What a great find! The staff welcomed my dog and I to their back patio. Their patio is a cute layout and feels comfortable. I ordered the gambas which was delicious. The potato shrimp was just crispy potatoes wrapped around prawns, they were ok. The corn cheese is probably the best corn cheese I've had. There were a bunch of other things on the menu that I wanted to try. Wish they had photos on their menu. Will def return.

The Barn has quickly become one of my favorite spots in K-Town. The interior design is adorable, making it perfect for both brunch and dinner outings. The service is kind and friendly without being overbearing, which I really appreciate. My go-tos are the Rose Ddukboki, Corn Cheese, Gulf Shrimp and, Mandarin Salad, and Fried Chicken--each dish is always a hit. I've come here for date nights, family gatherings, outings with friends, and even work dinners. No matter the occasion, it's a great place to go.There's valet parking available, and street parking is an option too. Overall, I definitely recommend The Barn!

Update: 11/2024Went with the family to try this place again; seems like their menu has changed from the last time we have been here. Service has in fact improved and bathrooms are cleaner. Now the food for me still hasn't improved. I feel like it is over priced and the preparations are lacking. Luckily I had the best waiter and restaurant manager who was very polite and accommodating. We tried the ARMY STEW, WHOLE FRIED CHICKEN and we ordered ASADO dish but unfortunately under certain circumstances we had to cancel that order because what was given to us was different then it should have been(thanks to other yelpers); according to the manager they had a shortage of meat hence the quantity given to us. In my honest opinion she was very nice and I understand that they didn't have enough meat but considering that they had that on their menu they should be fully aware of what they can serve and not serve for the day. But nonetheless she was nice and took the dish back and remove from the bill and gave my daughter free French fries because she wanted it lol. I am so glad she did that because I was not going to pay $58 for that. Now moving forward to the Fried Chicken, flavor was great however it was super greasy, the platter was drenched in oil. The army stew for $30 I believe was over priced and it wasn't all that I've tried better ones else where. The service was good though.

my girlfriends and I went to Anju House next door few months ago and wanted to try The Barn Cafe. I was surprised by how pretty it is inside. The pictures on Yelp looked like a coffee shop but it's a nice drinking place with great ambiance. It has a huge menu which we definitely didn't take advantage of. We had roasted chicken (good), kimchi pancake (it was very sour), chicken gizzard (good) and lots of beer and soju. I wish we tried more food items... Service is awesome, they gave us free drinks since we stayed for 5 hours. We will definitely be back. They have dedicated valet parking attendant out front. We really enjoyed our time here! Go check it out!!

I don't hang out often in Koreatown, but so glad my friend brought me here for brunch. Street meter parking is available (accepts card payment) and there is also valet parking offered. When I first walked inside it reminded me of a cute Korean cafe with cute decor and very much resembles a barnyard. There is an outdoor seating area as well as indoors. I would say plentiful amount of seats. The menu is huge and you can find anything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes as well as tons of drinks and alcohol. Everything looked so good so it won't be my last time coming. Everything came out piping hot and fresh! We ordered: The Barn Omelette - 5/5 (Served from 8am-3pm)Comes with a free coffee as well. This omelette is served with a side of salad, toast and fried potatoes. All great pairings and a really simple but tasty omelette :) Rose Ddukboki - 5/5My first time trying this and OMG soooo good! It definitely has a kick of spicy to it, but in a mild way. The sauce was really good too, i can't really describe it. The dish itself was pretty big being that it was a lunch portion. Overall it was really good and we had leftovers to take home. A definite gem that will be added to my "must visit again" list. Enjoy!

The waiter Brian was AMAZING, friendly, attentive, and constantly on task. He wasn't in charge of our table, but stopped to help us out a lot! We were really impressed! The decor and theme is cute. The tteokbokki was tasty and a generous portion; I was shocked at how big it was. The quesadilla was tasty, but they gave us shrimp and both my partner and I are allergic! Luckily, I figured it out before finishing an entire slice and got it corrected to beef. I shudder to think how bad it could've been if our allergies were worse though; the chefs need to be more careful!!! The heaters everywhere were a wonderful touch in making everyone more comfortable. My partner liked the blue latte. Heads up prices are a little high and parking can be tough to be fine. Overall, we would recommend this spot and come back again.

I frequently go to cafe barn with my family and friends. I invited my friend's whole family for 2025 new year celebration and they were really happy with foods and ambiance. Army Soup, Bulgogi Fried Rice, Shrimp Fried Rice, Tofu&Pork, Pork Cutlet, Asado Quesadilla, Seafood Tomato Pasta are my favorite dishes. Every time I visit there, I always feel good.
