Thai On Hillhurst

Absolutely love this spot!!!! The service here is the best and everyone was so sweet. It's so cute in here and it was great coming in for lunch with the natural light coming through. So aesthetic!The food here is absolutely delicious. We started with class Thai iced teas. For starters we tried the crispy rolls and sticky wings which we both recommend! The rolls had the perfect crisp with a delicious sauce to complement it and the wings were so flavorful. The panang curry and pad thai are 2 classics here that are some of the best in this side of town.Highly recommend for a nice lunch or dinner out! It's also super cutely decorated right now for the holidays.

Randomly stumbled into this neighborhood gym with a gf after pilates. Interior is clean and spacious with a bar on the other side of the main dining room.Food was delicious and came quickly. Service was wonderful and the thai coffee is incredible.I highly recommend and will certainly be back again to try the lunch specials.

Delicious. Excellent service. The spices are well rounded. Pad Thai and curry are perfect. Loved it. I recommend the Thai iced coffee too. Beautiful atmosphere.

It was approaching closing time, and I was able to call and get an order in it fantastic that there are still a few personable places that are delicious that I can depend on.Tom Yum soup with brown rice is always a fantastic dinner for me

Everything was so freaking good and our waitress was so nice. Run don't walk here!!! Super chill environment, very quiet, server was very knowledgeable about the menu and made amazing suggestions.

Great service. Their pork skewers are TO DIE FOR. I was having a bad day and their Samurai Sake Cocktail made it all better. The chicken Pad Thai and the spicy basil beef were 15/10. Couldn't recommend more!

It's a Thai at First Bite. Thai On Hillhurst (aka Simply Thai) is a causal restaurant serving authentic Thai cuisine. It's located on Hillhurst ave. They offer an informal choice for contemporary & traditional Thai dishes in a casual space with Asian decor. I came as a first time customer, despite having driven pass by this restaurant for over 6 years. I arrived around 12 pm and was joyfully greeted by a female staff. I chose to seat at the back table by the map wall and was immediately handed a menu. I perused it for a minute and decided to get one of their lunch special: Pad Thai and a lemonade. Indoor atmosphere was relaxing and spacious as well as its back outdoor patio. A few minutes later my cold Lemonade arrived and shortly after the Pad Thai (shrimp+chicken). The food was warm, fresh, and delightful to the palate; lemonade was refreshing. Prices were generally fair and within market value. Service was on point. Staff were quite friendly, attentive and competent. The Loo was small but odorless and clean. Plenty of street parking. Overall, I had a wonderful lunch and enjoyed every moment of my dine-in experience and food/drink. I recommend this place.

Recently went for a lunch and it was amazing! The staff and ambience were very inviting!My favorite was the sticky wings, which were cooked to perfection. I can't wait to go back soon.

We absolutely enjoyed our dinner! This was our first time and we are making plans to return. The service was exceptional. They were welcoming and very attentive. My husband and I look forward to dining inside for our next visit!

We were the only ones in the restaurant Food came out fast and it was really good! Good costumer service and the place looks good and cleaned.
