Not too long of a wait, but it is a Wednesday night..We chose the Choice option and we were very content with the meat choices. Really enjoyed the pork jowl and seasoned short ribs. I feel the brisket could use some more fat, but over all satisfying!Staff is attentive and I think it was the owner, he came by to ask if we were ok and he offered up our sodas to be on the house. That's great!Will be back and will tell my friends/family.Also there's a corner area with claw machines!

Had dinner for the first time last night with a friend and it wont be the last 1. Service and staff were great. Attentive without being overbearing. Answered our questions, gave recommendations and changed our grill when needed. Can't say enough of everyone working there. 2. They have a banchan cart that comes around once in awhile refilling anything you want.3. There are 3 levels of pricing. The tomahawk is what they are known for as well as the picture of meat (forgot the name). It's good they give people the different tiers. There were only two of us and the only issue is that the tomahawk was a lot of meat and honestly we wished we didn't get it. It was good but the other cuts were as well so we kind of wished we had more of the other cuts. Especially with just 2 of us. If there was 3 or 4 to eat the tomahawk it would've been better. The short rib cuts, pork belly, beef tounge, brisket, beef belly, etc. were all good. Really didn't find anything to complain about. Like I said. We wish we ate more of the other cuts bc everything was good. The tomahawk just was a lot of meat and pretty heavy. 4. They have dips and sauces. We tried the cowboy butter and Chimimchuri. The butter has a kick to it (to be fair I can't take a lot of heat) and the chimchuri was more herby. I do wish it had more oil in it to make it more of a dip. The way we got it, it was more of a dry paste which was good but make the taste more earthy than I prefer. 5. Steamed egg was good. It's not the best I've had but it's not bad. Solid and hit the spot especially on a cold night. Pretty good size restaurant so good for any size parties. From 2 people to big groups.

Really enjoyed my meal here! Super spacious and clean. My group did the premium option ($55 pp) which in hindsight is sliightly steep, but no regrets. Def not a casual meal due to pricier cost pp but would love to come back for a special occasion. I think the restaurant's main selling point is their tomahawk, but that was probably our least favorite option (too dry). Luckily, there are many other greater choices to pick from. Favorites:-Joomooluk (seasoned short ribs): I was shocked at how tender each piece was. VERY tender, sooo good [5/5]-Black Angus Marinated Galbi: High quality, on the bone, tender, subtle marinade [4.5/5]-Beef Tongue: The trick is to not let it overcook, not even a little--or it'll get tough and chewy. A slight sear on both sides is all it really needs [5/5]-Woodae Galbi: Served on the bone, tender, delicious! [5/5]-Cowboy Butter: I personally loved the flavor on this, but others said it was too heavy. More for me lol [4/5]-Chimichurri: Definitely uses dried parsley instead of fresh, but that didn't stop me from enjoying it with each piece of gogi. Chimichurri is my fav part of Brazilian bbq and it translated well to kbbq. [4/5]-Banchan: All delicious. Tasted homemade [5/5]Skip the scallops and tomahawk. Scott was our server and he did a great job noticing when we were low on meat or sides, and he cooked/cut up our meat perfectly. The runners and bussers were on point with grill changes and refills. Looking forward to having a reason to dine here again! lol

This is the second time this week we came here from the Temecula era, they have the best options for the price. We chose the $55 dollar option with the tomahawk because you can't get a tomahawk like this for the price. The steak an inch thick, and you get all kinds of additional items, it's a can't miss, there Galbi is so flavorful

FOOD: We recently dined at Ribs & Co, an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant, and opted for the $55 premium choice. We have the tomahawk ribeye, wagyu marinated beef belly, and black angus woodae galbi - the quality of meat was quite good and tender.SERVICE: Without reservation, we were seated after about a 5-minute wait. The servers here are attentive and polite, making sure we have everything we need throughout our meal. They are also pretty good at changing grill plates too.AMBIANCE: As a new establishment, it is clean and well maintained, with modern, bright lighting creating an open atmosphere.This comes highly recommended!

Great food, service, and music! I'm a vegetarian so I just enjoyed the side dishes. The corn cheese and fish cakes were my favorite!

Had AYCE Korean barbecue at ribs and co. With a meetup group. Ordered the premium for our table of 4. Everything was tasty from sides to main proteins. We enjoyed the tomahawk steak and 2 rounds of scallops. Busy but there were a few open tables for lunch on a Saturday. Service was about as described by other reviews good but occasionally needed to flag down a staff member for a replacement grill, to pick up our payment. But nothing that would keep me from visiting again.

The food was amazing!! Thank you to server Scott for putting us on new meats. The Black Angus was so good! Don't forget to ask for the cowboy butter. So goood! Such a great experience and the waiters were so helpful.

I came with two friends for a second time to this spot because the first was AMAZING. I'm glad to say our second trip was just as awesome as the first, thanks to our servers we had a great time. One of them named Jae was very helpful and friendly, he was quick to grab us whatever we needed as well as super attentive to the tables in our section. Thanks to him and some other gentleman whose name I didn't catch, we enjoyed our night out, would definitely recommend and request to be helped by Jae again.
