The Surly Goat

The Surly Goat has a fantastic trivia night set up. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They set up additional seating since most of the seats were filled. The crowd is also super friendly and fun for a trivia environment. The bar is a perfect craft beer bar with over 20 solid options. The seating layout is great with both indoor/outdoor seating. The back also had a pinball and dart board. Worth checking out if you're a trivia person.

This bar has the most incredible selection of craft beers. It's very chill, welcoming and laid-back. It has been open since 2010 and features local brews, some more exotic brands, classic beers, wine and a full bar. The staff are very nice and they helped me discover some amazing new beers that I had never heard of. There is lots of seating, a comfy lounge area, outdoor patios, dart boards, arcade games, and sometimes they have karaoke and DJs. I had a first date here once and we ended up going out for a few years (!) so it's a great place to meet someone for the first time because it's very relaxed and you can discover a new kind of beer together! And I'm not even a huge beer drinker myself, but it is fun to taste different kinds of craft beers....and this is the perfect place for that.

Always a fun time at the Surly Goat! Located near the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Fairfax...this bar has the best line up of beers a person can ask for!Went for a friend's birthday on a Saturday and the place was so much fun. Great people watching as well!

Amazing bar with great happy hour deals, always pretty lit here too on any night of the week. Best to come on Thursdays or any night on the weekend tho. Despite the crowd the bartenders are on top of it serving people pretty quickly. They have some house made beer and house made seltzers too. Tried the stable trestles and the goose island cola stout both pretty great!

My favorite bar in West Hollywood, has a down-to-earth atmosphere that's really hard to find in the area. Very welcoming. The doorman Andre is the BEST, he remembered me weeks later after only one visit. Bartenders are great too, friendly and attentive. They've got a good shot + beer deal, darts, backyard patio, karaoke on Wednesdays and Fridays, definitely worth checking out.

Staff here are always super friendly. Decent selection of beer, I actually haven't tried any cocktails here but hope to try some day. I really like the overall vibe here. I've been with friends on packed nights and I've also stopped in by myself during happy hour to just relax outside.

Got my girlfriend to get up and do karaoke here one time. This bar was a Great time with a side patio

The doorman checking ID's was friendly and professional. The selection of drafts was numerous and offered a good variety. The main female bartender doesn't smile or greet you in any sort of friendly manner. She was also responsible for the short pour nitro stout pictured, maybe contains 12 oz of beer when it should be 16. Her gin pour was also kinda sad , right to the mark and not a drop more. I've had more generous pours at corporate chains or even airport bars. The other female bartender was actually the opposite of the first, smiling, beautiful, and poured a full pint! My advice is make sure you go to the smiling bartender!

Gross, run down, stinks and over priced. Save your money for drinks somewhere better.
