Stopped by Pimai for a post-hike lunch on Boxing Day. They're located in a small plaza with some parking spots, otherwise there's plenty of street parking nearby.We came by Thursday around 1:30 pm and it wasn't crowded at all. We opted to sit outside on their patio since it was a nice day out. They have a good selection of Thai dishes. I shared the pad thai ($15 + $2 for chicken) and the Thai BBQ chicken ($24) with a friend. Both were good, and portions for the BBQ chicken were bigger than expected. We only managed to finished half and took the leftovers home for later.Would recommend Pimai for a casual Thai spot!

great food, quick & delightful service, perfect for pick up or dine in on weekdays. all curries and glass noodle salad are fantastic. skewers are solid as always and i opt for the fried rice. its also off the main street in thai town so such a pleasant quiet dining experience without the hour long wait at jitlada or noise of other places!! highly recommend!

I appreciate this family owned business that serves up DELICIOUS FOOD ! My favorite is: 1. Shrimp fried rice (black people's GO-TO, lol) 2. Pad-Thai with chicken & extra eggs. So yummy. 3. Orange chicken is my husband and son's favorite. 4. Ribs (I wish they would bring back) The restaurant is soooo nice and cozy, especially at night time, you feel like you're in a log cabin with friends. Great service all the time. Sometimes the cooks come out the back just to say thank you.

Family member was craving Thai food, and good thing I found this gem. Things ordered from menu pad Thai (no protein ) and shrimp wonton soup. The waitress was very sweet and attentive food didn't take too long. Satisfied also the interior is lovely!

We just ate here for the first time , living in this neighborhood for 3.5 years. The dishes are quite amazing; we are sitting outside and enjoying the August weather, and the awesome food. Their brown rice appears to be black "forbidden" rice, which is my favorite. The Tom kha soup is great. A bit sweet, but they all are at Thai restaurants. Super recommend this restaurant.

I'm not one to try new places immediately, but I'm so glad giving this place a chance. I was the only one being served at the moment and the plate came in less then 13min. I'm on my lunch hour so food really is important. The food was very delicious and at a great cost. I would have washed the dish if they let me. I Will be coming back again! Thank you!

This wonderful place had some of the tastiest orange chicken I've ever had. Not only was the chicken actually crispy, but the flavor profile was divine. With hints of ginger and an enticing aroma of peppers and onions, it left a very satisfying and mouthwatering taste that gave me a new found appreciation for thai food. Our waiter was very friendly and kind and combined with the variety of vegan friendly options, I will happily be visiting again on a chilly afternoon.
