Not having had enough time after work to have some dinner prior to going to the Walt Disney concert Hall concert, the Beaudry room at the Conrad Hotel provided a wonderful ambience and style with a super friendly waiter who brought in delicious menu items, tasty, light, fresh and just right before the subsequent event.

The Beaudry Room is the hotel bar/lounge and luckily, they also serve dinner for guests arriving after all their other restaurants close. And although they serve dinner, there aren't a lot of seats that seem big enough for plates. It's definitely more catered to casual drinkers instead of a complete meal. Parking is only by valet so even if you're dining in or staying at the hotel, you'll always have to pay for parking. The Beaudry Room is located on the same floor as the hotel lobby, which is the 10th floor. But being at 10 isn't nearly high enough in Los Angeles for amazing city views on the balcony so don't expect too much. The place was fairly empty when we checked in but it filled up pretty fast around 10PM...and pretty fast for a weeknight too. Crab Croquetas: Comes with 5 pieces. Kind of tasted more like fish sticks. I wish it had more of a crab flavor but the tartar sauce had a really delicious dill flavor. Smashed Txule Burger: A pretty good smashburger that comes with 2 patties! My biggest issue is the amount of bread in the buns and for the last couple of bites, we just ate the patty with 1 bun. Comes with either a side salad or fries. Prime Ribeye Steak: We asked for medium rare and they delivered! It has a great chargrilled flavor but it could've used a little more salt. Very tender cut of meat. Overall, we were satisfied with our meal but man...this was expensive. It's not surprising considering the restaurant is located in a 5-star hotel in downtown Los Angeles so I'd really only recommend trying it out if you have Amex Platinum FHR credit or you're celebrating something special.

This is the lobby bar at Conrad Los Angeles, we had a couple drinks and snack food here after spa day. The "taken for granted" specialty cocktail was very refreshing and strong. They had Vesper martini on the menu but hubby asked the bartender to make the way how he likes it. The grilled cheese on gluten free bread was not good at all. Fries were yummy though. The best was the views of Walt Disney concert hall, it was too windy to hang out outside though. A low key bar and lounge that's great for some drinks and down times!

I went to the Beaudry Room with my husband and one of our friends after a Tuesday night event at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. It was about the closest place that was open at 10:30 on a weeknight, and we honestly would've settled for a far inferior bar.The Conrad is a pretty upscale joint, and the Beaudry Room is its commensurately upscale lobby bar. The lobby is on the tenth floor, so you get lovely downtown views through wall-to-wall windows that must be a real pain to keep clean. The bar wasn't crowded, but it was definitely bustling when we got there. I guess if I were staying at this hotel, I'd make good use of the Beaudry Room.Service was friendly, if on the slow side. We only got one round in any case and took our drinks to one of the many nice little tables between the bar and the lobby. I'm not sure if there was still food available, but I gather that you can eat here, and I think it might come from a José Andrés kitchen (San Laurel, the Conrad's principal restaurant, is run by José Andrés).I very much enjoyed my Shiso Spicy Margarita, made with Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila, Triple Sec, shiso, lime, and serrano pepper. It was a cool, refreshing drink with a good kick. My husband got the Taken for Granted (a hint, perhaps?), with Old Forester 86 bourbon, oloroso sherry, orange, passionfruit, cinnamon, and citrus ashes. That one was good, too.We did the responsible thing and went home after this nightcap, though I would've been happy to stay for another drink and pay for it later. I had a nice time at the Beaudry Room and would recommend it if you're looking for fancy cocktails in this part of downtown.

My favorite neighborhood bar! What can I say. I've been to the Beaudry numerous times, and it never disappoints. It's so good that I introduced these places to all my friends and neighbors. The service is consistently outstanding, making every visit a pleasure. One of the things I appreciate most is how welcoming they are to my dog--they always have water and treats ready for him.The bartenders (Adam, David, Miguel, Alejandro) are all fantastic and skilled at crafting amazing drinks. Each cocktail is a delight, showcasing their expertise and creativity. The staff here are amazing too (Alonso, Brett, Eddie).I haven't found anything I don't like on the food menu, and yes, I pretty much tried everything in there. It's a must-try for anyone visiting. If you're looking for great food, great drinks, and exceptional service, this is the place to be.

Los Angeles, DTLA. September 2023.If you want a beautiful lobby bar, this is your place. Although there is a seating section in the immediate bar area you can sit almost anywhere in the 10th floor lobby and outdoor patios and get nice cocktails, sandwiches, and tapas styled appetizers.Do get the patatas bravas. It is a common tapa but they make it just a little nicer and better. The tequila and mezcal labels on hand are equally good. You're going to find crowds from The Grand LA apartments next door and during events, a pre-event and post-event surge. There are frequent buy-outs of the bar so be prepared. Otherwise, this is a peaceful and relaxing space. Yes, you can find nice rooftop hotel bars elsewhere in DTLA. And, it is on the pricier end, which will discourage the very casual and very young end of the bar scene. But, isn't that why you took the time to come to The Conrad Los Angeles?

The Beaudy Room is a bar located in the lobby area of the Conrad. They offer variety to small bites in addition to a full bar. Seating is available in the actual bar area and an outside patio, and service extends to the many comfortable lounge chairs and sofas throughout the lobby area...basically anywhere there's a seat, they will bring you your drinks if you let them know. They cover such a wide area of the lobby floor area so expect to be a little patient with the service the further away you sit from the actual bar. Overall, It's a super laidback and comfortable vibe with super friendly service. It's the perfect place to start your night or to end it with a nightcap if you're staying at the Conrad or to just grab a drink after dinner at one of the restaurants there. I don't remember exactly what time they closed on the Saturday night we were there because I was super slushed, but it was pretty late sometime between midnight and 2am.

Great views, I recommend it. Across the street from Walt Disney Concert Hall. Kind of upscale place but don't be intimidated, come as you are. It's not that bougie.

Management is mistreating both customers and workers by woefully understaffing this bar at what surely is always a busy time. Twenty minutes to get two glasses of wine? Clearly the waiter isn't at fault. On the other hand, it's a lovely, airy space. The crab croquettes are light and tasty.
