Love Soho! I recently became a member but had visited often with friends. Let me tell you the membership is worth every penny. As a member you have access to some very cool member only events. You also almost always have the ability to secure a restaurant reservation. I love dining in their garden and even just hanging at the bar and ordering food is a fun experience. They always provide amazing service and the food and drinks are always wonderful. It's also an amazing place to just come hang with friends in the evening to have drinks and hang. I've recently brought my kids for movie screenings. Kids are allowed at soho until 8. Mine are teenagers so it's fun to bring them but I don't know if I would come here with younger kids. Members can usually only bring three guests, but they do make exceptions if you ask in advance. I also have to shout out Juliette Audrey, the membership manager, once my membership was approved she was so helpful in navigating all the perks and explaining the rules to me. Parking is also super easy as they have valet in the building.

Yes, it's a members only club; and yes, it's very much worth the investment. The upscale bar area offers a clubby and convivial atmosphere that rivals the best of the bars in any major metro city. Warm and inviting, helmed by talented and friendly bartenders who make a mean drink and keep you happy, the bar is a top destination for anyone seeking a good time and some distance from the chaos of Hollywood. Music, trivia, comedy and special events bolster the feeling that you must be here several nights a week. And expertly crafted cocktails keep you very happy. Cheap? No way!!! But not so far away from what you'd pay most anywhere else without a pest problem. Food is excellent. Burgers and pizzas are top notch, and assorted apps like fried artichokes and house made guacamole are noteworthy. Dining in the Garden area rather than the bar opens up several extra opportunities, including a lunch buffet including assorted specialities (most recently, hand sliced pastrami), sushi service during dinner, and an opulent weekend brunch that includes an impressive number of vegan-friendly dishes. Add in the many non-food events hosted by the club (screenings and music and haircuts, oh my), and you've got an in-town hideaway that never disappoints.

TOP NOTCH DINING ON THE SOHO ROOFTOP WEST HOLLYWOOD.Top is an understatement at this trendy members only club. It has two restaurants with one as you enter and walk downstairs and enter a lavishly decorated restaurant/bar or head upstairs to a more upbeat vibe and a rooftop view of West Hollywood. You will find a mix of artists, industry people, performers, Hollywood elites and business professionals just out to network, eat or just relax. I was invited by a friend who thought I would enjoy it as something a bit different than our usual SoCal dining experience. We were greeted upon entering the rooftop by Luis. A pleasant gent with a great smile. We were escorted to our table and seated. Our server Ivana was really helpful in helping us make decisions on appetizers and main courses. She was extremely upbeat and attentive. Appetizers consisted of the BUTTER LETTUCE CUPS & CHIPS AND SALSA. The LETTUCE CUPS tasted extremely fresh with some great, crisp vegetable as ingredients and a hint of lime taste. For my tastes, I found it to be missing some spice and a bit bland, but the consensus of the table was that it was excellent, and a favorite of my host. I want to make it known that opinions expressed here are my own and everyone's tastes are different. Chips and Salsa were good. Chips were fresh and warm. They came with a green verde and a red roja salsa. The Verde Salsa I really enjoyed. Not too spicy and a really great taste. I am not a big fan of roja type salsa so I really honestly cannot give an honest opinion of what I thought. It really was not my taste as I tend to like Pico de Gallo style salsa myself. The Entrees were good size although I was still somewhat hungry after consuming 3 of my Pork Carnitas. They were nicely prepared and presentation was excellent! They tasted extremely fresh, the pork had great consistency, but again I felt something was amiss. It was served again with Salsa Rojo (not my favorite). BTW the menu states it is served with Salsa Verde which I believe is the Green Salsa, not Red. For my taste, I feel this dish would have been better served with a Pico de Gallo style salsa as that would have satisfied my pallet. My wife ordered the RED SNAPPER which was OUTSTANDING. The taste was absolutely out of this world, and our Host had the SEA BASS which is a favorite of hers and I can understand why. Both Fish dishes were AMAZING! The fish tasted fresh and cooked to just the right temperature and consistency. The SEA BASS BTW is not available upstairs but since my host is a regular they made an exception. The beverage of choice was a recommendation of Luis. It was JACQUQRT MOSAIQUE CHAMPAIGN BRUT. It was an excellent choice, and I feel itwould go great with any fare on this menu. It was light, not too gassy, fruity and just wonderful. All and all this place is Top Notch, Food, Staff, Ambience. If you can get the opportunity to visit this establishment as with any SOHO Properties they are great with food being better at some than the others. This is one or the better ones. Hint to the chef, offer a Pico de Gallo Salsa as an alternative.

