Quiet, clean and nice looking atmosphere. Booth chairs are too upright. If you like to lean back, we prefer the center aisle tables with regular metal chairs instead. Parking can get hectic but somehow we haven't had any issues yet (there's a card shop that seems to be popular in the plaza). This is our second time there, and I really enjoy the garlic noodles with steak, and my husband enjoys the steak entree. Marinated steak with garlic noodles that are flavorful and not overwhelming, plus it comes with a salad. My only gripe is the paper cups. Not enough to minus a star, but it's definitely not something you'd expect from a sit in restaurant (unless they were serving pizza to go). Im guessing it's a relic from the pandemic times and I won't fault them for that, but I do hope they use up the stash soon lol. Would return for a weekday lunch. Just to add, the service was fine - they came back frequently to check up on us and also make sure we didn't park at Taco Bell. Appreciate their consideration!

Stopped by for lunch on a weekend. There is a parking lot but it is pretty small and crowded so some cars double parked. We ended up parking on the street. Inside there were many 4-person booths along the walls and in the center were 8-person booths that could be reconfigured for parties of 4. We liked that you have a choice of different Asian dishes to try. We got curry hot pot, prime rib shabu shabu, and a Lomo soltado garlic noodles. There was also sizzling steak, rice dishes, and pho too. The hot pot bowls were all pre configured so you just pick your heat level and it comes to you ready to eat on a mini heat stand. The curry was light and pared well with rice. The shabu shabu is the same as hot pot except you cook yourself! You select the soup, the noodle, and the protein. The prime rib was tasty though not sure how "prime" it was though as the fat didn't seem that well marbled. I also wanted to try Lomo soltado, which was available in garlic noodles form. It was tasty but could have used more French fries. Service was great. They brought extra sauces and topped up our waters and other table condiments.

I was in the area and decided to check out Red Flame based on its positive Yelp reviews, particularly craving steak and garlic noodles. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall, which has limited parking with tight spots. If you drive a larger vehicle, parking could be challenging, and there's not much space to open doors without risking a dent.Upon entering, the restaurant had an unusual combination of smells, including a cheap cleaning product similar to Fabuloso, which I personally find overpowering, as well as propane from the hot pot stoves. The dining area appeared mostly clean, though the restrooms could have used more attention. We were seated quickly, but it took a while for the server to greet us and take our drink order. The server was lifeless and not energetic, it appeared like he did not want to be working. However, that type of service is usual everywhere nowadays, which is very disappointing in terms of overall customer experience.I ordered the Steak and Garlic Noodles, which was advertised as containing Filet Mignon. My dish arrived within 5-10 minutes, but the steak didn't resemble Filet Mignon at all. Some pieces had visible veins, and the texture was off. After sampling the steak and noodles, I couldn't bring myself to eat it, unsure of the meat's quality. I asked for it to be packed to-go but ultimately ended up throwing the whole meal in the trash. For $20, the quality of the dish did not meet expectations, and I left feeling disappointed. I don't plan on returning, unfortunately.

This place offers a modern and friendly environment for customers who enjoys dishes like Hot Pots, Ramen and Vietnamese food.We came here mainly for hot pot.Ordered:Thai- 8/10Not spicy at all but flavorful.Firm tofu was hard and prefer soft.Veggies like Napa, broccoli, carrots, bok choy was delish plus it also came w udon but I ordered vermicelli. The rib eye meat was good Although, I didn't get any seafood which I saw pics on their website and Yelp. (There wasn't any shrimp, clams, as described on the menu... )My only small suggestion is that they need to provide small tongs to grab the food in the pot since it's hard using chopsticks. The paper cup for water is a pain in the ass. It gets soft. Need better quality cups like paper foam or something... House- 7/10This is like Thai but has lemongrass.Very flavorful Service was good Overall, it's with trying Parking can be a pain in the ass.

We are a fan of ramen spots!!! This one somehow we find ourselves coming back to. Workers are kind. The ambiance is ok. Parking is a challenge we had to park in the neighborhood.

I found this spot on Instagram, and although they don't do the free boba anymore, all I can say is FIRE!!!! Our server Lyle was the quick and so friendly. Not once did I have to look for him when I needed something. All of the broths are full of flavor, and the sauces are everything! The garlic noodles with filet mignon is amazing. Portions are great, definitely recommend getting a bowl of rice to dip in your broth if you get soup.

I was craving a steak and haven't had Red Flame's in a while so we decided to dine in. I got the ribeye steak and asked for it to be rare since it's going to be on a sizzling hot stone. My steak ended up cooking too fast and it ended up being well done in a few minutes. The steak was still tender and was marinated pretty well with lots of flavor. We also got the Thai hot pot which was not bad. However, the meat was super overcooked. I wish it came slightly rare since it's going to be cooking on the broth. The soup broth was really flavorful with Thai spices and overall it was good. We came at 11am when they opened and were the only ones there but people started to come in as time passed. The environment was quiet and service was good.

We've been patronizing Red Flame since Covid. It was so hard to get into before then! Luckily to go orders are so easy. They lost a star because the soup doesn't come with enough broth for to-go orders. We've only dined in-house once. It's always clean and still gets a pretty decent crowd. Solid and consistent each time. My husband usually gets the beef noodle soup with extra beef and I generally get the garlic noodles and steak. But the house special ramen is solid too! I've never had a bad meal here in the years we've patronized them.

Didn't take advantage of the drink special since we came during lunch. But the food was good for the price and service was decent. Got the ribeye steak with side of vegetable and fries and a house special hotpot. The broth for the hotpot tastes different compared to boiling point. I got flaming mild but it was spicier than I expected and the sauce can't beat boiling points but the price is cheaper. The fries were freshly made and wasn't too salty. One thing that was a bit disappointing was that the shrimp inside the hotpot was not cleaned thoroughly. They did not remove the poop...But other than that the food was good.

First time here a couples weeks ago. The food was amazing and the price is affordable! We had the sizzling rib eye on a hot stone with rice and broccoli, super delicious! We also had the rib eye thinly sliced hot pot which was super tasty! The service was descent. The ambiance was modern. We came on a weekday, no reservations. The parking is located right out front. I rarely give 5 stars and this place definitely deserves it! I highly recommend you come here and dine! Didn't get a chance to take a photo of the rib eye hot stone sorry.
