I've been coming to the Dime more recently and it's never been bad, but when I went most recently, you can tell they put a lot of effort into revamping and it's definitely well worth it. They now have food and the wings are good! I should've asked for more sauce on my wings, only because I'm super saucy with food lol, but they had a great flavor and were fresh and hot. The vibe is nice, the music is always tailored to the crowd they have. The workers are so nice, they truly made my experience great! Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been in awhile or if you have never been! I'm not currently drinking but they did have a wide variety of drinks. The street parking around it isn't bad at all, I don't think I ever struggled finding parking. The bathrooms have never been nasty. It's not a large venue, but it's great to come to with some friends for some good music and great bites. Dj Noodlez is fire, from the r&b vibes to hip hop and pop, I have a great time everytime and I dance the night away lol. The improvements will just have me coming more often!

So here's the tea. It's always been a dope spot for DJ's and vibes. I was today years old when I found out it had new owners and has killer cocktails (even a clarified rum punch) but still great energy and music. The biggest surprise was the food menu. Do not sleep on the ODB (amazing chicken sandwich) and the fries are worth it alone for the garlic aioli. My favorite drink is a play on Gin n Juice - has yuzu and passion fruit and other things I can't remember. Just get it!

This staple is known by most ppl for LA. It's a very small bar/club, with a doorman. Bartenders are cool with great pours. Place gets packed out. There is tables and chairs among the walls. A good place to listen to a good DJ and just vibe. I was never attracted to this place but it has steadily grown on me. My friends love it.

This place is the place to be! They have the best DJ in the game DJ RTistic on Monday's...taco Tuesdays 5pm-9pm...Wings & Fries on Wednesday. Happy Hour 5pm-10pm. Make sure you see my girl Amari at the bar--a GODDESS and theee best with the dranks!!!!!!!! And let me not forget the tacos and wings by Belly's and The Flavor King are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!

This place has really good vibes and good music. My friends and I had a blast. Small spot but good service too.

I'll put it to you like this, on the night Black Panther came out in theatres the late great Chadwick Bozeman spent the evening with friends at the dime. Now think about that, he could've been anywhere in the world but he was at the dime. My point is this is the kind of place that the biggest celebrities in the world can come and feel like just part of the crowd. The Dime is by far one of my favorite dive bars in all of LA. They keep a good rotation of djs and they all bring their own flavor. I'm a big 90's hip hop head and they're always playing dope stuff that I grew up on. Bartenders are always a vibe and pours are legit. I used to frequent the Tuesday comedy night when Adam and Nicky hosted and I can't count the amount of good local comics and famous comics I've seen for free here. Now that I'm older I don't go on the weekends as much because it gets stupid packed but if that's your things go for it. For the guys this is one of the best places to meet women because no one is pretentious here, just enjoying life and vibing. With Fairfax constantly changing by the day it's great to still have a local staple that hasn't lost its magic.

Great music lots of music. It's very intimate and cozy. Not a place to go have conversations but a place for dancing and drinking

Fantastic old school bar. They recently did some updates which look fresh and new while keeping the same vibes. They also have a new food menu! Absolutely delicious. In a city of ever changing bars and nightclubs this historic gem of a bar stands the test of time.
