Stopped at this place randomly To my surprise ...it is better than all my favorite Thai and Vietnamese places! Service was prompt and nice Place is clean and very well decorated It is abit small for the volume they get and difficult finding parking but trust me all that is worth it! Delicious to the point!

Pho VT is a Thai restaurant that specializes in a Vietnamese and Thai food. Stopped by on a whim. We tried a little of both cuisines from the menu. Real talk here, their Thai food is good! I loved their Sukhothai Tom Yum Noodles Soup! The crab fried rice (a Thai staple) was solid and full of wok smoke. Very nice. Portions are HUGE!On the other hand, the Vietnamese fare was not great. Stick to the Thai food and you'll be a happy camper!Service is very polite and attentive. Ample parking can be found in front of the restaurant. Street parking may be difficult to find because the restaurant is in a trendy enough neighborhood of LA.

tl;Dr - skip the Thai tea, the chicken egg roll bun had onion skin in it but flavor was good, fried pork loaf for the win! I am immunocompromised so I only got this for delivery through GrubHub. So I wish I could tell you what the ambiance and stuff like that was but all you'll get is the information on the food. :) First, the food arrived hot and fresh which is great as sometimes with delivery, the food can be lukewarm. -_-I'll start with the bad and end with the good. The Thai tea was tooooooooooo sweet for me. I thinned it out with more milk and it was still too sweet so even though I upgraded to get a 32oz tea, I ended up throwing it away. So basically $11 down the drain as they upcharged for no ice as I was planning on drinking it later and did not want ice to water down the tea. Thai Tea is a definite pass for me.They also made a mistake in the food or the menu on GH was wrong as I got the chicken egg rolls bun which was a dollar more than other items. I thought that it was because it said it came with shrimp. Sadly mine was missing the shrimp. Color me sad as I was looking forward to the shrimp and the egg rolls. BUT, these egg rolls were huge and the flavor was decent. They were not the smooth skin egg rolls, these were the bumpy egg roll skin which I was not expecting as I am used to the egg rolls having the smooth skin. Not a big deal though. The reason why I took off another star was that I found an onion skin in my dish. Color me sad as I was enjoying it until I found that onion skin as I was not sure what might've been on the skin vs the edible part of the onion. And since I have to be really careful with my health, I stopped eating it immediately as onion skin can have contact with dirt which would also have fertilizer in it that might carry things that are not good for me. -___-This was very disappointing as I was enjoying the dish even though I was missing the shrimp. So color me very very sad and disappointed. Now my most favorite thing was seeing that they had a deep fried pork loaf which I absolutely love!! I was so excited to get this dish and let me tell ya... This dish was sooooooo good!! LOVED IT!! yes imagine me drooling while having heart eyes. LolSo I most likely will pass on everything else but when I am craving pork loaf, I'll be ordering from here as that was delicious!

The smell of the food was questionable from the start. I ordered from ubereats to deliver. I had a big order and everything tasted awful. The shrimp was too fishy, veggies are not cooked, zero taste, everything is extremely unseasoned, and any of their fried foods have zero filling inside. Honestly disgusting. Uber eats didn't help anything.

Parking was a little bit of a challenge on a Wednesday evening. We had to wait a couple of minutes parking is pretty small but we got a spot in front of the establishment. Service was fast and prompt we were immediately greeted and served water, before taking our order.Ambiance was very fun they were playing good music and the food was amazing the wait wasn't to long and everything tasted fresh will definitely be going back.

Small but excellent Asian restaurant with both Vietnamese and Thai options. The pho is delicious, as well as the Khao Soi. The portions are very large, so you feel like you get a very good deal. Small parking lot that gets crowded but street parking nearby. Small dining room but a popular takeout spot. Friendly staff and easy online ordering. The banh mi and fried tofu are very tasty as well. Vegan options available. Overall, I highly recommend this spot if you're in the area!

My favorite item on the menu is the Phở - VT Special with flat (rice) noodles. It comes with rare steak, brisket, beef meatballs, tendon, tripe, beef broth, scallions, cilantro, onions (+ some bean sprouts, jalapeños, lime & basil). The meat is tender, broth is tasty, and portion is huge (enough to have leftover for one if not two meals)! 100% recommend if you are a phở enthusiast!

I'm mad that it took us so long to come here. It's right in our neighborhood and we passed by it all the time. We have been back at least 4 times in the last 2 months. My fave is the TOFU bahn mi !! Delicious. The tofu is lightly crispy, great sauce, perfect spice from the jalapeno. Generous size. The shrimp was good too but tofu is amazing. BF loved the beef bahn mi and brisket pho. The meat quality was perfection. Highly recommend! Friendly service and a great atmosphere.
