Katsuya if nothing else is consistent. This is a great location but beware - the parking lot can be packed at times and the wait might be long. Going around lunch time is your best bet. I ordered a bento box to go and it was delicious and a steal! So many different types of fish and it was delicious and still fresh when I picked it upYou can order from them through DoorDash and UberEats but you can also order directly with them! The restaurant is cute and quaint. It used to be an incredible sushi place called Kabuki, but after the owners changed it, it became katsuya. The restaurant still has that small family feel to it.

Favorite sushi spot 10/10! Nothing has topped this location. This location has nothing on the other locations. The servers and chefs are amazing.My go to order is the katsuya plate: I recommend if you don't know what to order and want to try a little bit of everything! So good!! This plate feeds 2. 10/10Crispy onion: 10/10 sooooo delicious! I recommend Winter albacore: was not expecting it to be warm but it just melts in your mouth. 10/10Other things I've tried and didn't like:Lobster dynamite: 3/10 do not recommend. Was served cold and lacked taste and actual lobster. Was disappointed This is a crowded place but the vibes are great! Servers are attentive and nice. I keep coming back!

Still our go-to sushi spot. Seated at the bar for the first time, and the level of service is unbeatable. Sensei helped us and asked whether or not we want ginger/wasabi and will prep it in front of us. Aiden, our server, was also super friendly and helpful. On 11/21/24 around 7:30ish, was especially hungry, and ordered: - Nabeyaki Udon $13: hearty, and perfect for a cold night. Affordable too! - Honey hand roll $8: tasty, would get again. - Winter Albacore Sashimi $19.80: this wasn't my fave, so I wouldn't get again. SO Got the Una Don at $16.80. Still one of his faves.

I recently visited this restaurant for a lunch date with a friend and was impressed by the food, which was delicious across the board. However, the service left something to be desired. At the end of our meal, I ordered a simple roll to-go, which took 30 minutes to prepare. Despite following up multiple times, it turned out the roll had been ready and sitting out for some time. That said, we still had an enjoyable experience overall and thoroughly appreciated the quality of the food.

My family and I love this place because the service is amazing and so is the food. The waitress Sawa is super friendly and kind. The bluefin tuna sushi is really tasty. We loved the shrimp and vegetable tempura. I also love the yellowtail belly sushi and salmon skin sushi cut roll. Mochi is also delicious! Clean restaurant and I definitely recommend it.

Always busy! Small restaurant with Sushi Bar and a handful of tables along the wall. Sushi is very good as is the Tempura and chicken Teriyaki. Been going here for years and never had a bad meal. Friendly efficient service. Big parking lot but are 3 other restaurants in the mini mall so it's crowded. I try to get there when it opens.

Come here with my family all the time. Consistently great food and service. Best sushi on the north side of the valley easily.

We ordered:Spicy tuna crispy rice Shishito peppers Toro nigiri Albacore belly nigiri Salmon belly nigiriSea bream nigiriAmberjack nigiri Spicy tuna popcorn shrimp roll Blue crab HR Kori in light beer Leandro was our sushi chef and her was great! Super sweet and attentive :-) and made everything to our liking! thank you!

I'm a regular at the Woodland Hills location but I went here for lunch and loved the ambiance. Service was swift, and the food was excellent. If you're looking for a more low key sushi place with great price and quality, this is the one.
