This family owned pizza restaurant is a nice change from all the tourist restaurants in and around Universal Studios.The owner, Reno, was there that night taking orders, serving and busing tables.Papa Reno also offered my son-in-law and I a beer while we waited for our take out order.The pizza was good, but unfortunately we did not get to try their Philly Cheesesteak, which Papa Reno stated was "the best in the city!" We will definitely come back if we are in the area.

For either eat in or delivery gluten free pizza, this place ranks top 5 for sure. Really just a solid Italian spot overall.But for call-in delivery service especially, they're quick and well priced. Ate for two with a three topping gluten free pizza, side salad, plus tip for about $25. Totally beats any delivery app.Been a local pizza spot I've ordered from for years and they're definitely quick to deliver.

The last time here was about 20 years ago, after a concert at the Hollywood Bowl with friends, we were hungry and the place looked right for what we were looking.Then we loved the pizza!! Now 20 years later the place was still here [that should be the first clue] and it was fairly full, so Why not?The same vibe, friendly service, great humor... and the pizza was really good, thin, but not crispy... very nicely presented.....We will not wait another 20 years to come back. I promise!!

The food was so good! It has such an authentic Italian feel. We had the barbecue and Marguerita pizza and the Italian salad. The owner and servers were so attentive and checked on us regularly. I hadn't had really good pizza in a while so it definitely hit the spot!

Good food does not always have to be from a high end expensive restaurant. A well concealed restaurant with no fancy decorations can deliver great food too. This restaurant was such a restaurant. The owner provided us with some comic relief. He recommended the most delicious pizza I've ever had - half Chicken Fettuccini and half Renos Supreme. We also had a Caesar Salad and a Spaghetti Bolognaise with some Garlic Bread - Yum. We will definitely be back to try his suggestion - Steak Sandwich.

Super disappointed by this place. Mt friends and I have been ordering pizza and chicken tenders from this spot for years but last night was the last time. I paid almost $100 and the pizza came folded on top of each other as if they held the box sideways as they delivered it to my house. The chicken tender order was pathetic. Maybe 5 skinny little slices of chicken in the Togo box. There's too many pizza places these days to be spending that amount of money and be so let down.

I've been picking up pizzas from Renos in Studio City for many years (I live in the neighborhood). They DO deliver. I LOVE THEIR MARGHERITA PIZZA. So fresh, every time. Just got one yesterday. Delicious. Owner is always so nice to me - always joking. 5 stars.

I wish I could give less than a one star review based on the experience. THE PIZZA AND FOOD I ORDERED WAS NOT DELIVERED!!but given to someone else.And they still charged me for it. I lost 2 hours of my time while out on the holidays. hopefully this helps someone considering getting food delivered by them and the type of service expected.This place was recommended to me by the employees at the Hilton next to Universal Studios Hollywood where I was staying, I called and made the order and waited for over an hour and no delivery, When I call them, I was told it was delivered already. So I had to drive to their Studio City location to get my food.Met with the owner and he tells me his employee delivered the pizza at the hotel to someone ,did not check the card number, did not go to the room that it was supposed to be delivered and accepted a signature that wasn't mine! I showed him my signature and it did not match the one his delivery driver took. The owner still charged me for the food and didn't even offer to refund me for the inconvenience. I could dispute this charge based on the fact that I never signed the credit card transaction but I wont because I did take the food .Don't make my mistake!
