Used to love this place. But because of one of the security guards who abandoned one of the best bartenders its gone to shit. I went in tonight the bartender was mediocre and decided it was not only cute to disregard patrons but to be rude to a disabled patron nah. The man behind the bar tonight was slow. There was about 15 to 20 people there. I bartend that's nothing. I do high end craft. It should not take 20 mins and having to be flagged down to pour a jameson on the rocks. He was not nice he was rude and he clearly did not know the locals his attitude towards a wheelchair bound patron I was about to fight him but I held back and left. Never do that. Do not disregard people just because they are in a wheelchair or automatic chair. That is so gross. I can't get that outta my head. I'm so disgusted by their treatment of my friend who is a local fixture and everyone knows for decade longer than I been in la. F that guy I will never come back aslong as he is there It's a crime you fired Kate

Bartendress was kind and friendly. It was happy hour on a Monday, one block from the busy intersection on Hollywood and Highland. After a Google search for BEER, we came across this PowerHouse adjacent to a Chinese restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. Good music playing, light bulbs were on at each booth in the City of Lights. Overwhelmingly impressed by how clean the women's restroom was. There were two TP rolls, and one rolls was set under, the other set over. And the sticker on the trash can read: Death to False Metal. The clientele at this time mostly kept to themselves and the booth we sat at was comfy in velvet. If you ever need to stop for ONE BEER while your parking meter time runs, this place is a good choice.

Joe the bartender is super nice.Chill place right off Hollywood that doesn't look like much, but is exactly the right combination of dive bar and not full on dive bar. Few tourists, more local-ish. Prices are all reasonable for location, and better than some other nearby establishments. Darts out back cinches the five stars for me, but please upgrade the boards to Blade 5 or 6!

Watch your credit cards here! Ours was comprised after getting a drink here last week. We know it was compromised here because after we left the bar there was another charge there later that night. We had our physical card on us so someone had to somehow take the card information after we gave it to the bartender. They then racked up $9000 in charges at online stores. Beware!

Nice dark dive bar off the tourist madness of Hollywood Blvd. Friendly service. Good music. Recommended.

I absolutely love this bar, it's a great dive bar, dimly lit, the and the bartenders are so cool there. The music is great and everytime I go there's always a good crowd. They don't have food so it's not a place to grab a late night snack, but I go because the bartenders are amazing and I love hanging out after work. I'd definitely recommend it.

Super cool neighborhood bar in the heart of Hollywood. Came on a Thursday night and they had trivia night finishing up, followed by a Blues session. Kwame and Taylor provided great service and all the vibes. A true neighborhood gem.
