Stumbled upon The Bop while washing my rugs across the street at a laundry mat. Asian food is one of my favorite genres of food, so I set to give The Bop a try.What stood out to me was that this place is a fusion of Japanese and Korean! The menu offered a variety of choices. I ordered the kimchi fried rice. Boy, I was in for a treat!!! The kimchi was spicy just at the right level! The amount of kimchi in the fried rice was perfect. The seasonings, green onions, and seaweed is also on par with the total eating experience of the kimchi fried rice.The store is mainly a small "order to go" brick and mortar. There are only two tables, so don't expect to have a dine in experience like a regular restaurant. Make sure you order your food to eat elsewhere. I appreciate the person I ordered from explaining to me about the place not being a regular sit in place to eat. So take note if you come to The Bop to get food.The Bop is a pleasant surprise for sure!!!! I am definitely going to go back to try some other items they have to offer!!!

Good food and very friendly staff. The bowl I ordered was good but I wouldn't say it's anything special. Raw fish with rice and good sauce. The worker was very nice and gave us thorough explanations of each dish, with suggestions on how to eat them.

This place is very small and ideal for a quick lunch stop or a pick up! Fish quality is great, staff was insanely nice and helpful and also gave us a complimentary miso soup which was very sweet and generous of them. Helpful from explaining the different item options and combos to how to eat the correct way. Will def recommend and come back! Thank you so much!

The cashier was very friendly, service was quick. There is limited seating - it's more of a take out place. But great spot for a healthy lunch

Came here because of the very high ratings but definitely feel like it's overrated. As a Korean American I was raised with Korean food and this take on Bulgogi is not exactly how it should taste nor is the quality as expected. I believe the food has decent flavor but appears not as fresh as Korean food should be. The street ambiance is also definitely not the best either.

Highly recommend this hidden gem! Been here twice and it did not disappoint. The fish is so fresh and flavorful. Service was quick and customer service was great!

As I was driving around, I was looking for something to eat. I came upon this place and wanted to try it out. Since I was craving a poke bowl, I saw that they had a Chirashi Bowl. So, I ordered the bowl with regular white rice. For $27-, the Chirashi Bowl filled me up. Also, it came with miso soup and a free soda with a Yelp Check-in. Plus, I got a tip on how to eat the fish which I appreciated.

Great value :) good portions and delicious I will be back :-) I did order pickup to take the bowls to the beach- was packaged really well, sauce was wrapped in an extra layer of Saran Wrap too .

I had Korean pork bowl from this place. The pork was a little too sweet for me. Would have liked it to be spicy since it was mentioned in the title of the dish.
