The Red Fish

I recently celebrated my birthday at The Red Fish and I couldn't have asked for a better birthday celebration. The staff was also super cute from the second I walked in, they greeted me, said happy birthday, helped me with my jacket and asked if I was here to have a great time which was honestly very welcoming. They also took all of the gifts and put them on the side, which was great because I didn't feel like I had to fuss in making space for everything. From start to finish everything was absolutely perfect and it was the best setting for a fun party with my friends. The food was also delicious. We all work in the hospitality industry and we discussed how every dish that was given to us was delicious and the presentation of each plate was also very appealing to the eye. The sushi was also very fresh and beautifully presented. We had sushi, Japanese salad, and pasta. The drinks on the menu were either margaritas or beer. Because we were a large party, I thought it would be best to create a set menu. What really made the experience stand out though was the service . Cele the owner is truly remarkable, and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and made the whole evening very special. They were very attentive and friendly making sure I wasn't missing anything and most importantly kept making sure the drinks were flowing on the table. I would definitely recommend the redfish to anyone looking to host a special event . They made my birthday celebration, truly unforgettable, and I cannot wait to go back. It was an absolute pleasure dinning at red fish on melrose. The ambience, the staff and the food Was absolutely amazing. We went with a group of 10 and we had everything from the salad to the french fries to the sushi and then we moved along to the main courses. The Seabass, the Tomahawk and the fillet were my favorite favorites. The desserts also were out of this world. So happy to have a Wonderfull new restaurant with the most amazing staff open. Keep up the great work and keep serving the best food in town. Red fish also has catered our events in the past and they did not disappoint.

Heard about a new spot opening in West Hollywood and wanted to have a date night with my wife so we decided to try it out. We were told it was their opening week so we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. What a beautiful restaurant! The staff were so kind, welcoming, and super attentive. We absolutely loved the ambiance and decor inside. We ordered the New York Strip, Brussel Sprout Crisps, Chilean sea bass, and a wonderful coffee martini(I forget the actual name). The chef brought us out some dishes on the house including an arugula salad and different types of sushi! The food was amazing! The dish that stuck out the most was the sea bass. Honestly it's the best fish dish I've ever had. Just wanted to say thank you to everybody for making our date night so memorable. We will definitely be returning in the near future! Thank you again.

We have been fans of Red Fish Catering for years... I am now a fan of their restaurant as well. The food and service were amazing! Cele took great care of us, just like he always does for our events.

Great atmosphere! Very welcoming staff and genuinely happy to provide great service. The restaurant itself is clean and fresh. Pleasant environment for a nice meal.I highly recommend it. I had the Cowboy steak. Nice presentation and tastefully served with the Brussels sprouts on the side . I truly enjoyed savoring the nice cut . At the recommendation of Jerry, we shared a nice fried green tea ice cream! Simply delicious! This is a great dining experience for those looking for a genuine treat..from the moment you enter to the moment you leave...with a nice smile on your face. Will definitely come back!
