If your looking for a really good sushi this place will not disappoint you. I've tried there sushi and let me tell you, there sushi is fresh , the taste of each roll I've tried is amazing, it has me wanting to come back. The sushi chef is really outgoing and professional he makes the best sushi and will give you a really great service. Everyone is nice around, if you need anything you will be attended and this place has a great ambiance. Roji sushi is new and I highly recommend for all the sushi lovers to come and try it.

(My Absolute Favorite was the Pucker Face but to each there own) Chef Francisco was the one who created this emoji because the food was 1,000% chef kiss. We don't live around here but we WILL be regulars Also the ambiance & music was amazing!! Definitely had my Shazam on more than I'd want to admit

Bomb.com nigiri generously sliced, portioned & presented!Love my salmon as it tastes like butter melting in your mouth. Compliments to the chef otherwise known as Brian!Even added some lemon wedges to complete the experience at such as aesthetically appealing sushi joint.

Ate on Friday, January 31st, 2025:How to make your own amazing ponzu sauce while here:1) Order the Sunomono salad2) Ask for a lemon (we got it with our shishito peppers)3) Eat the sunomono salad and pour the rest of the sweet marinade into the mini sauce dipping bowl.4) squeeze the lemon into the dipping bowl and mix,5) add a little bit of soy sauce to taste and mix it6) Enjoy with sushi or your appetizers!Service was okay, it could have been faster, but they were busy and they are only just opening.You have to ask for ginger which was odd to me.The ambiance was nice and warm, booths were comfy and outdoor seats had heating.Good sushi, the Mr. Crab special hand roll was divineThe Ceviche is amazing too, I didn't like the Umi because the seaweed salad was overpowering in itThe pokemoto hand roll was okay - nothing crazyThe pucker face sushi was good but not as amazing as the CevicheLove how the bathroom was clean and had both scented and unscented soap (for those who dont want phthalates + parabens)

This was the best sushi we had in years! We got the Golden Rose, Dynamite, and I forgot the name of the last roll. It had pucker in the name. All were fantastic with balanced flavors. I got uni and my bf got ikura as separate sushi items. The uni was super buttery!The staff was super attentive and friendly. Brian is awesome! The vibe of the restaurant is super chill and it's in a nice part of town with the fantastic Bar One next door.

Absolutely amazing! I ordered sushi to-go from Roji Sushi and everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with care. The rolls stayed intact during transport, and the fish was incredibly flavorful. The tuna,salmon, yellow tail sushi was a standout, and the portion sizes were generous. Even the accompanying soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi were thoughtfully included. It's rare to find takeout sushi that feels like dining in at a high-end sushi bar, but Roji Sushi nailed it. Highly recommend for sushi lovers on the go! This place just open and I'll defenetally stop by to dine in!! Also chef Bryan was awesome!!! See you guys soon!

Roji Sushi emerges as a hidden gem, offering some of the best fish in LA, meticulously sourced and expertly prepared. Thick cuts of fish promise to lead your tastebuds on an unforgettable adventure. Chef Brian is the master of balancing flavor. We had a group of twenty during their soft opening, and it was such a joy to share excellent fish with good friends. My partner and I ordered omakase, and we got to try a wide range of fish with more uncommon cuts. Some of the fatty cuts were ridiculously buttery and melt in your mouth amazing. I can't really highlight a favorite because everything was really good. Loved the presentation, too. The team here is top notch, service is attentive, and we're all looking forward to returning soon.

Love this new spot! Love the music and the vibe ! We had a bunch of different things we loved the yuki roll the sashimi and the toro! We sat at a booth sit and the service was fast since we had a baby the took great care of us! The chef made some poached salmon for my daughter and she loved it!!
