Our cashier was super helpful and nice. They have limited seating. It's more of a carry out spot. I ordered the Fried fish and a bag of muscles/shrimp with corn and medium spice. Tasted like no spice honestly. The Crispy Mahalo Fried fish !!! 10 out of 10. It was so fresh flaky, perfect crisp, perfect seasoning, and the daddy fries Were truly addicting and a very large portion. I will come back for the fish ! Boil seasoning wasn't really up to par not enough sauce or flavoring It was just eh... So I'll take a star off for that maybe they can do better next time however that fried fish was absolutely perfect and for that I'll be back soon

This was my first experience and I was not pleased but I jus went and the manager accommodated me well and my food was way better than the first time.. They took down the bags off the window and actually have menu up. I'm pleased this time around. Thank U Isaac I appreciate u taking heed to my complaint.

I ordered from this place ok Postmates, which the name was Uncle Tom's Kickin' Crab, and they were having this amazing deal of buy one, get one and a free delivery if you spend $50. Honestly it was a really good deal. I got the daddy corn, the 1 pound with shrimp peeled (1/2 lb) and mussels (1/2 lb), and the fries for about $55.Everything was pretty good too. The sauce with the shrimp and mussel was good, the fries had good seasoning, and I could not get enough of the corn. My only con is that it was slightly too salty. Otherwise it is a 9/10 considering the price I got, free delivery, and decent quality food.

Ambiance : 2/5 looks a bit sketchy and empty then again I went around 9PM Food: 4/5 I order half pound shrimp with their daddy sauce it was good and tasty .. I also ordered their wings & fries.. they were tasty but I do wished the sauce sticked more to the wings & I added a side of rice WHICH for the price I thought it was unfair and pricey because the container was small. Service: ordered online it was easy just felt like I wish it had more flexibility Everything was around $35would I go again? Yes.

Ordered 5 sauces and only received 4. My girlfriend spoke to a woman on the phone and asked for a manager on site and was told there was no manager present. So we made sure to let them know we ordered five and only received four but the staff kept telling us they counted five. Im not sure if they just thought we were trying to get free sauce but we were definitely missing one container. Staff was unwilling to help us resolve the issue and just kept repeated the fact they put five sauces even as I repeated myself that we were only given four. Disappointing as my family & I love to order from here. Overall terrible customer service and someone needs to learn how to count
