Vegan options!!!!The ambience is really cute. It's different. All the seating is outside, but it's all covered. It was my first time there and I stood around for a while until someone finally said could they help me. I did not know what the order of service was. So just to let you yelpers know. When you go through the first sidewalk seating area through the building seating area and inside you have to get in line and place your order. You will get Ava table sign and then they will help you find a seat and bring your food out to you. I stood there a good 5-8 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. But it's all good.So I ordered the vegan garden or spring salad or something. It was really good. The homemade guacamole and chips. Chicken salad and french fries and my other sister I believe got an egg salad sandwich. Sorry I forgot to Yelp when I was there so I don't have pictures, but I will be going again and this time I will take pictures. The inside Order area is so cute. It has so many cute trinkets especially the little bathtub bar of soap holder.

This is a café and restaurant that I have been wanting to try out for a long time. I was worried about long lines just before Christmas but it was easy. They have a lot of tables in the arcade and outside under an awning.The wait staff was charming and the inside of the store was amazing! I would have bought one of their handmade gingerbread houses that was very fairly priced ($14). It felt very festive and the food was delicious. This is one of the best lunch spots in Los Angeles.

I have never had such amazing service as I experienced today. The cashier was calm and friendly even though they were very busy. The ambiance is open, airy but cozy with tight tables. We sat in the courtyard under a heater, but there was more seating where you could people watch. We spent over $70 for two people, so this was definitely a splurge, but they really do use high end ingredients and make everything fresh and delicious. They make their own coffee blend, and I highly recommend buying a cup.I got the country breakfast of biscuits and gravy, which was okay. I felt it needed salt and was somewhat dry. Likewise the coffee cake was dry. My husband got Mia's breakfast, which came with delicious pancakes.

Always a good option for brunch! Parking can be challenging if you come during peak hours. You go inside to order and then find your own table outside. If you get here before 11am, you can find seating relatively quickly but then there's usually a longer wait. But the food is always tasty! I've only been here for breakfast but everything I've had here is good! And you get your food/drinks fast, even when it's crowded! Lots of vegetarian options on the menu as well.

I wanted to get some last minute brunch and decided to stop by. While the ambiance was so cute and the waiter was very nice, the food was not the best. I really wanted to enjoy my food but I couldn't. The chilaquiles were drowning in tomato paste and not authentic at all (I shouldn't have expected authenticity...but it's good to be optimistic). It made my stomach hurt. My partner's burrito could have been way better too. The whole place is just overpriced brunch food. I gave it more stars because it was decorated very nicely for the holidays and the cashier was nice. But I wouldn't come back.

Super cute inside/outside cafe. There isn't a real inside bc the opened back door creates a cold draft. We ordered guacamole and chips. The chips were homemade and the guac was pretty good. We also ordered shoestring fries, which were good. The recommended egg salad sandwich was good. The vegan and got a salad made my vegan sister happy. And the recommended Chinese chicken salad was very good as well. The woman who took our order was super sweet and her facial expressions let us know which were the best recommendations, although she made a few. We will be back! I wanted to try some of the pastries, like the Keylime pie, but I wasn't going straight home and was too full for my salad to order one.
