A nice spot for a date night and celebratory dinner. The ambience and service were lovely. However, the prices are quite high. Regarding food, hands down, the pesto was the best dish! Followed by the cremasola (mozzarella salad). The other two ordered dishes were just ok -- bresaola and gnocchi malfatti. I had truffles added to the gnocchi and it unfortunately was not what I expected. Still giving 4 stars because half the dishes were tasty and the service/environment were nice. They also brought out a free birthday gelato which was a nice touch!Long story short, I would definitely come back solely for the pesto and mozzarella salad!

I'm so conflicted writing this. So I'm going to break it down. Service 5/5. Everyone so nice, so attentive, loved everyone there. We came a little late to our 7:15 reservations. No wait they held it and honored it. It was also Valentine's Day I know that would have been annoyed working on Valentine's Day. Food 2/5. We got 4 dishes and I enjoyed 2 out of the 4. We had never been here before and if I'm being honest the menu design is really bad the words very close together the spacing was just not there I couldn't tell when the description started. But we trusted the Michelin guide and just went with all of the specials. Starting with the apps the prosciutto and burrata was very good I think a small drizzle of honey would have enhanced the burrata, Second course was the pasta, I'm not really sure which ones these were but the one that looked like blankets with green (pesto) sauce I think stracciatella - this was amazing. A little black pepper would have been pretty good too. But over all this probably took the cake. It was creamy and distinctive. Different from anything I've ever had.The meat bow tie pasta however I did not like at all. It was nutty and sour and the texture of the meat really took me by surprise. It was like regular ground meat and liver texture. I took one bite and let my boyfriend have the rest. This just really wasn't to my liking. Lastly we had the porchetta for the 3rd course. The first bite was good. But as you continue on the crisp skin becomes soggy and fattier parts was more than the meat part, while the meat was pretty dry. To me the first bite was very similar to Lechon but it just did carry through for the entirety of the pork roll Over all an ok experience. I would love to come back perhaps not on a holiday and try other dishes.

The Factory Kitchen came highly recommended by an Italian friend. I had an opportunity to check it out on a recent trip to LA and boy oh boy. Service was top notch and valet parking was a breeze. The food is as good as it gets outside of Italy. This is in my top 5 Italian restaurants in North America. Here is what we ordered: Aged parma prosciutto, lightly fried sage dough, stracciatella: favorite dish with moist prosciutto, creamy cheese and the softest most chewy dough Handkerchief egg-pasta, basil-almond ligurian style pesto, pecorino toscano: incrediblePan-seared sea bream filet, spicy fennel, cherry tomato, taggia olives: crispy and tastySlow-roasted pork belly italian style, sautéed fennel, carrots, red onions, celery: tastyCharred brussels sprouts, ligurian olive oil, lemon zestTaggia olives speckled large egg-pasta, vermentino-braised rabbit sugo: amazingly tastyIt was such a great meal that I plan on dining at their sister restaurant in Vegas this week!

Honestly I doubted this place at first because of its name lol but I actually really enjoyed this meal. We snagged a last minute reservation and were seated quickly. Ordered family style and tried the famous mandilli di seta, granchio, gnocchi malfatti, porchetta. The mandilli di seta did not look like much so I was prepared to be disappointed but it was divine. The pesto was extremely silky and had such a unique flavor. I've never had anything like it. The gnocchi malfatti was light and pillowy with little bursts of flavor from the wild boar. The granchio was not that memorable with its small chunks of crab meat and mild sauce. The porchetta was thick and meaty and provided the protein to balance the meal but not necessarily a must order. I would honestly come back here just for the mandilli di seta.

I think I might have found my new favorite spot for pasta. I had heard about the Factory Kitchen but had no idea it was where it was, and it happened to be walking distance from me.The restaurant, as the name suggests, is located in a factory along with other businesses. It is in a smaller street, so you might never have known of its location like me.We started off with some cocktails (Tokyo Drift and a spicy mezcal margarita drink). Both decent, not too strong. Based on the server's recommendations, we started off with the prosciutto which was amazing. Nicely salted and balanced perfectly with the stracciatellla. We cut it into four pieces for me and my friend to share (devour). That was a great start to our meal and highly recommend it as your appetizer. As for the pastas, we got the mandili di seta and the pappardelle. I believe they change their pasta dishes every day but these are two of the few ones that stay on their menu. Out of these two, I would say that the mandili was my favorite. The pesto sauce made the dish a really rich pasta, and the pasta itself was cooked perfectly. The pappardelle pasta was also good, but the sauce was a bit light. Regardless, that mandili di esta lives rent free in my mind, a must-order.The server highly recommended the porchetta (pork belly). I have to say I was disappointed by the dish. It was too fatty and nothing out of the ordinary. I personally would not order this again.Got the brussel sprouts and cauliflower for the sides, both good! Nothing amazing but great choices to get your greens intake.I would try to sit closer to the kitchen/bar area to see the food being made next time. Great spot overall for Italian food, work dinners/dates.Valet parking available for $12. You can also get lucky and park on the street.

Making a reservation for the same night was easy at Factory Kitchen, and we were seated right away when we arrived. We went with the recommendations for our family--three pastas, one entrée, and one pizza, which turned out to be the perfect amount. The porchetta was tender and rich, with slow-roasted pork belly that just melts in your mouth. One of the highlights was the mandilli di seta with basil almond pesto-style sauce, which was fresh and flavorful. We also loved the pizzeta with its soft center with its great balance of cheese and tomatoes. The dim, moody lighting set a great vibe for a romantic night out or a celebration. They even brought out a small ice cream treat for my girl's birthday, which was a sweet touch.

This is my second time visiting and it was even better than the first! Came here for a girls' late night dinner on a Friday evening, a party of 4. The restaurant is both inviting and cozy - it was the perfect place to catch up and hang out. Buzzy but not loud. Our server was phenomenal, asking us what we liked and recommended options based off of that.We ordered the prosciutto for the starter, Mandilli Di Seta, Casonzei, and osso bucco for the main, and finished off the meal with the saracena and crostata for dessert.Literally, every dish we had was AMAZING!!! Not too heavy but the flavors hit, for every dish. The desserts were a nice touch to cleanse our palate - sweet but not too sweet.Cocktails were had. I didn't personally try it but the Sunflower was a hit, and was ordered a couple of times.

I loved this place when I had been in 2017, so I was interested in seeing if I still enjoyed it years down the line! I would say that the menu was different from what I remember, so maybe that was what impacted my impression this time around.Overall, I wasn't really impressed with the dishes - for the price, the pasta dishes were pretty small portions and didn't have that "wow" factor that I typically look for. I did really enjoy the appetizers (the stuffed peppers were good and I loved the freshness of the cantaloupe in the vegetable dish we ordered). In terms of the dining experience, the servers/hostess were nice but not as warm/attentive as I had been expecting. They did, however, give a complementary dessert for my friend's birthday which was a really sweet gesture! We all enjoyed the panna cotta that was brought.

Great Valentine's Day dinner. Some of the best pasta I've ever had. With unique flavors and exquisite service from all of the staff. Loud lively ambience as the whole restaurant was packed. Rabbit pappardelle was mouthwatering and worth every penny. Would definitely recommend. Biggest downside is the valet next door. Pay $12 for them to park your car 2 feet away.

The ribbon pesto pasta. I don't care what else you order but you MUST MUST MUST order it. The pastas are great at The Factory Kitchen and my go to order is always pasta + steak (as it is at a lot of places.) if you like fried liver and onions they do it really well too. The restaurant itself is really pretty!
