Ordered takeout through Grubhub and it was delivered much faster than we expected and boy was it a treat! While it wasn't initially hot it did build a little as we ate. However the fragrant intricate herbs and spice blends were wonderfully delicious, one of the best curries I have eaten. Plus there were no bones in the meat dishes, although there were tails on the shrimp:Samosas x 2 - crunchy and full of flavourful pea n potato filling with dips, one of our favourite dishes and it didn't disappointPlain Basmati Rice - huge serving enough for 3 or maybe 4Aloo Paratha - chewy bread filled with mashed potato and peas, very moreish and perfect for dipping in your curryLamb Curry - this went down a treat and the meat was savoury and cooked to perfectionShrimp Vindaloo - the blend of spices was amazing and the shrimp succulentThe servings are decently sized, enough to leave a lunch for the next day if you add samosas etc to your meal. We devoured every mouthful with glee and will definitely be back to sample more from the menu :)

The food was amazing. We ordered the tandoori chicken, mango chicken, chicken curry with rice and garlic naan. The tandoori chicken as one of the best I have had. It was moist and flavorful. So tender! Coming from the east, Mango chicken was also better than I have had. Garlic naan was as expected and the chicken curry was flavorful. Service was also excellent. We were planning to eat there however I was expecting a full sit down restaurant. While there are sitting area, it was a smaller restaurant and mostly set up for takeout. We opted for take out. The owner was helpful and understanding. Our food was ready quickly. Only thing, I was expecting rice to come with the curry but that may be an east coast thing.

This place is the best Indian food I've had in South Bay.The chicken tikka masala was thick and rich with tender white meat. This was unlike ANY of the ones I've tried before, and will probably be the only one I'll have around here. The goat biriyani was filled with spices and flavor. This had tender goat meat with bones. If you don't like that, then choose the lamb instead. The green chili naan was chewy like a great pizza dough, perfect to dip in the curry! This food was easily enough for 4, or could've been split into 2 meals.

We had take away for lunch. Ordered- lamb vindaloo (spicy)- lamb korma (spicy)- naan- roti- rice Meat was well cooked. And had no bones, which was a big positive. Some places put nothing but bone in the lamb orders. Spicy was not very spicy. Flavors were great. Each curry was in the common small take out liquids container. Not a big portion. Will consider dining in if we return to see if portions are different.

We love this place. After a thoroughly satisfying Friday night visit, we were eagerly looking forward to coming back as soon as possible. We were tempted to order takeout during the week, but ended up returning the next Friday night. For an added twist, I did a blind taste test with the family by ordering chicken tikka masala, butter chicken (chicken korma from Al Noor), garlic naan, and rice from both Quality of Bombay and Al Noor. I picked up the orders, so nobody at home knew which dish came from which restaurant. See my review of Al Noor for the other perspective. I'm no expert on Indian food as I've never had chicken tikka masala in London, but we did find that the richness and Quality of Bombay's dishes far outshined Al Noor. I've been to Al Noor several times over the years, but was never impressed. The chicken tikka masala was creamy and thick with a nice level of spiciness. There were generous pieces of chicken that were nicely marinated and had a nice color to it. The butter chicken had a similar color and consistency to the tikka masala, but does have a slightly richer flavor. Garlic naan was less bready and puffy than Al Noor's. The order of rice was very generously sized. Portion sizes for takeout seems to be more generous than eating in overall.

Ambiance 7 tables very like a street side restaurant. No tuxedos here. Probably more take out and delivery. I'm doing takeaway. Chicken Vindaloo medium white rice and plain Naan, $20Flavour is good. Different fromOther vindaloos I have had. Spicy medium but more on the mild side. Service was by the cashier and probably cook. No complaints. Would I go back? Maybe to try a different dish. But it was hot and the rilxe was very good.

O my lord this is some of the best Tikka Masala I've ever had. Super thick, creamy, and flavorful. I had it with the lamb but I'm sure it'll be amazing with whatever you get it. Also had it with the peshwari naan(sweet). The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and the food came out quick. The place is very small with only 2 small tables so you might want to do take out.

Food was extremely delicious and flavorful! We decided to dine here to ensure we had food that was hot and directly from the kitchen (which is our favorite way to eat Indian food!). The staff was friendly as well. Definitely looks like a hole in the wall place but we loved how simple, easy, and fast our dining experience was. We ordered the butter garlic chicken, saag aloo, garlic naan, and veggie rice (biryani). So hard to pick what my favorite was because I loved it all! Highly recommend if you're looking to venture past the usual tikki masala.OMG and get the mango drink! It was our first time ever having it and we were hooked!

Nothing less than 5 stars for this place. I order from this restaurant frequently and it hits every time. This is the only Indian restaurant in the South Bay I will eat at because the food is actually really good and tastes home made. The food comes pretty mild if you'd like, but they can also make it spicy if you ask. My favorites hereSamosa chaatChicken biryani Aloo gobiAloo palak

Omg the food is so good here. I got the Samosa and Mamos for starters. Then we got a curry each. The flavors were on point. Maybe even better than what I ever had in Delhi! Must come back soon.
