Silly me for giving this place another chance. This time I got a mini tofu bowl, chicken potstickers and a regular chicken teriyaki bowl. The tofu bowl had a fair amount of large chunks of tofu and the chicken teriyaki was a decent size as well. The problem is they give 1 teriyaki sauce regardless of the size of your order. I asked the server if I could get 2 extra teriyaki sauces and she said they cost 75¢ each. I hate being nickeled and dimed after spending $32. I just feel like it's always something with this place. Next time, if a customer wants one or two extra sauces, just give it to them. If they want a bunch more, I get charging for it but not in this case. That extra $1.64 cost you a customer.

Overall, this place offers great service, reasonable prices, and consistently fresh food. The interior is always clean, and the meals leave you feeling satisfied without being overly heavy. A thoughtful worker even gave me a discount for being a frontline healthcare worker when they noticed my white coat and name tag, which was a pleasant surprise. Upgrading the noodles turned out to be a fantastic decision, making the small bowl easily stretch into two meals for me. The teriyaki sauce is sweet and slightly thinner than the typical thick variety, which I really enjoyed. I'd love to come back to this location again!

This is one of my go tos for a healthy, satisfying lunch. I always get the salmon bowl. They take their time with making it, which is both good (seems fresher and healthier) and not (maybe a little too much time). The restaurant is clean and the staff knows their product well. I recommend it highly as long as you are not in a rush. You will be very satisfied with portion and taste!!

Some good Chinese food here in this hidden gem. I love the teriyaki chicken here with chowmein and other good flavors. Not expensive at all. Customer service could improve, other than that. Great food.

Thank you for responding to explain the issue. You mentioned in your reply, your store has nothing to do with 3rd party sites, but you as a store owner or manager have the right to have control over whether or not they're giving you good service. You do have the authority to complain to them to either correct their website so your clients are happy. ( as you stated I'm not the only customer who's had several problems ) so if you had many complaints, I would imagine you'd like the 3rd party site to fix issues. We spent over 45 minutes fussing with the website getting several issues and finally gave up. Too bad because we order out quite often.

Really good find! It's like, tasty, made to order, and I can a healthy option in a pinch. The portion was so big that I had leftovers. I had the spicy chicken teriyaki with half broccoli and half veggies.

I opted for the Yakisoba style noodle spicy chicken and veggie dish. I understood that Yakisoba noodles are a whole wheat noodle, this was not. What it tasted like and looked like a smooth white flour spaghetti noodle soaked with Siracha tomato sauce. I love spicy food, but this was way over the top!!! The noodles were also an extra price, not good!

Food is too sweet, no flavor in the protein. Only taste the sweetness. Rice is overcooked vegetables not fresh.

Food tastes fine to me, nothing mind blowing, not terrible. But a gym rat, so it gets the job done. Prices are certainly higher than the previous iteration of this restaurant (Flame Broiler). Prices going up with a revamp and the economy being what it is I can understand, but the weird corporate policies make me not want to come back. In their bowls they give you a TON of rice. So I try to healthy it up a bit and ask for 50% brown rice. Cashier said they can't do that. I asked which rice is more expensive (with me willing to pay for all brown rice to get 50/50) and she said, "They're the same price." I ask, "You can't just turn to the cook right there (who you can see through the window) and ask him to do half white half brown?" She replies, "No." After I get my food, I notice they have a huge stack of sauces ready to be handed to customers including katsu sauce, so I ask for katsu sauce. And she says that I can only get that if I order katsu chicken. TF? Are you for real? I'm petty enough to say I'm done. That's just stupid. I was a regular at Flame Broiler and ready to be a regular at Teriyaki Madness but this is too stingy for me and is honestly just bad practice. I get better food and service at Hawaiian Ono and it's about the same price.
