Our order was for delivery. We were craving sandwiches and gave this place a try. Our order - Beef steak bahn mi, tofu bahn mi and shrimp fried rice. The bahn mi(s) were OK. The break was really good, the fresh jalapenos added a nice flavor and each sandwich was a good size. Tofu can be tricky to work with. It can either be a sponge for flavor or bland af. The tofu in my sandwich was tough and lacking. Most of the flavor came from the pickled carrots, jalapenos and cucumber.The shrimp fried rice was OK. The first few bites were delicious but then that went away as we kept eating. We added soy sauce thinking it might help but it didn't.This place a new so they are probably sorting through some kinks.

If you're scrolling through Yelp reviews trying to decide whether to give this place a shot, let this be your sign--do it! The baguette? Soft on the inside, perfectly crunchy on the outside. The meat? Juicy, melt-in-your-mouth goodness, generously piled on. Even the jalapeños pack the ideal kick. I'm convinced the secret ingredient is love because, wow--chef's kiss! Really delicious Banh mi! Good sandwich construction- the bread was perfect and fresh- crispy but soft, and I think they took some of the middle out to accommodate the sandwich fillings so you get a good ratio of bread to filling in each bite. So good! Also recommend the fresh spring rolls w peanut sauce and the organic strawberry lemonade! Yum!
