Had a great time last night at The Little Door! Such a beautiful restaurant with fantastic food. We were a party of 6 & started off with the lettuce salad, peri peri shrimp, black mussels, hamachi, and burrata. All so good! For my entree, I got the branzino which was phenomenal. My brother and sister in law got the filet and ribeye, both cooked perfectly. My husband and mom each got the rack of lamb, which they said was delicious. My mom got hers medium well and it came out medium rare. Only complaint in regard to food. For dessert, we got the red velvet cake, passion fruit cheesecake, and creme brulee. Service was good, but not great. Often times, we had to flag someone down for drink refills. The restaurant was packed so I understand the lack of attention, but it got annoying at one point.

Came here for the second time and it did not disappoint! Came to celebrate a friend's birthday, we were a party of 6 and we made reservations. The "outdoor" space here is just amazing. Imagine you're eating within the trees. Very well set up for sure. Love the ambiance here. The food is also great here. I've tried a lot of their dishes and I haven't found something that wasn't amazing! Love their alcohol cocktails too! Very well put together place. I will definitely visit again! The staff is great too, a lot of help, water refills, and just everything.

The Little Door feels like a secret garden in the middle of LA. Walking in, it's cozy and romantic with candlelit tables and lush greenery- it's like being transported to Europe. The food was amazing. I started with the burrata salad, which was so fresh, and the filet mignon was rich and perfectly cooked. Every dish felt thoughtful and flavorful. The service was so warm and friendly, and the whole place just had this magical, intimate vibe with soft music and quiet conversations flowing through the space. It's the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy good food and good company. Already planning my next visit--it's such a dreamy little escape.

The most whimsical place, perfect for a special occasion or just for a fun dinner out! Inside feels unreal like you're outside but you're not. The twinkling lights are gorgeous and make the experience feel so magical. Service was great from the time we entered. Our waitress was so kind and patient with our questions.Food was delicious. We ordered the gnocchi and burrata for starters, pasta for entree & bread pudding for dessert. The cocktail I ordered was lovely too, it was some kind of Japanese whiskey drink, so good. Overall I loved my experience here and would love to come back!

Little Door will always hold a special place in my heart because it's where I got engaged! This French restaurant exudes romance with its twinkling lights and intimate atmosphere--it's simply gorgeous. My fiancé worked with the staff beforehand to create the perfect surprise, and they went above and beyond to make it a night I will never forget. When I arrived, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers already waiting at our table, setting the most romantic tone for the evening.I ordered the filet mignon, which was absolutely delicious, and the entire dining experience was flawless. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel so special by offering free Prosecco and a complimentary crème brûlée to celebrate our engagement. This place will forever be our spot, and we couldn't be more grateful to the staff for their role in making it such a memorable night. Thank you so much, Little Door, for making our engagement a magical experience!

Went for date night and it was not bad! First off, I'd definitely recommend this spot for the ambiance! The trees and slowly glowing lights are sooo romantic, it's the perfect place to make an impression. Try to sit in the courtyard if you can!We treated ourselves to an assortment of dishes to share: For starters, we had the grilled octopus, oysters, baked bread, and beef tartare. I thought the grilled octopus was the least appealing fish of the four, mainly because I think I regularly get it as an app and can't help but compare them to other local restaurants. I thought the octopus was cooked fine but I wish it had a little more flavor throughout the dish altogether. It felt bland to me.The beef tartare was okay as well, although I didn't love the potato chip pairing. The beef itself was delicious and had a nice balance of acidity and savory, but it was already rich as it was, I think that maybe a bread of some type would have been a better option than an oily chip! The baked bread was fluffy and cheesy and light, and melted the butter perfectly! For the entrees - we shared the organic chicken and the sea bass. I thought the fish was decent but again was leaving me somewhat disappointed in its flavor profile. I just got an overall sense of bland. The best part of the meal was for sure the chicken, which comes out literally on fire but is sooo juicy and flavorful! For dessert - I actually really liked the bread pudding. I thought it was lovely, except it's really small and maybe I'd request another side of ice cream and less whipped cream! There was also a nice selection of drinks and skin contact wine :) Overall, go for the ambiance but don't feel the need to stay for the food.

Such a cute entrance walking in. Once entering you will not be disappointed! Sat at the bar during my dining experience. Raul and Sean were exceptional behind the bar throughout the night which added an extra touch of comfort to the meal.

The Little Door was full of surprises Saturday night. My friend and I enjoyed a cozy, intimate atmosphere while we dined on some exquisite eats.We started with the hamachi crudo and grilled octopus. The crudo was nice, although I wish the portion was larger. It was easily outshined by the best grilled octopus I've ever had. Definitely a must-have for any food connoisseur. For dinner, I finally got to try white truffle over risotto. It was light and delicate, more refined than black truffle. I also tried the lamb chop, which was glorious. For a side, I had the most incredible assortment of mushrooms that stole the show. Desert included a chocolate lava cake and bread pudding. The bread pudding tasted good but had a weird, undesirable texture. Overall, the dinner was lovely and the perfect place to celebrate my friends birthday.
