Starbird Chicken

A celiac's & chicken finger lover's dream. It's hard to find any fast casual place that is GF and this place far exceeded my expectations. And it's GOOD quality chicken. I usually get boneless wings (garlic parm) and the truffle fries. And if you have their app, it's easy to earn rewards for future orders - I usually always have a discount of some sort!

Service: It was my first time so obviously I had no idea what I would order but Maria at the cashier said they're famous for their tenders. She was very helpful and patiently explain to me their menu.Food: I ended up ordering Chicken Parm Sandwich and 4pcs Tenders (Classic) with side of fries. The tenders is definitely my favorite and a food that I would go back for. The Chicken parm is okay, not the best out there but it's an okay order "to try". (This is my opinion lol) Their fries are good!Ambiance: Beverly Plaza. I came by there's only 1 other customer which was sitting at the patio, which in my opinion the patio is so considerate for people that has dogs dining in and doesn't have to worry about leaving them.Overall I would go back if I needed a quick bite!

First time visiting here in person and I liked the EZ parking and overall ambience/cleanliness of the store ! My coupon was applied as a Bogo with no issues and my food was ready in a reasonsble time frame - outstanding! I was given xtra sauces as an option when handed my to go bag - an extra plus. I will return for sure !!

My wife has celiac and when she travels to CA, she just loves this place. My first time here and we came for dinner. Plus was the patio seating for us so the dog didn't have to stay in the car. I ordered a sandwich that had the slaw on it. and the truffle fries. Starbird 2.0 I think it was. It's not a sandwich I'd order again as there was some flavor I didn't like, and I think it was the slaw, but not sure. The truffle fries aren't worth the extra price in my opinion, and weirdly, there seem to be an extra fry on the order. Maybe the made a mistake. Had to go back and ask for the sauces that were supposed to come with the order. Honey mustard is fine. Didn't try any other. Overall, ok service. The trash cans needed to be emptied. I'd be willing to try again, especially because celiac friendly, and try another item.

First time ordering thru there app for a pickup later in the day and it was absolutely easy and a breeze. The food was delicious crispy tenders . It was easy coming in and out right before noon time. The workers were happy and handed over the food after saying my name for pickup thank you .

Decided to try this restaurant because I was craving truffle fries. The fries were good with lots of flavor from the truffles and Parmesan. I paired the fries with chicken nuggets and they left me disappointed. There was no flavor whatsoever. I got the kickin ranch dipping sauce and it had such a weird taste. Not tasty at all. I did order through a food delivery so I can't speak to how inside the restaurant looks and operates. My food was prepared quickly so there's that. I would get fries again from here but I'm discouraged to try any other chicken dish for fear of it being underwhelming.

Got the grilled chicken sandwich, nuggets, & chop salad delivered. Everything was delicious! The salad was surprisingly tasty & the seasoning for the chicken isn't spicy but has a ton of flavor. My new go to chicken spot!

Food 4/5: salad was absolutely delicious the first time we came to visit, but when we ordered for the second time for takeout: the chicken sandwich, we added extra avocado for extra charge, and it not only did not have avocado but also had hair in it. I was very disappointed. Service 1/5: I went to the front and waited to ask for a to-go box, and the server saw me multiple times and did not come. So I had to ask for him loudly because he gestured me that he can't hear me. How rude.Ambiance is spacious, just quick eats.

Super cool w so many flavors! I tried the sweet Thai chicken tender box w fries. It was sooooo good. They also offer so many different types of sauces and toppings. Parking- PlentyFood- Delicious food and plenty of options! My friend tried the sandwich with avocado also 10/10Drinks- they have craft sodas and a pink pineapple lemonade that is amazing!! Service- I used the kiosk very easy to use and they have someone that is available to order as well. There are also indoor and outdoor seating which they clean regularly. Great spot at a great price!

Octavia was amazing. Super patient as this was my first visit. Recommended the Chicken Chop salad. Thank you, Starbird.
