certain profile in order for her to accommodate us. We obviously did not meet her standards, as she seated us at the worst table in the restaurant. She was rude and condescending and lied about the seating availability. This situation was further exacerbated by her co-worker making excuses for her poor behavior. This is so disappointing because our previous visits to this establishment had been lovely. Visit at your own risk because you may be subjected to these two servers' shaming, demeaning, and disrespectful treatment!
