Tequila's Bar & Grill

Just was there this evening: I organized our new year's work team dinner!It was fun and we all had a blast!A few of my friends started with a bowl of tortilla soup and loved it, with that gooey cheese and strips of crisp tortillas!I had a fileté de Pescado à la plancha (grilled fish filet) with sauce and it came with a lot of grilled veggies and Mexican rice: so tasty !Many of my friends ordered the steak fajitas and absolutely loved it Tequila Bar And Grill's food is very delicious and the portions are humongous !It's probably one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the valley

This is my go to Mexican spot in NoHo. While a lot of people go to salsa and beer, I feel like that place isn't quite what it used to be. At Tequilas, the prices are still pretty reasonable, with most meals under $15, and the portions are generous for that price. I got the torta for $12.99, and it came loaded with fries, so much food that I could barely finish it. The torta itself wasn't bad. My wife had the enchiladas, which I didn't try, but she swears they're great.That said, there are a few drawbacks. The service can be slow, today, there were only three of us in the restaurant, and it still took about 40 minutes to get our food, which isn't unusual. And unfortunately, we've had some encounters with rude staff in the past. Once, we had a server who gave us attitude the entire time, and we had to request a new server. I think she still works there, though we haven't had issues with her since. We're just cautious now.Overall, we enjoy the food, but the service is hit or miss. I'd rate it 3 stars, but it's closer to 3.5.

This is a nice little place to eat the food was good but they do need work on service we had to keep ask for more chips and salsa as we were waiting for our meals at other restaurants we never have to ask they keep it full at all times that includes our drinks.

Love the food and the service! It's a cozy restaurant with delicious food. We keep on coming back! There is plenty of parking in the back and both indoor and outdoor seating. Want to try the happy hour next time!

After the nearby competition started to let us down, we decided to find a new Mexican spot. After kissing a few frogs, may have found our new spot!Ambiance and decor are well put together and upon arrival our table of six including kids was sat right away. Staff were friendly and even offered us an extra table to spread out thanks to the manager for looking out. Sergio, our server was super patient given the group size. He kept our drinks full and got every order just right. Most important of requirements it the place must include a full bar. There is nothing more disappointing than spending a ton of money for rice wine margaritas! Not a problem here. There always a vast flavor difference between my skinny Cadillac vs the classic, which I can appreciate. Both were well poured but the skinny was the perfect mix of sweet and tart.The food.. the food! It definitely the spot! I had the "app" shrimp platter. It was enough to share with the table and still hoard the good stuff. Everyone at the table was happy. The carnitas for full of flavor and the fajita burrito was high quality meat for sure. Finally, we were reminded by Sergio that the FLAN IS MADE IN HOUSE! Creamy with a bubble rim and tons of caramel sauce. Yummmmmm

Tequilas Bar and Grill on Victory is a one of a kind local restaurant that offers more than is seen as you drive around the area. The service is top-notch as well as the vast menu of Mexican cuisine. The bar/lounge sits over 60 alone. It's not just a great sports bar to watch your favorite games while enjoying the best fresh salsa, hot bean dip, tortilla chips, and a drink, but an atmosphere of friends stopping by after work to relax and possibly see a game, talk about players and hang out. I sound like I recommend Tequilas, I guess I do.

Talk about flavor town !! Look I rarely post on yelp unless I feel strongly about something I dislike or in this case that I do like, but this place deserves it. Let me tell you their food is delicious and I've tried several items before I wrote this and chicken cesar salad is probably the best I've had. I've tried it all and they're super nice even their chips and salsa are some of the best I've ever had, which they don't charge for Chips but that should tell you.This place is absolutely amazing, the food is so delicious but the service is A ++ they give great portions, they make you feel at home.

Been going to *tequilas* bar and grill for at least 10 years now. The food is amazing and authentic Mexican food. My personal favorite is the chicken and steak fajitas, or the chicken, shredded chicken, chimichanga, and they make a very nice Cadillac margarita.The owner is always warm and friendly. The ambience is casual comfortable. I would definitely recommend if you love, authentic Mexican food that's consistent every time you go.

Love this place! Been going here with my family and we never have had a bad experience the food and the drinks are great and everything is decently priced especially with how everything is so expensive nowadays Trust me this place is one of the best Mexican restaurants to eat at in the valley!