The legendary/exclusive SoHo House is a vibe all unto itself. This low key California glam spot serves excellent cuisine (always love Mary's Chicken and their grilled broccoli) with elevated levels of service and the most elegant decor. It's a lovely spot to visit and there's easy underground parking in the same building.

Had a night out which ended at the Soho House for some late night drinks and dessert. All of our drinks were great but the stand out was the desserts. Especially the Eton Mess, a surprisingly light and addicting pile of berries, whipped creams and cracker. Probably one of my favorite desserts I've ever tasted. It wasn't too sweet and we couldn't stop eating it.

Soho House in WeHo is a fantastic spot for a cozy and private escape. The atmosphere is super relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The food is absolutely delicious--everything I tried was on point! Service was decent but could definitely use a little improvement.

*This was from a visit late last year*Always late to the party, I finally had my chance to visit the first Soho House in Los Angeles. I've had memorable experiences at other locations, so it was nice to finally come full-circle. Where do I begin? I walked over from where I was earlier that day, so I didn't have to worry about parking (which I discovered is $12 before 6p, $18 after 6p, valet only). I checked in with a nice girl named Courtney on the ground floor, then took the elevator up. You're greeted with a illuminated (one light was burnt out) large staircase as the elevator doors open, with a small sitting area before that (I know there used to be a second front desk here, but apparently they did away with it). I took the hall to the right and got to see the red velvet screening room which was empty. A bar set-up was towards the front. I hope I can someday attend a screening here, if it happens to be open to the public which is quite rare. A pool table had its own enclave, and there was a large workspace table underneath the stairway. The bathrooms on this floor here have the best view, especially at night. Artwork is scattered throughout the establishment, so if you're into that, you will have plenty to look at during your time here. I had a reservation at The Garden so I made my way up those stairs, encountering a bar in front of me before curving around to venture down a narrow hallway (I'll get back to the photo booth later). Reese-hope I spelled his name correctly-was helpful and gave me plenty of seating options. Elsa was a fantastic server, helping me narrow down my selections after I was devastated that the dirty burger was no longer available, but the Doheny version was a decent substitute. Looking forward to the Rigatoni next...The one part where I was kind of confused was whether I should keep a tab open, or just wrap it up there and start fresh elsewhere if I decided to do so (and I knew I wasn't stopping there with my food train). I did the latter, and made my way down the outdoor hallway where all of those seats were taken. Not to worry, there was plenty of space inside where most people were on laptops, or having small meetings throughout. I had to get used to the fact people would just leave their stuff there, and it was safe to do so. As expected, I did see a couple of people I know, but it was nice seeing them within this setting instead of at my own work setting. I felt equal! The next few hours, I moved seating a couple of times (after getting a great table outside, it did become chilly so I migrated back in) and was still able to enjoy the sun set, along with some salted chocolate chip cookies and countless cups of Rishi peppermint tea. The only downsides are minor ones:-No more Sugarfina candy bar-For some reason, I always like the wallpaper in the photo booth but was disheartened to see it was now painted a solid navy blue. That's what I get for being years too late. However, service by pretty much everyone was A+, which I'm pleased to say since I've heard the opposite, including a visit I had at another house. Thank you to Tino, Amy Jo, and Lexi for having me as your guest for an amazing time!*No photos, since I was a guest of a higher-up and hope to return on a future visit.*

Another spectacular soho view. This location can be a little more "stuffy" than the warehouse or Holloway but it's quite impressive. Classic decor. Great food. Service is excellent as long as it isn't peak hours ... :)
