10/10 will always go when up in LA!. Food is always amazing and hitting the spot especially after a long day of driving and when it was raining it was much better (the place is always nice and cozy) The waiters are always super nice and they helped us out as well. I will say at least for me I thought the service was fast. The parking is limited but if you don't mind walking a bit it'll be fine. There's parking in front of the street wise with the meters but wherever you can find one! This place is open from 8am - 12am! Sun -Thurs And if you're a night owl like me you'll appreciate on Fri - Sat they're open form 8am- 4am

roscoes is the first thing, must try every time i come to la; there is no chicken better in the WRLD. i ordered the Oscar, with 3 chicken wings, grits, an egg and a fluffy biscuit, paired with a coffee. inside ambiance is very busy, very pleasant and welcoming vibe. service was great, our waitress was niceThe Oscar (9.7/10)elite chicken, juicy, warm and full of flavor. must also have love. grits were meh, but the rest of plate was the best start to my 2025

Starting with the security outside the door, he was very friendly and suggested perfect parking spots. He also took our picture in front of the restaurant.Our waitress Diya was amazing!!! She is also a graduate from NORTH CAROLINA A&T where our daughter and her boyfriend attends. Very clean! Great music flowing through and around as we enjoyed our meal. Food was amazing as usual!!! Now I see why everyone loves Roscoe's. The Chicken and Waffles here are definitely worth a visit. We came on a Thursday and there was no wait. With a simple decor of wood tables and chairs you will feel comfortable in casual clothes. The waitress came quickly to take the order and the food came back almost immediately. The deliciously seasoned chicken wings arrived piping hot just the way we like it. I added a little hot sauce and suddenly I thought I was in Florence, SC. and my auntie was in that kitchen. Nostalgic and legendary! This is a must visit place when in Cali.

Roscoe's is hands down the best place to get Chicken and waffles. Those rare individuals who complain about the Mac & cheese or cornbread or how the greens were cold. Get Chicken and waffles which is what they are known for and have set the standard for waffle and fried chicken. The staff is always down to earth and not robotic. I get two waffles and chicken wings, fries if I'm feeling greedy. Just FYI Roscoe's is better that Waffle House.

Returning customer and throughly impressed with the consistent great customer service I always receive. The wait to sit down and receive food is quicker than any other restaurant in LA. Came with a friend who's never been so he ordered the traditional chicken and waffles while I switched it up and ordered chicken tenders and mac and cheese. The chicken traders were great and filling, although I wish they offered a smaller quantity than 3. I got the Roscoe's special sauce on the side but didn't really like it so got ranch instead. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and loved all the Black Santa's inside!

Things that's stood out: Easy street parking, friendly customer service, food comes out fast!2nd time here and I have to say the service was excellent! The food was great! We came here for some late night eats while in LA and believe it or not, it was pretty packed. We were able to be seated right away and in no time our waitress Inaara came to take our orders... she was both polite, patient and kind. She offered suggestions and overall had really good energy! 5 minutes later our food came out... I mean service couldn't get any faster and better than that.. Our food came out with good temperature and the chicken was super crispy and delicious!One thing I am big on, is customer service and this establishment definitely had it. We were greeted immediately upon entering, which speaks volumes! The music was definitely a good touch. Old school R&B.. good food, great vibes Amazing service!!! Love it here!! Roscoe's is an ole time favorite and this location is long overdue for a review!! I have been a customer for decades and even though the restaurant has changed, the Food has remained a consistent reminder of why Roscoes is loved by so many!!*Hollywood location parking tip* Saturday- you cannot park in front of the restaurant before 7pm - park across the streetThe Buckwheat waffle has always been a fluffy decadent and delicious flavorful waffle with a distinct flavor. (The buckwheat wasn't quite buckwheating, but it was still good)The chicken wings are crispy and the meat is tenderThe potato's and gravy are perfectly tender and the gravy's consistency and flavor is so good ( don't forget you have to hit it up with hot sauce, salt and pepper to your liking)Greens and yams still got it going on!!!To wash all that down the drink of all time The Eclipse **Tip**Do not buy any of the deserts banana pudding, potato pie, or carrot cake ( Thank me later) they are not fresh, shipped in and not good.If you have a sweet tooth, go to a nearby bakery or your fav place that has these deserts!! (La Monarca Bakery & Cafe- located in parking lot next door)

Every time when we are down in SoCal we always have to make a stop at Roscoe's. We've never been to this location before and it was a bit difficult to find parking. Once we did we were so excited to eat.Once we arrived we were seated and given menus. The waiter took our order and in about 20 minutes our food came out. I had their 3 piece chicken with two waffles and grits, and hubby had 3 piece chicken with potato salad and grits. It was good, but for some reason it wasn't the best like how we've had at their other location. It was like something was missing. It was still good, but it a bit of a disappointment for us. We usually go again before we leave SoCal but this time we didn't because of how much the flavor was lacking for us. Hopefully next time when we come again it'll be just like before.

We finally made it to Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles on Hollywood, and it truly lived up to all the hype. The food was delicious and fresh, with the perfect combination of crispy fried chicken and fluffy waffles. It's exactly what we were hoping for in a classic comfort meal.Parking can be a bit tricky, but we managed to find a spot on the street. Once inside, the atmosphere was very homey, making the experience even more enjoyable.One highlight for us was their hot sauce--my husband loved it so much that we bought a bottle to take back home to Georgia. We've already run out, and he's eager to get some more! If you're ever in the area, don't miss out on this gem, especially if you're a fan of good hot sauce.
