do not be fooled by the dusty fading strip mall look of the exterior. instead, be thankful for the easy parking in the lot, and be welcomed inside a bright, cheerful space with colorful chairs and friendly owners.place your order at the counter for a delicious sandwich -- yes, highest recs are for the unique bulgogi one, but the sarducci is also fantastic -- and go ahead! treat yo'self and get a boba because they are also great.pay in cash for a discount or card is okay too. you won't have to wait long and your yums will be made fresh and handed over with a smile.prices are totally fair for the portion and quality that you get -- plus doesn't it feel great to support a small family business AND make your mouth and tummy sooooo happy? yes. it does. note: we live on the westside. this place is so great that my kid will beg me to do any kind of activity in this area simply to go here. yup. that good.

Came here many years ago and it was great. Was in the neighborhood and decided to try it again. Excellent service. The two ladies working that day were very friendly and professional. The inside is charming and whimsical. Reminds me of some of the cute little cafés and restaurants in K-Town.I ordered the Korean Beef special with kimchi and spicy mayo. Really fresh tasting ingredients and delicious flavors. Although it was in sandwich form, this is some of the most delicious beef Bulgogi I have ever ever had, no joke. The only reason why it didn't get five stars is because unfortunately, the filling to bread ratio was a little bit off. I don't think the portions matched the price of the sandwich. I see it as an oxymoron that a large sandwich that is made to share with someone actually ends up being super light on filling. If I were to come back, I'd probably just order a plate or bowl of the Bulgogi by itself haha.

This is the best, family owned sub spot! I ordered the Sarducci with everything and it was delicious! Friendly staff, quick service, and they give a cash discount -- who doesn't love that? They have tables inside to sit at, and the place is decorated with tv/movie memorabilia which is fun to check out while you wait. Check it out!!

What a yummy sandwich shop! I was craving a cold cut sandwich and didn't wanna go to the typical subway, or Jersey mikes. So this spot on Yelp and decided to try it. I'm so happy I did because it's now my new spot to go :) The workers were all so welcoming and friendly. She tells me my sandwich will be ready in 5 mins and on the dot in 5 mins. I got the turkey and cheese sandwich which was soo delicious and a great size 8 inches. Parking is available in the parking lot. Thank you for great service and food.

Delicious Sandwiches. Loved the bread and sauce. Owner family was very friendly. No printed out menu to take to go.

Really fresh with the best toppings. The Italian sub was so delicious. Reminds me of the subs from the NY bodegas! 5 stars.

One of my go to places for lunch when I'm working! The Korean beef sub is something I always look forward to.

I was having a bad craving for a turkey and avocado sandwich so I made my way over to Submarine King. I love their French dip sandwiches, so I figured their turkey sandwiches must be good too. And I was right, it was delicious. My only wish is that it had more avocado on it. As for price, they aren't cheap. My large turkey and avocado was $14 and change but as long as you know what to expect going in, that shouldn't surprise you. There's not much going on ambience wise here. There are a few tables and chairs, but this is definitely more of a grab-and-go type of place. However, what they lack in ambiance, they make up for in service. I ordered my turkey and avocado sandwich and walked at the door with a freshly made sandwich 5 minutes later. Just don't go at a busy time of day because while they make sandwiches very quickly, this place can get busy at times.

Can't speak for their other sandwiches but their bulgogi sub is SO GOOD. I've been here once before and was so blown away by it that I suggested to meet up here for a quick lunch date yesterday. My bf ordered their seasonal special (turkey, apples, cranberries, and a few other toppings) while I, of course, got their bulgogi sub. I prefer it without mayo since it takes away from the bulgogi flavor. The owner is super friendly and they tend to get pretty busy during the lunch hour but his wife efficiently churns out sandwiches in the back. I can tell this place is a local favorite so if you're ever looking for a quick bite in the Burbank area, this is your spot!

Driving by and this place caught my eye. Got a beef bulgogi sub with kimchi. So good. I housed that thing. Will be back
