That you to AFendi for making our experience so memorable. I had him twice and he's exceptional at what he does. Truly one of the hardest working people in here. Definitely cares more than the servers I've had. He always gos above and beyond making it a 5 star experience every time. Really hope they make him a server here, more than anyone, he really deserves it. Thank you AFendi, see you again soon.

The only positive aspect of this restaurant is its convenient location. Unfortunately, the food and service were far below expectations. * Lobster Benedict: Barely warm, flavorless, and riddled with lobster shells. * Ora King Salmon: Not served hot and overly salty. * Eggs with Bacon: The potatoes weren't crispy and barely warm. We had to ask the waiter to bring out the sourdough bread, and it was brought separately, long after the dish. French Fries: Even the fries were soggy and unappetizing. The biggest issue was the service. While most of the staff seemed polite and professional, our waiter had a horrible attitude and was inattentive, which truly tarnished the restaurant's reputation. We didn't send the food back because we were in a rush to attend a birthday party. The manager did approach us and offered to make things right. I explained we didn't have time, so she took one dish off the bill and provided two desserts.Despite this, the overall experience was terrible. The food quality was far from acceptable, and I won't be returning. Not worth your time or money.

I dined Dec 14th, 2024, with family and friends. We were a group of six. I took my time before writing this review since, from my perspective, I truly disliked the experience. We entered the hotel through a strangely creepy and narrow hallway and were greeted on the lobby by beautifully lit Christmas decorations. It raised my expectations that we were in for a great dining experience. That was quickly dashed as soon as we were seated. We were seated by a drafty door leading to the outdoor dining patio. The cold air blowing on the back of my neck created a lot of physical discomfort and a stiff neck. But even worse was the seating. Three of our guests sat on the cushioned booth. The rest on incredibly uncomfortable hard leather seats with rough edges. The leather seats were actually a step below wooden benches because of the raised rough edges. And it was made worse, looking around the restaurant, realizing ALL THE OTHER CHAIRS were obviously large and comfortably cushioned. I got the feeling they ran out of comfortable chairs and got ours from the bar. Could it get worse? Yes, it could. Our waiter was obviously sick, coughing loudly on his hands, never washing his hands, and tending to our table. I avoided allowing him to speak directly into my face. It became a little hard for me to look away due to getting a really stiff neck from the cold air blowing on my back from the door leading outside. I read the menu. At first I thought the pages were blank. I had to use my phone flashlight to realize the print was very faint and hard to read and I have good eyesight. I just gave up trying to read it and ordered the Seared Halibut. Back to the menu, at first I thought I just couldn't see the decimal points. $28 for a salad?? $72 for the halibut. There were no decimal points. When I ordered I thought It better be really special and, sadly, it was no better than similar items at other highly rated restaurants for half the cost.We finished our entrees and decided to order dessert. We waited and waited. The service had disappeared. After over 20 minutes of waiting, a server came over and asked if he wanted dessert. By then we had our jackets on and were ready to leave, so we passed on desserts. My Seared Halibut was good but not special enough to warrant the cost. I'm sure the high costs were due to the reputation of the location. But the value was just not there.I've paid more for dining at other restaurants. The high prices were not the enjoyment killer for me. It was the overall discomfort, the sick waiter, and the feeling the entire service staff were going through the motions while not even trying to fake smiling. I'm just writing this off to bad experience and probably would never return there.

On a recent trip to LA, I celebrated my birthday at The Blvd for lunch. Overall the food, service and ambiance were great (although very pricey). The hotel itself is beautiful and if you're a Pretty Woman fan, this is the hotel featured in the movie. We were there at the tail end of breakfast but they allowed us to order off the lounge and lunch menus. I got the Chilean sea bass tacos, which were delicious. My husband ordered the steak frites, and asked for it medium rare. It came out well done so they kindly took it back, but when it came out again, it was rare. We didn't want to send it back a second time but for $68, a little disappointing. The staff knew it was my birthday so they brought out a little cake, which was fantastic! The Blvd is right off Wilshire Boulevard and just a couple blocks from Rodeo Drive.

the blvd is one of my favorite brunch places in los angeles. the service is always great: super kind and attentive. the quality of the food is always top notch. the steak and eggs are an amazing and consistent choice. we always get the fresh squeezed orange juice. i loved my iced latter (with two pumps of classic syrup)! the view of rodeo is so nice on the patio, and the restaurant itself is very classy.

Everything from ambience, to food, to service was top notch. We enjoyed the live music and chose to go with the Pre-Fixe dinner menu, which was a delicious 3-course meal. 10/10 recommend for a date night or a fun night out with friends.

Location. Location. Location. Glitz and glam. Proximity to Rodeo Drive. People watching. Vibrant bar scene. Outdoor patio. Touristy. Treat Yo Self. You are dining at The Blvd, baby!!The Blvd is one of the restaurants at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. The most coveted seats are the patio seats outside with views of Wilshire and Rodeo. However, during the chilly California winter I prefer to sit inside and preferably next to a floor to ceiling window. The best of both worlds! Had a lovely brunch here. I got the Smoked Norwegian Salmon Benedict. It was absolutely delightful. It had poached hen eggs, hollandaise sauce, chicory salad, and everything spice. They were generous with the lox and the hollandaise sauce was so savory! A wonderful dish. Would recommend. The restaurant is overpriced for sure, even for the neighborhood, but you are paying for the scene. You are literally across the street from Two Rodeo which is a MUST for cute photos and walking distance to all the shops on Rodeo Drive. The restaurant is good for a special occasion. Dress is California casual. This was my first time coming here and I was glad to check it off my bucket list.Sometimes they have live music here which I think is special. I love listening to musicians in person. The website says that the live music is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 5-8pm. Metered parking on street but you may have to walk a bit if you don't find a space close by. There is also valet on El Camino. It's $10 with restaurant validation.

Hi again and hope you all good today! The Blvd is a very nice place to chill have a drink laid back and enjoy the music. After going to my prior review I made of another restaurant, My husband wasn't happy about our experience there and dictated to take me at The Blvd. well All though we had a few bits at the prior place, we felt hungry still cause , let's be honest he looked miserable there...we ordered a few sliders a glass of sangria and a icerburg salad to share, the lady was great and she really went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We got cozy in this wCouch and love the ambiance.. the food was good and we loved the experience of soft music. Beautiful place to bring your date or wife around and even dance to slow music if you want. See pictures

I found The Blvd by entering into Google search: "the best fresh toast in west Hollywood." Sitting here now after a few bites and this place did not disappoint: the French Toast here is EXCELLENT. Served with a mix of ripe fresh berries, whip cream and strawberry jam on a fluffy slice (or two) of perfectly cooked, thick Brioch bread; it was even a little better than I imagined it to be. Additionally, the staff here was SO kind and intent on ensuring that my experience here was enjoyable. They even brought out a warm banket for me to use when I mentioned it is chilly. It was the perfect way to celebrate love this Valentine's Day.Thanks, everyone.
