Court Sheets Pizza in Echo Park isn't just about great pizza--it's the whole experience. The moment you walk in, you're hit with an inviting energy, the kind of place that feels both effortlessly cool and genuinely welcoming. The staff is super friendly, making you feel at home whether you're a regular or it's your first time stopping by.Of course, the pizza is top-tier. The crust is crisp, the toppings are fresh, and the flavors hit exactly how they should. Plus, they serve pizza by the slice--something that's rare to find outside of New York, making it perfect for a quick but satisfying bite. But what really sets Court Sheets apart? The desserts. Every single one is made completely from scratch, and you can taste the difference. They're so fresh it's like they were baked right before they hit your table--soft, warm, and full of rich, homemade flavor. Whether it's a gooey cookie, a perfectly balanced Princesses cake ,, their desserts are the kind that make you want to come back just for one more bite.Great pizza, an incredible vibe, and desserts that are next-level--Court Sheets Pizza is the real deal.P.S. top 3 salads Ive ever had

My favorite pizza in LA!! Was able to make a reservation the previous day right at 5 (opening) so did not have to wait in line (pictured 5 min before opening). Menu isn't too big but the pizza is sooo good! Loved the sesame crust on the Sicilian pizza. Old school pizza place vibes inside. Would probably just order a full pepperoni pizza to go next time.

Truly incredible food here. The pizza is insanely good. Best in LA no question. But don't sleep on the desserts... Also the best in LA in my humble opinion! The princess cake is truly divine. Probably my favorite cake I've ever had in my life. And this last visit... I had the sourdough ice cream special. And my goodness. This must become a permanent menu item. You've truly stumbled on something amazing with this one!Keep up the outstanding work! (My only request would be a reasonably-priced bottle of red. One sub-40 option would be greatly appreciated if you can swing it.)

I learned about this place from my neighbors who raved about the pizza here. One night they had me over for dinner and had picked up a pepperoni pizza from Quarter Sheets. This place's pizza stayed on my mind and I just had to have my very own (2 slices at the neighbors' wasn't enough lol). Let me start off by saying this place has a lot of rules to score a pizza, which I must admit is somewhat of a deterrent. But, you will not regret complying with these rules. Briefly, if you want to pick up a pizza, there are set times for a pick up based on your pre-order. Once pre-orders sell out, you can attempt to do a walk up order but there's no guarantees. If you dine in, ressies aren't the easiest to score. As a side note, if you're picking up, the restaurant does have a standup eating option outside. In order to score my pizza, I had to beg my niece to be the driver. Why you ask? Because parking is also impossible in this area. If you park at the gas station across the street, I was warned not to be there over five minutes or it would be an issue. My pick up time was 830 p.m. and my pizza was not ready before then. As my niece did not want any pizza, which I was ok with because I wanted it all to myself, I ate it as she drove. You have to have this pizza fresh out of the oven. The crispy cheese on the edges and the perfectly flavored dough will make all the trouble you went through to get this pizza worth it. This is not my preferred style of pizza as I'm a thin crust girl but trust, you need this in your life - it's spectacular and will keep you wanting to go back. As a warning, this pizza is not cheap (it only comes with eight slices). Is it worth it? Absolutely!I recommend you order before 5 p.m. if you're ordering on a weekend as the pick up slots fill uo really quickly. Bring a friend so one can drive while the other hops out to get the pizza. The pizza will reheat perfectly in an air fryer. Lastly, get yourself some hot honey because it pairs well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza I had here. My friend recommended this as our Sunday lunch and I haven't had the opportunity to try out Detroit style pan pizza outside of the chain places. I'll start off by saying GET THE MEATBALLS! They are large, very moist and the amount in a plate was plentiful. The garlic cheesy bread they give on the side would honestly make this appetizer a meal on its own. As for the actual pizza itself, I loved the pepperoni slice because of how meaty the pizza was and the cheese pull was spectacular. I thought the seasonal pizza was just alright, but not really going to knock any points just because I still liked the potatoes on my slice. Overall, it's a fantastic meal and worth a try. We waited in the line about 35-40 mins before opening and were seated immediately, but I'd suggest reserving a spot if you're afraid about trying to snag available street parking.

The food here is amazing!!! My friend and I have been trying to come here a while, she's been and said it was yummy! We had our original reservation at 7PM, but my hubby who was going to watch my daughter had to work. Luckily my friend emailed the restaurant and was able to change our ressy to 6PM! Found street parking after circling once. We got there a little before 6PM and had to wait for our table to be cleared. This place is BUSY!!We sat down and ordered a the gem salad to start. I got the red top for my daughter, the polish yacht club and the Silician. My friend got the red top, Silician and the tomato slice. Salad was delicious - had just the right amount of dressing and nice and light. Every pizza we ordered was DELICIOUS! Just the right amount of sauce and the toppings all went so well together. We got the princess cake and chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Both so yummy and not too sweet! This place really is amazing and I'd love to come back soon!

This is a well-kept and well-sought secret for in-people in LA, and after being there, it is not difficult to conclude why. The place appears to be a hole in the wall, small, with only a limited number of tables which do not match the high interest. I had the luxury privilege to have someone familiar with the system and be there in time before a long line formed, of which only the first few parties are truly seated. The inside ambience is beautiful, relaxing, good music, nice staff. Most importantly the food was exceptional, simply everything, fresh, creative, tasty. And given that the owner couple's wife is a pastry chef, one should definitely not skip desserts. Definitely a must!

A recent visit to one of my favorite pizza places in all of Los Angeles. A few friends and I were trying to find dinner on the later side. We showed up without a reservation about half an hour before closing. Luckily they were able to seat us at the bar. It should be noted that this was on a weeknight, but still, the folks were just so friendly and accommodating. The place was still pretty packed, but the vibe was chill. We ordered a few slices to share along with a side dish made of Weiser Farm melons that was just so refreshing and had a delicious taste of sesame. The slices of course were all delicious. We also got the pluot/strawberry pie for dessert with ice cream. Such a taste of dessert. No surprise at the desserts here are amazing.

I've only heard good things about Quarter Sheets and I can confirm that it's true. We arrived 15 minutes before closing so we arrived thinking the kitchen was closed but the worker kindly took our order and a few people after us too!We ordered a pepperoni pizza and two slices of the Sicilian corner. I could not get over how good the dough was for the pepperoni pizza. The edges were super crispy and the dough itself was fluffy and airy. I would describe it as a cross between sourdough and focaccia but I'm not sure what it actually was. The Sicilian was much more flatter and heavy on the sesame which added a lot of texture. The variety of toppings also made it more exciting since each slice came with sweet peppers, sausage, pecorino, mozzarella, and chili oil. I personally preferred the Detroit-style pizza more and will definitely be back to try the other flavors. I'd also recommend dining in for the freshest bite since we took ours to-go to eat at home.

Came here right at opening on a Saturday night and there was already a long line. Unfortunately there was no space inside but we were able to stand at a standing table outside! Food and service were relatively quick! The pizzas were 3.5/5 good, but not mind blowing (and did not live up to the hype that I had heard) and I probably would not wait in a long line again for it. But if I were in the area and there wasn't a wait would give it another shot! The deserts were amazing though, and would give 5/5 for those. Overall this place is good but I didn't think worth waiting long amounts of time for/worth the hype.
