Piccolo is a wonderful little place in Beverly Hills. It has been around awhile and is just adorable. It has this lovely red awing at the entrance. The place is kept super clean. The service is so friendly and warm. They know the menu and wine list well and may suggest something you have never had. You will love them. It can get crowded so make a reservation. They also do delivery and take away. We have been several times and I have forgotten to review.The seating is so comfortable and I love white tablecloths with a wee candle.Try their Cappelletti in Brodo, which has prosciutto stuffed tortellini, and parmesan on chicken broth. Their Melanzane Alla Parmigiana is amazing. It isbaked eggplant filled with ricotta, tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese. Every bite is great. We also love their Zuppetta di Cozze e Vongole. This is my grandson's favorite. It comes with steamed mussels and clams in a light spicy tomato sauce.They have so many handmade pastas you will have to come back again and again. Among others they have capellini, rigatoni, gnocchi, fettuccine, penne, fusilli, spaghetti, linguine, and tagliatelle and all of them are made by hand. The sauce you can pick is endless from Aglio e Olio to Polpettine.For your mains their Milanese di Vitello which is a breaded and pounded rack of veal, arugula, and chopped tomato is a favorite as well as their Filetto al Pepe Verde cooked to perfection and always as ordered. It is the best filet mignon all with a green pepper corn sauce, spinach and roasted potato.You must have their lemon meringue pie if you did no eat too much pasta. If you want they can make it to go.Have the best time.

We waited 1.5 hours for our food. They ran out of bread and we still got charged 2 bread fees. Servers were frustrated amongst each other, whispering "pendejo" and other slurs behind each others back. Food portions were very small and lukewarm. On top of all of that, the server wrote in a generous unauthorized card tip. Not happy at all. I apologized to my date for the bad service. Without a doubt there are other options available that service better and are reasonably priced.

I had only dined here once several years ago, and I had forgotten how amazing the food is here I had dinner with an old friend. We are both from Philadelphia, and we're both grew up with our shares of wonderful Italian food. Piccolo Paradiso is the only Italian restaurant that stands up to and surpasses my high expectations. I can't wait to dine here again.

Went for Valentine's Day with the wife. Ambiance and service were wonderful, our waitress took care of us and our cups were never empty. Had the burrata and prosciutto appetizer to start with some bread, all delicious. My wife had the gnocchi which I tried, we both loved it. I had the veal ossobuco and it was out of this world! For dessert she had the flourless chocolate cake and I had the lemon meringue tart. Both were incredible. Will definitely be going back for date night!

No one is going to get a bad meal here. The Pasta Marinara was outstanding with homemade Penne and homemade Marinara. ($25) You won't get better anywhere else.The Salmon was very good, not the best I have had--but very good. ($35)The White Fish was excellent and so were the veggies that came with it. ($35)The Apple Tort was very good. ($14)Service was Okay. They are efficient and attentive but you don't get the feeling that you are a valued customer here. The woman at the Valet stand ($14) was nicest person at the restaurant and she probably does not work for the restaurant. Table bread could be improved. (Bread Cost: $1.50 pp)If you can't tell by the menu--this is an expensive fine dining restaurant. Expect around $65 to 75 per person with T & T with Appetizer, 2 Mains, 2 Drinks.I do like the atmosphere here, but from a value perspective it's 4 of 5. From just a food perspective 4.5 of 5. From a service perspective 3 of 5.Go if you budget can handle it--there is no reason not to. Get the pasta.

I love Piccolo a lot. Though it's a small place, the dishes are delicious. I do have to dock a star because there are sometimes teeny technical difficulties like the credit card reader not working and the small tables for two do pose some awkwardness occasionally.But there is always a certain wow! Factor that has me coming back.
