Best girls night!!! The food was delicious and the service was the best, our server was familiar with the menu when I asked about the vegan optionsThe atmosphere here was half intimate half vibrant.. so whatever vibe you are looking for, they can provide it. The drinks were great as well, we loved the margarita flight the most. My Vegan Mushroom Enchiladas were seasoned perfectly, the full flavored mole was a plus! My friends and I are looking forward to coming back soon

Made reservations for a late Valentine's Day dinner and we were pleasantly greeted at the front and quickly seated at our table. This restaurant is absolutely stunning, it's a hidden gem on Rodeo inside a small plaza. Me and my boyfriend loved the ambiance and the decor of this place. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. On the other hand, the food was mediocre. I had seen some reviews with the same thought (mediocre) but decided to give this place a try anyway. We had ordered the Ceviche de Pescado, table side Caesar salad, New York wagyu, along with a side of cilantro rice, esquites, onions, and black beans all at an extra charge for the sides. The ceviche was good but not great- the presentation was beautiful but it lacked acidity and needed some more salt. It came with plantain chips which are my absolute favorite so that was a plus! The Caesar salad was tossed and prepared for us table side- we both enjoyed it and thought the salad was great. On to our main course: New York wagyu that's sliced and drizzled with chimichurri sauce served table side as well. We waited approximately 35 minutes for the entree.. definitely a bit of a wait but everyone seemed busy so we were patient. We had requested medium rare but it was served more medium and not as tender as I anticipated. It's also served with a side of tortillas. The sides that we ordered were all very basic, nothing crazy. I had sent the esquites back because it lacked flavor. It was dry, had very little cotija cheese and I didn't taste any butteriness at all. The rest of the sides were regular tasting sides like at most local Mexican restaurants- some of my favorite local spots were definitely better. Our server was nice and helpful but we did notice that it seemed hectic inside. I'm not sure if they were short staffed but tables nearby us looked around to find their waiter multiple times as well. It was hard to get a hold of them. Overall, the food was fine and edible. Nothing wowed us besides how beautiful this restaurant is.

"Our experience at Hideaway was far from pleasant. Despite making a reservation a month in advance for a group of 21, unfortunately the service was extremely slow and keep saying it's Saturday ..We waited nearly an hour simply for drinks and over two hours for our food. Given the size of our party, we expected better organization and attention. Unfortunately, the portions were shockingly small--so tiny not well enough and the food was dry and mediocre For the price, it was simply not worth it for the money to pay. Disappointing experience, and I wouldn't go back it was embarrassing for me to invite all this people to a special event .. it might be good for couples not for party .I think we pay for the location nothing else ..

Beautiful venue and atmosphere. We walked in by mistake and loved the experience. The excellent service and delicious food made all the difference. All of that with great reasonable price - come check it out - you will love too. P.S. I had chicken fiesta and my husband the steak and fries.

This certainly has an appropriate name because I never knew this restaurant existed. We were shopping in the area and were craving Mexican, so after seeing this was nearby & described as a "Mexican steakhouse"..we were intrigued. The spot itself is really cool inside. The somewhat "outdoor" area with the fireplace in the middle has beautiful ambience at night. We found all the staff we encountered to be friendly and helpful as well. The food was surprisingly good and I really dig the concept of you pick a protein and it's served with tortillas to make your own more high-end tacos. The wagyu flautas & octopus w/forbidden rice were standout appetizers I would definitely recommend. We also loved the Australian wagyu ribeye entree (I wanted to keep this for myself). The only thing we didn't love was the gambas (shrimp) entree we ordered, it was bland & we had wished we gotten a different seafood option. Will certainly return when we are in the area.

The Hideaway! What a perfect name for this restaurant in the middle of Beverly Hills. We booked our end of year company luncheon here and it was perfect. I ordered from the lunch menu; mini flautas, chilaquiles with chicken and the churros. Also had a frozen strawberry margarita. I had trouble finishing my food and took most of it home. The flautas were crunchy on the outside and so moist on the inside. The sauce they served it with was flavorful. The chicken was grilled perfectly. Hubby ordered the Australian wagyu ribeye with a side of Mac and cheese. He said it's the best steak he's ever had. Service was quick and friendly and the place had Mexican villa vibes. Very cozy and inviting. If you drive park using the valet then get your ticket validated by them. It's $15 for the day.

First of all beautiful place I love the greenery and the scenery didn't mean to rhyme there, but it happens. It was a beautiful place to take my girl. I'll i'll save the sashimi was so good. Just melt in your mouth and my server Roberto. He needs a raise. He was so sweet always checking up on us and we had a great time. Drinks were amazing steak was cooked just how I liked it couldn't ask for more from a good place. Definitely would recommend the spot and I wanna go back already. Thank you so much.

I honestly don't know what was better... the service, the vibe, or the incredible filet mignon! Even though this is a Mexican place, I was amazed by the variety of food and flavors you can find here. Leaving some photos so you can see what I mean :) Our server, Roberto also went above and beyond to make us feel good. 10/10.
