Y'all, oh my goodness--I am beyond grateful to have found this spot! I'm a huge fan of Thai food, and let me tell you, this is one of the BEST Thai restaurants I've ever been to!We started with the Tom Yum soup with veggies, and it was bursting with flavor--absolutely delicious. Then we had the beef Pad See Ew, and wow, it was incredible. We also tried the Kung Pao beef, and it did not disappoint. Now, let me just say--the Thai iced coffee was easily one of the best I've ever had, so rich and unique. And the Pink Milk? WOW. What a hidden gem!The service was amazing, and I even made sure to thank the chefs. We WILL be back!

A true gem in the valley!! I've tried a lot of Thai restaurants and this spot definitely has the authentic Thai taste. It is a family owned business and the staff here is so hospitable and friendly. The ambience is casual and cozy. I wish I took more pictures of the foods we ordered, but I was too busy eating lol. What we ordered:Chilli bomb fried fish fillet: Literally a perfectly balanced flavor bomb. Crispy, juicy fish topped with sweet chilli sauce. Soo freakin good! Tom kha: Perfect balance of the coconut and sour taste. Out of all the Thai spots I've tried, the Tom kha here tastes the best.Pad Thai Sukothai: A must try!! It was so flavorful and the crispy egg and pork with dried shrimp elevated the dish even more. Definitely will be coming back for this next timeMango with pandan sticky rice: Another must try!! The pandan rice + topped cream had the perfect savory and sweet taste. The mango they used were perfectly ripe and sweet.I'll definitely be coming back often to try their other dishes!

It's been four years since we've visited and man, did we miss out on the changes. It's under new management but still in the same family. They still have excellent food and now more items on the menu. Holy moly, we'll be visiting more, that's for sure. We want to try every dish. We went all out and ordered a Thai Tea and a hot Jasmine tea. Then we ordered the Thai Sausage, Pork Larb, Garlic Beef, and the Drunken Noodles with Shrimp. That's a lot of food. We finally figured out that this was normal because usually our families would order a bunch of dishes and share all of the food. We, as a couple were so used to ordering an appetizer to share and one entree for each other, this time, we went traditional. We're sharing everything!Man, there were flavorful explosions with each bite for every dish. Incredible. Next time, I'm coming back for the Tom Yum. That's my absolute favorite and they have Kha Soi, a curry dish, too. I'll have to try that some other time! It's on the Daily Specials board. The food is delicious!

Thai victory has been my go to thai spot for over 3 years now. I'm lucky enough to live about 3 minutes from the restaurant, so I've gotten my food delivered many times and have ordered for pick up a few times as well. You can easily order on the yelp app, and if makes it easy to reorder in the future. My go to is the crab fried rice. If they end up being out of something, they will call and ask what you would like to replace it with. As most thai restaurants, the portions sizes are large and the food is always hot even when it gets delivered. If you are in north hollywood and haven't checked out thai victory, it is a must!

Great food, service, and price! I came here with a friend and we split the pad thai with chicken and the thai basil with chicken. Both dishes were very flavorful and a good portion size to split between 2 people. We asked for mild for both, but we could've gone for medium because mild wasn't spicy at all. We also got 2 thai iced teas via the yelp check-in, and they had a good strong tea flavor. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant had a homey vibe. Also there was plenty of street parking when we went on a weekend around 1pm. I definitely want to come back!

I came in around 8 pm on a Sunday and there were plenty of seating. Staff is very nice and the service was fast. I ordered the cream cheese rangoons, expecting there to be crab mixed with cream cheese as well but it was just straight up cream cheese. Tasted kind of sour and it was also cold on the inside The pad see ew was great and flavorful there's nothing to complain about. Noodles were chewy and plenty of vegetables Mango sticky rice had amazing portions but I wish they gave more of the coconut sauce. It was so delicious and filling.

Swung by this little ol establishment with 3 others on a blistering Sunday afternoon and what a surprise Thai Victory was! I now understand why TV has received the voluminous amount of 5 stars. Coming from Thai Town, TV can really be ranked amongst the gr10s.Inside - 4/5Very cozy and intimate with only a handful of tables. Bunch of Thai decor around the restaurant. And of course a random TV and hanging Xbox hah.Service - 5/5This sm0l establishment is run by the nicest (I assume) couple. They checked on us often and offered recommendations for the different dishes (e.g., spice, rice vs noodles). They also gave us a couple Thai tea's on the house! Very refreshing during this heat wave.Food - 5/5Now I'll be honest with the non-lunch special value of at least ~$14-17 a plate, I was worried that we would not have enough food and/or they quality would not be great. Alas, I was gratefully mistaken. This day we got Chicken Pad Thai, fried Eggplant, Roasted Duck Basil and Garlic Basil Tofu. Each dish was made with fresh ingredients, wasn't overly cooked or oily and was filling. Much like I said above, TV could stand on it's own Thai Town. But, why compete with so many other restaurants when you can capitalize in NOHO? My personal favorite dish was the roasted duck. The duck was crispy and was on a bed of Chinese broccoli. All dishes were distinct, but complimentary. Also we had some Thai coffees and man did it wake us up (and also sent us to the bathroom hah).TL;DROverall 5/5- Sm0l cozy hole in the wall with a handful of tables- Small lot, plus plenty of street parking- Lunch specials will be your best deal- GR10 service- Recommend Thai coffee, Thai Tea, Pad Thai, Eggplant, Roasted Duck Basil, and Garlic Basil Tofu

Quality time with my daughter. She's craving for some Thai food and this came up from her searches. We ordered Pad Thai, Chicken Satay, Yellow Chicken Curry and Rice. My daughter enjoyed the food. She keeps on saying it's good. But for me it was okay especially the Pad Thai. I have tasted better. And don't forget the Thai Iced Tea. My daughter ordered large and Wow I was impressed with the size. A lot and it is shareable. The lady kept on checking on us and clearing our table as well. The restaurant is small but has enough space to accommodate people. There are like 7 tables. I didn't see any servers though so it seems like the owner is doing it. Street parking available as well as private parking in the back.

This is the first time we ordered with them and gonna be the last time as well. We ordered Pad Thai Sukothai and Pad See Ew. The Pad Thai is too salty! and Pad See Ew is bland. We called them just to let them know about this matter. We didn't want anything from them except IMPROVEMENT. No one there took any action. The server who picked up the call just handed in the phone to the cook and what they said is "Okay" THAT'S IT! We are not gonna reorder with them for sure but to the restaurant, please check quality of the food because customer didn't pay for nothing. We have to throw the food away because we can not even take another bite.

Stopped by here on the way back from Burbank Airport and they seated us just 40 minutes before closing time and everything was perfect. The two workers were very nice and helpful. I've eaten at many Thai places but this is by far one of my top favorites. For one, it's a hole in the wall, definitely a small and intimate restaurant. The prices are well worth every penny. We ordered shrimp paste fried rice, duck boat noodles, Tom kha soup and Rad Na. If you love the salty shrimp paste then you gotta try the Shrimp Paste fried rice as it had a balance of salty from the shrimp paste and dried shrimp, sweetness from the Chinese sausage and apples, and balance from the friend egg. Tom kha soup was the right amount of creamy ness and just the right amount of sourness. Duck boat noodles was good, the broth was very bold but not heavy. The Rad Na really hit the spot. The gravy was extra thick and a little sweet while the noodles were pan fried with a slightly crispy texture. Perfect experience overall. The prices averaged to about $15 a plate which is really good in my opinion. Will definitely revisit this hole in the wall when I'm back in the area.
