Swan Exotic Thai Restaurant

Very good, amazing décor. Despite one bad review about it, I was greeted with VERY big smiles, and attentive service.It's my first time here, and Khao Soi is a favorite. One doesn't often find it served. Their preparation is very good, and the heat level is quite authentic. I know this dish to be a soul evoking, ethereal wonder, with complex flavors. The broth did not disappoint. Their regular version comes with crispy chicken. As I'm used to it having noodles and beef that just melt in your mouth, I chose the +$1 beef option.However, it is served with grilled but tender beef, and chow mein noodles, which are chewier than flat rice noodles. As it also comes with crispy wonton strips on top, I recommend staying with the crispy chicken, as those textures would better complement.That said, definitely recommended. I will be back again to enjoy their friendly faces, and wonderful food!

2 minute read: This past Sunday, we'd just returned from Highland, over in San Bernardino. It was around 7:30pm and we were hungry. We happened to stop where Swan Exotic Thai Restaurant was at. Although the restaurant's front entrance was very dark, the sign on the door said "OPEN." I decided to see if the door was locked, but I was able to open it and a voice said, "WELCOME!" We went in, but the main dining area was in disarray. The dining tables had been stacked to the side and there was, what appeared to be filming production equipment there. We were seated in a booth, to the right side. Esquire, the waiters name, explained that filming had been in progress and that one more day was needed to finish that shoot. OK, that over with, Esquire handed us menus and we made our choice. I didn't write down the dish names we chose but you'll see the photos. Our dinner was excellent. Hot & DELICIOUS. I dish had the wide noodles and my wife had the thin ones. I highly recommend Swan Exotic*. BTW, Esquire was very polite and patient. There's parking right outside, so you may not have too much to worry about. Handicap parking spaces are available too. Great food! Menu has everything. Service is excellent every time, food is ready on time. I have not eaten inside but it looks great, clean, good ambiance for a quiet dinner.

I ordered the drunken noodle and egg roll for delivery. Order was ready quickly and delivered still hot. I ordered it medium spicy but probably could have done Thai hot. Overall, delicious and would order it again.

Just nasty. I can manage bad food, but a nasty, arrogant attitude doesn't belong here. I ordered fried wonton, and they were empty inside, so I asked the server if they were plain, and he got bothered and wanted to take the plate away. I said, "I only asked if they were plain." I am not complaining. So I opened all 5 pieces of wonton and as you can see in the picture, there's nothing in the middle. I finally got my Tom Yum soup, let me tell you that Thai is my favorite food and I eat it quiet often, so when I got my soup I was looking for the shrimp and it had cup-of-noodle type of shrimp. I kept waiting for my combination fried rice and my phat-thai and I guess that the server is the owner too, a lady from the kitchen came out to say that the owner said she couldn't cook the rest of my food because i complained. As if that wasn't enough, one of his friends was there and laughed with the owner and said, ghetto ass people who don't know anything about food. I stood quiet and waited for the owner to say something out of respect for his business and clients. I had a guest with me that I had just picked up from the airport. I had talked to her so much about Thai food that she was very excited. I was so embarrassed when I told her that due to the fact that I asked about my fried wonton if they were plain, he got upset and refused to finish cooking the rest of the food. I sweat to God that I have never seen a business owner act so rude in my life. But that answered my question as to why such a nice decorated place and beautiful setting would be empty for dinner time on a Friday at 6 pm. DO NOT COME HERE RUN. After the disgraceful way of being treated, I wonder if I was the only one who felt this way, so I decided to read the reviews, and I WISH I had read them before. I would give - 0 stars if I could. Please see the pictures. The vendors on the street have more class and customer services than this place.

Ambiance deserves 6 stars. Had the cream cheese rangoons and Thai Street style fried rice with crispy chicken. Both were delicious and properly portioned. I will be back!

No complaints. Swan is clean, food is tasty, service is fine and my Thai food craving was satisfied. I when in hungry and I left satiated and happy. The Steamed Gyozas where nice and the dipping sauce had a little kick. The Yellow Curry was also very good and the rice was fine. I've read several reviews complaining about the rice but I don't get it. As I said, no complaints. Swan Exotic Thai is definitely worth a visit. I will be back!

I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice, and absolutely loved it. The Meatballs and Beef Fried Rice were great, and tasted fresh. This was my first time here, and i'll definitely be returning. The Staff were helpful and friendly, and not a long wait for the food to arrive to the table!

The Food Quality was immaculate, one of the few thai restaurants that i can rely on to have quality food and service. the ambiance was very pleasant it's very calming to sit and eat inside. would definitely suggest this place. please if you visit let me know how u enjoyed it. Also for the individuals complaining about the food after delivery, i feel like your first mistake was ordering for delivery rather than eating in the restaurant like civil human being.
