Sushi Palace Hollywood

Booked a dinner reservation for 4 on a double date with family friends and we enjoyed the service, food and ambiance!Luxurious dining area with comfy dining chairs! Definitely a great place to gather with small group of friends. The food was unique and delicious, not your typical sushi place. The restroom seemed well maintained and stocked, cute decorations for photo op/selfie in the ladies room.The staff were knowledgeable about their menu items and made great recommendations! The drinks were tasty and we enjoyed everything we had on the happy hour menu and the regular menu. They offer cocktails, wine and beer. Perfect dining spot before catching an LA show!Parking is limited but we found a belated behind the building that is a very short corner walk to the restaurant. I would love to return and try other menu items the next time we plan a day out in LA again.

Service was okay, server was friendly but that initial assistance to get our waters took a bit longer than one would expect usually. Ambiance was different, inviting, just a tad too bright, and fun. It was a bit slower/empty it seems. They had these three semi-booths that were very decorative. Those that love photos would have enjoyed that. It was strange that on a cooler night, they kept the front door open. So, it was kind of chilly throughout our dinner. Maybe that contributed to the colder feeling of the overall place. We got the drink that had the Tajín rim, forgot what it was called but it was tasty. There is no liquor, only wine and sake (didn't notice if there was beer, probably). The food was okay. They had different type of rolls that one doesn't usually see, so, that was cool; but it wasn't anything astounding. By 9:30 PM, my friend and I were the only ones left in there, so, we got out of there around then and went elsewhere. Don't see myself going back.

10/10 on all aspects, can't recommend Sushi Palace more! From the food, service, ambience and more, everything was fantastic. The head chef, Max brought out most dishes himself and our server Elise was great. The food, especially all the seafood was so fresh and the attention to detail was top notch. For drinks: Bubble Bath is not only super cute but tastes great too. If you like spicy drinks the Shy Hinata was amazing. Small plates: German dumpfnudel (dumpling) with butter was so tasty and the miso soup had a lot of flavor. The spicy tuna crispy rice was the best I've had in LA, the rice was cooked so well it basically fell apart. Nigiri: salmon and hamachi were so fresh In the "new style sashimi" we got the scallop tataki and the flavor was so incredible. Dessert - the brownie with valrhona was to die for!!! Do not skip on that.

From the service to the food, this place has all the experiences for a sushi restaurant. The food is on point and is almost life-changing, the service is impeccable and from Austin to Veton, this place knows how to make you feel top notch. If you want something, that's literally life-changing. I would recommend the Wagyu sashimi with black garlic, the aromas and flavors will literally follow you for a lifetime. The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic and I would 100% come back and recommend this place to anyone who is gonna be traveling along the southern California line.

Such a wonderful ambient spot. The owners are super sweet. 10/10 recommend. The food is incredible and genuinely recommend anyone who hasn't been here before to give it a shot. You will love the vibes and food! Cheers, looking forward to my next dinner date or group gathering here.

Food was good.. service was slow I think they need to hire a couple more servers and maybe a cook. This Place has a lot of potential! Ambiance is really nice! The servers were overwhelmed by the crowd.. But then later I found out the restaurant Is fairly new and this was their first big event.. I'd give it another try !

Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. The cocktails are unique and there's a large variety, specialty holiday cocktail list for V-day. The speciality rolls and nigiri were fresh and delish. Good date spot or girls night out.

Came for an event a while back. Amazing. Very interesting combinations and the presentation of each dish was superb. Service was excellent and the ambiance and decor was nicely done and inviting. My only rewound be the name of the spot doesn't fit with the place. The name feels generic whereas this spot is anything but generic! Highly recommend

On the corner of Highland andMelrose. Pretty neat decor and clean. There is a little bar area and there is outdoor dining seating also. The servings are decent and the food is prepped fresh. It tasted good and properly cooked. We had the Chicken Gyoza, Spicy Tuna rolls, fried shrimp, Caesar salad and some sake. All was good and good service. Will return if in the area.

As a professional photographer in LA, the presentation of the food here was exceptional! The group was able to get some amazing there last night!
