A pirate themed restaurant where they offers variety of seafood menu! A gem waiting to be discovered, I found out from a friend's recommendation and was not disappointed. Loved the service they provide, they cook everything for you and all you have to do is eat. The menu B or the gold tier came with good enough to fill two people, I loved the pirate ship decoration of the food. The food tastes great with their sauces. One of the best Korean seafood restaurant in Rowland.

If you are craving seafood bbq this is a spot. They give you bunch of appetizers to eat between meals. We wanted something different for my brothers birthday and ended up here. Its inside the same plaza as Boston Lobter. Parking is super easy and pretty empty there. We walked in and got seated right away. I liked that they cook the seafood for you.Potatoes and sweet potatoes are really bomb. Also don't forget the noodles they will bring them out for you at the end of the meal. If you get the lobster they cook the lobster inside the kitchen. Definitely will return and they have good selection of alcoholic beverages.

I was never a big fan of Korean grilled seafood but this place changed that. The seafood was fresh and clean. Service was on point. They basically cooked everything for you and timing was perfect!

Service is a hit or miss here. Sometimes they go out of their way to serve you and other times they don't have enough staff to properly tend to all the customers in a rush. Regardless, the seafood here is very fresh. My top favorites here are the clams, mussels and scallop. The scallop is a must try. It was so fresh and so succulent. It sits atop a bed of vermicelli noodles in a herby garlic butter sauce that you mix and eat once it's done cooking and it's amazing. I think the only time I tasted traces of the "smelly ocean" taste was in the oysters but it was very subtle and I could ignore it. The interior of the restaurant is very creative. They have a pirate theme going on for almost everything there. Even the box where they give you the receipt and pen to sign the receipt with is a cute little treasure box. The restrooms are decorated with a pirate theme too. It's a very fun and unique place for families.

This is a fantastic place for Korean seafood bbq. There is another place like this in Monterey Park called Clam House and the food and style are exactly the same. But this place has so much more space and they use their AC to keep it cool for patrons. So much better here. Service is hit and miss. Sometimes it's fast but last time we came, food came out very slow. Steamed egg and cheese corn and Korean pancake sides were all delicious. Good amount of food with all the grilled seafood, noodles, and sides.

K-Seafood is limited this side of K-town. Only other place is clam house in Monterey park. Only other one I know of. Price is fairly similar to the counterparts. Spread is similar but K-Town has a bit better quality. Ordered the $199 box which comes with 4 Abalones I mean it's plenty of food to feed 4-5 people. They help you cook for a majority but my guy tapped out at the end as he was getting tired. So we ended up cooking the ala cart lobster on our own, which was fine. I would have to say they aren't busy and hopefully when they do they can get it together. for those that need alcohol for their experience. no liqueur license yet.

Come hungry bc the amount of food they give you is insane. My mom and I ordered the silver treasure box combo which is meant for 1-2 ppl but it can easily feed 3. The servers will help you cook your food and will also let you know when it's ready to eat as well so you don't really have to worry about cooking anything yourself. All of the seafood tasted very fresh and paired nicely with the slightly sweet spicy sauce from the red container. The combos also come with side dishes like porridge, steamed egg, pancake, corn cheese, sashimi salad, and kalguksu (noodle soup). My favorites were the steamed egg which was really fluffy and the sashimi salad which was very refreshing and light. I used to always have to go to Ktown to eat at korean seafood bbq places but now that they opened one in Rowland, it'll be so much easier to satisfy my cravings! Def come give this place a try!

My first time at a seafood BBQ! Definitely a unique dining experience & I recommend it if you're a seafood fan, especially if you love shellfish! The Pirate Korean Seafood BBQ is located where Wudi Kebob used to be. We came here on a Monday night and there was no wait, but they do have a waitlist for more busier nights. The menu comes in pre-set levels with each one coming with a certain variety of foods. It's not all you can eat, but you get so much food it's insane. We got the Gold Menu (meant to serve 2-3 people) and this came with: -Manila clams-Cherrystone Clams-Mussels-Oysters-Scallops-Shrimp (head and tail on)-Abalone-Spicy Baby Octopus-Spicy Baby Scallop-Conch Soup-Korean pancake-Steamed Egg-Edamame-Porridge-Corn Cheese-Sweet and regular potatoNot listed on the menu, but we also got the sashimi (soup?) salad (this was cold and had tuna cubes, shrimp, and cabbage in it) and a huge heaping helping of soup noodles (clear broth with veggies, pepper, and some yummy chewy, doughy noodles). This was all for $121.99! Lots of food and definitely worth it. It's truly a dining experience and the servers help set up everything for you so you don't have to worry about the cooking order of the food, arranging it on the grill, shucking anything, etc. This was extremely welcomed since I am 100% sure that we would have messed it up if we did it ourselves. Though you do get scissors, tongs, and a singular cloth glove for you to use. The clams were super fresh (everything was to be honest) and tasted like the sea, but not in a brine-y sandy way. You can easily tell there are done when they pop open and it's quite satisfying to see too. I really enjoyed the scallop with the noodles on it that were grilled (noodles became crunchy) and the spicy baby scallop that was boiled with cheese on top. Super delicious. This was probably also my favorite spicy baby octopus that I've had too. Not super spicy but seasoned perfectly and grilled to perfect crispiness. Sides were delicious as well. I usually hate porridge but this one was Korean style, I'm assuming and had larger grains and was much more palatable to me. Can never go wrong with some good corn cheese, steamed egg, and Korean pancake either. We actually had to take the grilled taters home and we barely put a dent into the sashimi salad. I also really enjoyed the small attention to details such as our meal coming out in a wooden boat with the restaurant logo on the flag, as well as the check coming out in a small pirate chest (also had their logo too). Recommended !

Yummy! Tons of delicious seafood cooked right in front of you. Services was great, we did do an early dinner so I think that was perfect as when we left the restaurant was packed with people waiting. The small combo was perfect about of food for 2 hungry or 3 people. We didn't order extra. Seafood tasted very fresh. They also give you a pot of noodle soup they put in the grill at the end that was super tasty Don't forget to take the potato's that have been cooking at the bottom of you did not eat

Random find but so glad I tried it!Went in on a Friday night, around 630. Got there right before the rush started. We ordered the silver set and added a side order of abalone. Let me start off by saying how fresh everything was! When they brought the abalone out, it was still very much alive and we watched it cook to its ultimate death but it was mighty delicious! The clams were all popping right open as they cooked as well. It was like you just caught it from the ocean and was eating it right after! The set came with porridge, seafood salad, some kind of chive pancake (전), and at the end, they give you kalguksu (noodle soup) which totally hit the spot! We ended the meal with the sweet potato and potato that was cooking since the beginning of the meal They let you know when you can eat the seafood but I liked to cook mine a little longer due to the texture. Service was really good and the servers were all so nice! All in all, I'd definitely come back!
