Spelling Thai Bistro

Delicious food and the kindest owner and staff. We have been here several times because it's just that good! The duck is so flavorful! The curries are delicious. Everything is so fresh. I love the open kitchen and the seating area is lovely. Mr.Spelling is a darling! My new favorite spot. Please support this amazing restaurant so we can keep a good place in the neighborhood!

This place just open and the chicken wings with sauce is really good. I think the sauce def makes it, they warn you it's spicy but if you like spicy then it's really not. I also had the shrimp fried rice which was good. Everyone there was so nice and they continue to check on us. Even after they were closed they didn't rush us out. It's a nice ambiance and I would def go back.

We went to the soft opening and really enjoyed the food and the service! We had the green curry and the drunken noodles. The egg rolls were also tasty. We will definitely be back!

Steve meet us at the door and greeted us with such warmth and was very welcoming. The restaurant bar is not open yet and it looks as though the menu may expand in the near future. We started with thai chicken wings and vegetables egg rolls. My daughter ordered the roasted duck with rice and broccoli and 2 tasty sauces. My partner had the chicken fried rice. I had the vegetable tofu yellow curry with rice. All were delicious dishes. The restaurant is not near us but it was well worth the ride. We all agreed we would definitely be repeat offenders!

What a great find! We discovered this wonderful new hidden Thai restaurant on LaBrea. The food is delicious, and the man who runs this restaurant is totally adorable.They offer dine-in or take-out. Please support this great new find!

Awesome spot! Everything we tried so far (Thom Kha, beef salad, pad thai, and green curry) all were delicious. The owner is so friendly. We are excited for this new addition in the neighborhood!

Tonight we had the pleasure of trying Spelling Thai Bistro... we were in the mood for Thai and did a quick search to find a place close... I am so happy we did!!! The place is new and looks great... Very attentive staff which i love... THE FOOD!!! The food was amazing... We all left very happy... we will definitely be back... if you love great Thai food with great service.. THIS IS THE PLACE...

Kind owner. Great service. Food is amazing. Had the pad see ew, Thai iced tea and Pad krawpo. Also love the inside. Pretty artsy.
